Merchandise is good. Service, not so much. After waiting on line for about 10 minutes to purchase a chair using a ticket from the floor model, the cashier left his checkout register to get me the chair. Now there was another line of customers. He told me to get on line again. When I asked if he could just ring up my purchase, he replied, "it's not a long line". More wasted time.

Pretty fast service. Lines could be long a busy day, it seems the store is not that busy so there is not enough staff. You can find good deals if you are careful and price match online

The store isn't bad and everyone is really nice. I have to give it 2 stars because their picture printing isn't good. I got a few pictures printed and I had to just print them at home because their coloring is really off. I'd go there for anything else.

I love the service here. I'm always looking for that one product that seams to be hard to find but the associates always find what I need.

Store manger, Brian, was especially great! He helped my wife by bringing our on-line order to the entrance door, so that my wife could keep her eyes on our two young kids that had just fallen asleep in the car. Depsite the fact that the store was particularly busy given the "back to school" / Labor Day weekend. Now that is what I consider great, accommodating customer service!

I don't know how this place stays open all their prices are retail even the paper the only good thing is in a pinch you have somewhere to come to do some photocopying

Not happy with this staples ! I was just turned away for printing a pdf invitation on cardstock ! In all my years in using staples I have never had this happen! This will be the last time I could to this store !

I had some questions about a printer I was looking at. I was home so I called this store. The young man on the phone was very nice and did his best to answer my questions. I appreciated the time he took with me on the phone. Last Saturday I went into the store and bought it.

I recently went into this location..to buy the new 200 dollar keriug..min I walk in,first time I ever went into this store..the cashier gave me an attitude.looked at me at as I was entering and gave me an attitude..no reason for it...thts not how u treat customets..tht ruined my shopping experience n will call corporate on this store for the way they treat customers.

This is a great location. The print department has been fantastic to deal with on several occasions. They have been able to get jobs completed faster than I can get to the store. I prefer this store to any in the area.

I was unimpressed with customer service. It wasn't bad, but it seemed a little over minimum. And the product purchased may fit what I need. There was not a huge selection, unless I ordered online and waited for delivery.

Went into staples today to get something laminated. The girl who laminated it, Julia, did an amazing job and ensured it was perfect. She was so nice and it was her first day & she did a great job! 10/10 experience.

I went here because I needed tape strong enough to hold the sign for my store down the street (M&M Bagels and Cafe). Fortunately, some woman not only escorted me to the tape but gave me the whole to-do about them and really helped me out. The workers on other occasions (yes I needed many things for my shop haha) have helped me out a ton.

On the whole, the staff are kind and friendly. Sometimes things may not be there, so check the stock on the website and it will be better.

I'm a fan of Staples and a big fan of this store in particular. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They have helped me with everything from computer purchases to printing and copying. I have also sent my clients to this store for assistance.
