Nice hotel directly adjacent to a huge shopping mall. The rooms themselves are a bit old given the style, but still passable. The beds are very comfortable. The service is excellent.

Nice facility and good amenities....pool, gym, Starbucks...the essentials. Easy access to mall and restaurants but not a busy/congested neighborhood.

Parking is a little tricky, room was adequate but very few frills for a platinum member visiting on the weekend. Check in was disorganized and took longer than usual due to a dance event that weekend.

the restaurant and its staff are wonderful. Regan, the manager even gave me some dessert "to go" after the Mother's Day brunch, which was delicious. A beautiful outdoor setting with an herb garden is a little country paradise inside the city!

Great hotel. Good location. Room and bed was excellent. I really enjoyed the common areas. The hammocks were a great touch. Will stay at again.

Friendly staff, great Starbucks, beautifully renonovated lobby and outdoor facilities. Rooms are dated, needing updating, but comfortable. Nice concierge level for Elite members on levels 12 and 13 (it s two story).

Perfect location if you plan on shopping at Del Amo mall.

My sister and I came out here from Reno, NV for a funeral, I chose this place because of all the good reviews and I did not want to stress out about our hotel stays but it was NOT what I expected. On the first day, we got there a little early, and they accommodated us, which was super nice, BUT I used the restroom and when I opened the toilet there was an explosion of water!! It was all over the lid and seat, so I cleaned up the toilet water and proceeded. Well, the toilet wasn t flushing! I took the top off of the tank to find that the whole pump was dismantled!! So annoying after a 8 hour drive. Waited 20 mins for it to be fixed. We were hungry and tired and just wanted to eat and take a rest. Then the second day(day of funeral) we tried using the elevators and they weren t working!!! Took us 10 mins to get to the lobby. We were on the 8th floor. Just adding stress to that not so great day. When we got back to the hotel that day (the elevator still not working) it smelled of sewage water! We left to go shopping to take our minds off things when we got back that night (elevators STILL not working) the whole floor smelled of marijuana! So annoying!!! The sheets that were on our beds were ripped on the corners. The trashes didn t have plastics, the ice machine is super old looking and in a hot room. We paid 32$ for valet parking and three times the valet wasn t there we had to get the car our selves. Not to mention each time we picked up the car from valet service my car was not warmed up and we were running late the day of the funeral because of the elevators and we had to wait to warm up the car. Also another thing is that you have to pay an EXTRA $15 for internet a day, (which we paid for). Very, very bad experience here. The only good thing was the friendly staff.

Interior of the hotel looks very nice, and staff were very, very friendly and accommodating. I was there for PowerCon, and everything was organized and well kept.

I was only there for a convention, but did see that the staff were amazingly nice and very helpful. I hope that the next time I attend the convention I'll be able to stay over night because it seems like a great place and is very clean.

Well located hotel. The staff is professional and friendly. The bar is nice too. Having a drink on the terrace is a lovely experience...but when are you going to renovate the rooms ???

Stayed here a lot. Wow the Del Amo mall across the street has improved a hundred fold. Not scary any more! Other pluses, Starbucks and Avis (free parking) downstairs, Denny's and Melting Pot next door, convenient to airport and south LA.

Old hotel. Pipes make loud noises so you can hear everytime your neighbor showers

I will never stay at this place again worst customer service ever. Check in and room keys don t work waited almost an hour to have front desk figure out key situation. Then only to have security at are door to let us in very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Not a place I would recommend. The only thing that was positive was a house keeper that was trying her best to help us get in room thank you Lupe. I have to give one star for review but rather not give any at all.

The location was decent, the hotel was beautiful and staff was friendly and helpful.

Lobby is really nice and modern and check in and out was a breeze. Rooms a bit dated though, and a $14 daily charge ($17 for high speed) for Wi-Fi is frankly prehistoric this day and age.

Horrible service I have my check-In at 4:00 pm and they told me I have to wait until 7 because they have no people to clean the rooms ,we where waiting outside because the lobby was full my kids where crying and desperate because of the heat !!!

3.75 stars. Why? Because the service and staff are extraordinary. Because the lobby is so doggone swanky. Because the pictures on the website are so nice but the actual rooms are stale and old. Very outdated it's almost 2019 people! I was disappointed with my room and would've chosen something better had I known. Felt like a victim of false advertising

Located in the quiet Torrance area, next door is convenient at the shopping mall. Hotel facilities (pool bar) are also fashionable.

As soulless as the neighborhood. Aging rooms, corny decoration, bad isolation (you can hear the wind going through the door).
The gym is small.

The outdoor patio area is beautiful and relaxing. Not too far from LAX. the bartender was friendly and helpful.

4th stay here. Views are cool. The lobby is modern and most of the staff are a little board...

Excellent and very nice hotel inside and out and the staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are super clean along with entire hotel. Ladies up front are full of pleasantries and smiles, & everybody has been professional. This hotel is loaded with all the amenities that you may need, along with restaurant, bar, pool, fitness center, business center & much more..... I definitely recommend this hotel for everyone.

We drove there for a convention as it was farelly close to us. The convention was packed but the room stayed cool. Ate there afterwards, good food, attentive service.

Great breakfast at the restaurant! I had chicken and waffles and they were crunchy boneless and that was just the waffle! Good coffee and helpful staff.

I was very pleased with the hotel overall. I thought the staff was friendly, the decor beautiful and I love my room.

Their conference center is nice but very small and compact. The drinks from the bar are very tasty, one of the best adios's ive ever had. The starbucks onsite has everything but you cant redeem rewards.

I was there for a birthday pool party. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is partially covered and there is two cabanas that are first come first serve. My kids and I enjoyed our day there.
