Went to meet up with with friends after they attended a convention. I had the veggie burger minus cheese, it was very good. The hummus is a nice touch. Their coconut quinoa with fresh fruit is awesome. Their beer menu was decent. Some good local stuff and not so local stuff. The cocktail menu is pretty good and they do some good custom cocktails. The patio is great to relax by the fire pit and have some drinks.

I would highly recommend this hotel and can not wait for my next stay. Thank you to all theTorrance Marriott Redondo Beach staff for an excellent week and hope to see you soon!!
Hotel has beautiful lobby and nice ambience I'm the restaurant. Have Starbucks. Located right next to Del Amo mail. Very dated rooms. Only good thing that they give me discounts at the restaurant for breakfast thinking that I am part of Lufthansa crew, which frequently stays at this hotel for layover.
Very good establishment. Well placed and with a car rental company nearby. The bathroom however is a little disappointing compared to the rest of the hotel. The pool is very nice
Great customers service very friendly Next to the mall and union square walk able Recommend getting the package with parking so you don't have to worry about it Would gladly book again in the future
Terrible customer service and outdated rooms. Stayed here on a family vacation and treated like a non-welcomed guest. Never been treated so poorly attending any other hotel. Lobby is the best part of the hotel. Got to our room and it was hot and muggy even though the thermostat was set at 69. Not only was it hot and muggy it also smelled like a locker room with a bunch of guys with bad body odor. Decor was extremely outdated. Frumpy is probably the best description of this outdated hotel. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you plan on staying in the Torrance area. This hotel is far below the Marriott standard in all aspects.
Had reservations for 3 nights booked for a conference. They have a other hotel across the street. Usually every year I stay in this one. They said I had no reservation. They only had 1 night avaible.
In the morning after calling my office I find out they booked me across the street but also Marriott. Now im staying in a total different hotel since they canceled my reservation and have no more room.
Granted my office should have informed me of the change. However if you have 2 hotels or restaurants across from each other good customer service would be to ask me or suggest i check the other one.
It was not busy last night when I arrived since I was the only one checking in.
When I made new reservations I didnt get a ounce of concern or a im sorry your having trouble.
We book 95% of our trips with Marriott but maybe its time for a change.
I should have double checked and if these places where not across from each other I would not be writing this.
Its this dismissive attitude and doing the absolute minimum effort and lack of common sense that bothers me.
Rooms clean comfortable. Had a special rate due to a conference, otherwise normal rate pretty expensive for a very minimal room. Bar expensive as are so many hotel bars.
My room was not ready because the hotel seem overbooked:/ and Saturday night was pretty horrible because of the party event in the hotel.... but hotel is ok, staff is nice.
Very very nice. Well maintained facilities and the rooms are quite nice. The service and staff is wonderful, and the amenities are really cool. I really really like this place.
The concierge and customer service are delightful and eager to help. The hotel is very nice and the restaurants breakfast is amazing. I had the egg white frittata and it was simply divine. Unfortunately the club lounge serves liquid eggs and microwave sausage. I look forward to getting a real hot breakfast in the club lounge. The rooms are very spacious and clean but dated.
A 90's style hotel. Still in good share. Linen and blankets can and for sure use a much better upgrades than the current motel style blankets and sheets. Over all it is clean room. Good location. Safe area too. And just across the street from the Torrance mall Del amo .
Loved this hotel. The rooms, convention rooms and pool are all beautiful. We had no problems whatsoever and it is walking distance to a lot of convenient places.
I only visited the lobby while waiting for an issue at the car rental place to resolve itself. Lobby is super nice, even the Starbucks feels very upscale, though comfortable.
Torrance Marriott Redondo Beach is across from the Del Amo Fashion Center. This Marriott's indoor and outdoor common areas are newly remodeled with a modern look. The hotel was very clean and the customer service was friendly and very helpful.
The outside seating, lounging, gaming, pool area is very nice and relaxing. The inside bar / restaurant called 21 Square is modern, with an area for watching sports, just socializing and another area for having a very tasty meal. The prices are reasonable for the location and the service is fantastic.
The fitness center is of good size and has a variety of exercise and cardio equipment. Definitely one of the better Marriott fitness centers. Near the fitness center is an entrance to the pool. The pool is large and spans both indoor and outdoor.
There is a lounge on an upper floor for certain Marriott guests that provides an evening dessert and a beverage.
I utilized their valet service and they were fast and friendly. The general parking area has height restrictions of 6' 6" so do not go into the garage if you are driving your big rig.
This newly remodeled Marriott just added some minor modern aesthetics to their rooms but still has an overall older look and feel. I had no negative experiences with my room, it was clean and quiet throughout my stay.
The location across from the Del Amo Fashion Center is great. The mall is huge, it has two very large Macy's stores a large movie theater and lots of eating choices.
Looking for the modern feel in a great location, stat at this Torrance Marriott Redondo Beach.
Nice bar and outdoor space. In hotel Starbucks was great. Rooms and service were great. Right across from awesome mall. Coat for parking a car was steep so that kinda sucks. No free wifi in room but free wifi in main areas.
I gave this hotel a 5 start l, because the rooms were clean, workers were very helpful. Over all experience was the best. I would definitely come back again.
This place is overpriced and not worth it. I arrived to find out that you have to pay $20/day for parking and $15/day for wifi. In addition, the pool was drain for maintenance for the week. When I ask about the pool they suggest that I can go up the block to use the pool at the Residence Inn.
The place itself has a great ambiance but the Residence Inn you can get a bigger room with a kitchen for a lesser price.
This was a great place to stay. They have kitchens, a nice pool and hot tub, free breakfast with a lot of choices. The rooms were very clean and the staff was nice. The mall is right across the street so there are some places to eat and drink within walking distance. $6-$10 Uber to the beach.
Went here for an event. It was clean. Staff was friendly though the parking did cost money. Not sure how much it usually is but for the event it was five bucks. Next to a mall which is nice and also you can find a Starbucks inside the hotel.
Great hotel, friendly staff, good for a quick stop. Location is good since it's across a decent mall and has restaurants at walking distance. Food in the hotel is poor, rooms are starting to look old.
The breast cancer angel event was fabulous. The catering was awful. The food was dried out and our servers were rude. For an event such as this I would expect better than average but the catering was the worst I've ever experienced.
