I'm only giving one star because there is no negative stars. This company has taken full advantage of an elderly woman. Workmanship that is disgraceful at best. I would NEVER recommend this company to even wash a car.

Great experience all around! Everyone was professional and courteous and the work was done quickly and without mistakes

The crew came out and worked efficiently from start to finish. We have had two heavy storms since having my basement waterproofed and no signs of water yet. So far so good

No pressure sales presentation, no giving random discounts to a jacked-up price like other companies. Very straight forward, good communication, fixed our problem, they were in and out within 6 hours.

Very pleased with BDry s work to repair our basement water problems. Would refer them to anyone!

I bought a house that has lifetime warranty from this company. There is water coming in. I called and spoke with someone about coming out to take a look. $200 bucks just to have them look is what they said. And if it isn't covered I have to pay anyway. So I asked what was covered but no one has responded yet. Are there negative stars?

BDry installed a basement waterproofing system in my house. Nathan, our sale rep, was fantastic to work with. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. Nathan was very is easy to reach and always got back to us in a very timely matter! I would without a hesitation recommend Nathan to anyone!

Although they did a good job, (the only reason they got any stars) I have been on contact with them multiple times, so has my insurance company, to get detailed information about the job, photographs and a break down of charges. If you use this company, get ALL the information you need before you pay them. Once you pay them they blow you off.

Need option to leave zero stars. These guys are professional scammers. Steer clear of this group. They will trash your house during install and give you the run around for any sort of correction. And so far, each correction has just left me with more damage than before I hired them. Dateline should really do a followup story and expose them. An Unhappy customer tells everyone, a happy one tells one or two. You made your choice B-dry!

Wes and Eli were wonderful on waterproofing my crawl space. They were both very quick, professional and seemed to work very well together. Both communicated about the completed work and provided so much more detail with the actual structure, pipes and insulation. I felt confident with the work and will no longer worry about my crawl space. I thought this job would of taken a week and they knocked it out in 2 days. Wes had noticed an area that had sitting water in the middle and added a pipe to that area that connected to the edge pipes. I never expected it to look as good as it does.

The service Bdry did in my home was water proofing my basement.

BDRY completed the connection from our sump pump to the outside. Both Mike and Maurice were quick to resolve the issue of the drain pipe and condensation line that were not properly done on installation. Both kept in touch with us to insure we were kept up to date on there arrival and the amount of time needed for the job. Both were professional and insured the work was timely corrected and completed. Very pleased with the service we received.

I had my system installed 10 years ago. Everything was fine until I decided to add a shower in my basement bathroom. When the contractor came out, he discovered that the system was not connected in that area. I called Bdry to come out and correct the problem. First they sent out a couple of workers. While drilling the concrete floor they hit a pipe that was in the floor. They said that is why they did not place the system in that area and there were no weep holes.They could not help me. Secondly, Maurice came out to check things out. He drilled in another area to see if the walls had weep holes. Then he sent two more workers out to do the repairs. The pipe was not fixed, the white wall seal is is uneven and again coming apart from the wall, I now have cracks in my floors and they still did not put the system in that area. They just filled it with rocks. The walls beside the white seal is flaking and show signs of mold. I called again, Maurice will not even talk to me. He have his assistant to reach out to me because he thinks that I am difficult to deal with. I am a very nice person all I wanted for them to do is redo the system so that it was right and presentable . I feel that they did not care because my basement is not finished. I am so glad that others are satisfied . I was and still would be if they come fix my basement . I amconcerned about the mold that's growing behind the white wall seal and all of the big holes left in my wall. They also informed me that if I get someone to repair my walls behind the white wall seal, my warranty would be no good.

Installation of French drains, sump pump and entry drain.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Had our basement "waterproofed" years ago. Well it flooded with 6" of water in August. We have gotten nothing but a run around since. They didn't even have copies of our contract. We sent copies of our contract and still haven't received a call back. We have called them numerous times but get nothing but a runaround. Would never recommend them for anything. Dateline should do an update on them and talk to all the unhappy customers.

Did drain installation. Neat and clean no real mess.

This is my 2nd review and I'm very impressed with the way the company went out of their way to resolve the issues I had. The overall job was done well and I would use Bdry again if I needed to. I definitely recommend their services.

BDry was amazing. I needed to settle on my house and they came out quickly. Worked with me to get the repairs scheduled and did an excellent job on my basement. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need this kind of work. Thank you again!

The job was on time...complete with very talented techs. Heavy rain fell in Catonsville in excess of 16 inches. My basement is bone dry thanks to a outstanding job by the B-Dry professionals.

They do a phenomenal job and they get it right the first time, and the charges were reasonable. Very professional and friendly people, and they guarantee their work for the life of your house, and the warranty is transferable if you sell your house. We are selling our house, and if I had any problems in the new house, I would call BDry.

Had an employee come out to give an estimate and write up a proposal. I called a few days later to clarify something on the proposal that wasn't in line with what we discussed, and my calls were never returned. I got several text messages saying " I will call you later today" and never got a call. Customer service center said they reached out to him numerous times over 2 months, but I never got a response.

If the service is this bad while I'm trying to give them money, I can't imagine how bad it would be after they already have it. I would avoid.

We were very pleased that Nathan Betz, certified system designer, created our Water moving system. He was fantastic!! I love the way he explained the plan. Need a solution, ask for Mr. Betz who is very thorough!!

The servicemen were very professional and went about getting the job done in a timely manner.

I recommend BDry because they are affordable, professional and friendly. It was a pleasant experience!!!

I would give zero stars if I could.

BDry gave us the runaround for weeks on waterproofing our basement. We had had a sewage backup in our basement and informed them of this from the get-go, from the first meeting with the salesperson on May 3.

No one communicated this to the actual crew that was to do the work, and so they showed up on May 16 and refused to work because they didn't have protective gear. The supervisor then offered to come out to survey the site himself to see what else needed to be done to handle the remains of the sewage backup, but it took days for him to do so. When he finally did come out, he assured us that they could take care of the issue for us.

Today, a crew came out and again refused to work because they had not been advised of the sewage issue and didn't have protective gear. Additionally, the crew said they were afraid the supervisor would force them to do the job even though they were uncomfortable, which speaks to a bad relationship between supervisor and crew.

Our calls to the supervisor have gone unanswered. The original salesperson we met with was apologetic, but he said, "We don't really deal with sewage" - to which I responded, "Then why didn't you tell us that from the beginning? "We would have chosen a different company and not wasted a month waiting for Bdry. We have had to reschedule childcare (we have an in-home nanny) and miss several days of work, and have nothing to show for it. Needless to say, we are going with another company.

When my basement flooded, I didn't know what to do! My friend recommended '58 Foundations and I'm so glad that she did. Marie, Rocky and the entire crew were terrific. They explained the process so that I could understand, and then they asked lots of questions to get to the root of the problem. We worked together to find the best solution. And, my basement is even cleaner than before they started the work! I highly recommend this company...you will definitely receive Five-Star Service!

Keith was phenomenal when he came to my house to give us a price for the necessary work that needed to be done. He throughly explained what the project would entail and how the system would work. The technicians, Mike and Ash and their crew, that did the work were great. The were friendly and courteous during the whole project. They showed me the work they were doing during the project and explained how the drainage would work. What a phenomenal experience it was to work with such outstanding people and receive awesome customer service.

Did good job, just did not level floor when recovering

The technicians who came to my house were prompt, polite, and took the time introduce themselves and to explain through all of the questions I tossed at them. Mike Loman, the project manager, was thorough and professional in his pre-project walk through as well as his review of the final punch list items. I would recommend this service to my friends and family should they ever need basement waterproofing solutions.

Overall I am very pleased with work that was done to repair our flooding basement.After the the new sump pump and drain lines were installed we had one issue that needed addressing and Greg and Rocky were quick to respond to my concerns. Wesley and Shawn repaired the problem and were awesome. They were courteous and knowledgeable and walked me through the steps for the repairs. I would highly recommend BDry

Great bunch of hard working guys ! The basement has been dry as "bone" since the waterproofing ! It's nice having the extra livable space after so many years of flooding !

BDry did an outstanding job from the initial consultation through job completion. They are courteous, prompt and professional. And most importantly the result was everything I hoped for. I have not had any problems with water entering my basement since they completed the job, and we have had some very strong rain storms. Just finished several days of heavy rain and its completely dry. The work was done about a year ago. By the way I do not normally write reviews but I can 100% vouch for the work they did for me and my home. I'm available as a reference if someone needs one.

We found 3 foundation cracks that were filled and we had the concrete dug out and new drains put in. The whole process took only 2 days and the 2 men were very professional and as neat as you can be when drilling into a concrete floor! The finished product is amazing and I look forward to a dry basement from here on out!
