Very unreliable of their contact numbers even email hotline they have no reply to the inquiry,
Even if you text the cellphone number and call no one answered.
So are the inquiries of customers? Where is it? If there is a rate of 0 for sure it's me. Please, please.
Kung pde lng 0 ilagay ko dito sa star na to ginawa ko na. Napaka wlang respeto ng Customer Service nila. Not to mention and name that person. If I have to rate their evaluation I'll be giving them a very bad grade.
Please be reminded that at any instance, the CSR shall always inform your client whenever she will be putting the call on hold to avoid any conflicts like this one. She even didn t bother and told me that I can call after 30 minutes since she can t answer my query. How poor CSR she is. I am pointing out here that you have a poor customer service when you have this kind of employee under your company. Being your customer, I hope you could hear out said concern. If not, then the Top Management has a problem and is tolerating this kind of employee.

Either don't answer the call or drop the intently call.
We also had a water connection even though we were out of debt, and had difficulty reconnecting with them.
If they can rate 0 here they are really negative.
REVISED YOUR PROCEDURE IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT ON TIME. WE DONT KNOW HOW MUCH WORK YOUR PERSONNEL HAS, BUT YOU GAVE US ASSURNCE FOR 10 TO 15 WORKING DAYS INSTALLATION . IF YOUR PERSONNEL CANNOT MAKE IT ON TIME, PLS REVISE YOUR PROCEDURE SO WE WILL NOT EXPECT FOR ANYTHING.

we paid March and April bill via eastwest since yun yung mop na sinabi nila. i sent an email and text to update them.
June we paid the water bill cash on the office. i though it was only for May and June. late when i realize that they didnt apply my initial payment.(i paid March and April bill twice.)
i have been going to the office and calling them and sending emails.
everytime i go there, they dont have any clue on my concern. they always say that they will escalate it on their main office.
i called them on the mobile numbers and they were not answering. i called the landline. they answered once. after that i couldnt reach them anymore.
i am not getting replies on the emails and text messages.

I've been billed with a staggering amount of 3k pesos considering we were only two people in the house. I filed my concern to Helpdesk this days before my due date. You guys didn't provided me with an update since Feb 27, your last email. See attached photo.
The policy in the billing statement says I will not be due for disconnection since I have a dispute. Apparently, I've been issued with such a notice. I'm assuming we need to settle the dispute first before you can do that.
A lot of people are complaining about you but it seems like you guys don't do enough to appease the customers. The property owners have no choice but to subscribe to your service because of Filinvest.

They stop replying to emails. They don't update on accounts and then their collector would disconnect water supply. Bad customer service.
They're located at 3rd Flr Unique Int'l Corp building, Sierra Madre St. corner Cordillera St., Brgy. Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City. It's right across from Shell petrol station. The staff were very accomodating. The contact number was accurate so we were able to ask about their correct address.
