Unfortunately we have had a very bad experience with this company. We worked with a designer to purchase window treatments for our entire house from January-March of 2017. We placed the order on April 15th and we were told that the longest anything would take was 8 weeks.
After following up many times, they finally told us that everything EXCEPT the shutters were in during August. (The designer had forgotten to order the shutters and admitted and apologized for this). Turns out that when they had come to measure, they measured everything incorrectly - and everything needed to be either re-ordered or fixed back in the workshop.
On August 24th, I was told that this would all be fixed and rushed and they would be back in a week.
It is now October 24th, and we have still heard nothing. This order was placed over 6 months ago and we still have near to no window treatments in our home. We were also required to pay 50% at the time of ordering, so we have a significant amount of money wrapped up while we wait. The communication has been very poor, and unless I follow-up repeatedly, I hear nothing at all.
Save yourself a huge hassle and try to find a different company to work with.
