I would absolutely use Total Care Cleaning again. They helped us with what we thought was a small mold issue in our laundry room that turned out to be a much larger water damage issue that destroyed our upstairs bathroom. They came quickly to assess the damage and immediately started working to get to the root of the problem. Rob and Patty busted their butts to transform our problem into a solution, even when new issues presented themselves along the way. They were honest and up front with what they needed to do and how they were going to do it and were incredibly thorough in their work. They were professional and also very personable. They made an otherwise stressful situation much more bearable with their friendly and helpful attitudes. While I hope to never need them again when it comes to mold remediation, I do plan to use them if I ever have the need for general cleaning because I can trust them and their work!
