We had Patricia and Robert clean our home for the first time today. First I will say that they are totally pleasant to deal with. They were here on time and the house looks great. They really care about doing a great job and are willing to respond to any questions or requests. We are now going to have them come back regularly to clean. Thanks to you both

They were absolutely fantastic! Very efficient, friendly, professional and detail oriented. Even asked me to do a walk through to double check and make sure there wasn t anything missed or if I wanted something done over again. I would absolutely use Total Care Cleaning again. They helped us with what we thought was a small mold issue in our laundry room that turned out to be a much larger water damage issue that destroyed our upstairs bathroom. They came quickly to assess the damage and immediately started working to get to the root of the problem. Rob and Patty busted their butts to transform our problem into a solution, even when new issues presented themselves along the way. They were honest and up front with what they needed to do and how they were going to do it and were incredibly thorough in their work. They were professional and also very personable. They made an otherwise stressful situation much more bearable with their friendly and helpful attitudes. While I hope to never need them again when it comes to mold remediation, I do plan to use them if I ever have the need for general cleaning because I can trust them and their work!

Total Care Cleaning did some junk clean out for me. I had some old patio furniture that needed to be removed and they also cleaned a lot of old junk that had been piling up in my garage. They were timely and very efficient, my husband and I were very pleased.
