Merchandise is good. Service, not so much. After waiting on line for about 10 minutes to purchase a chair using a ticket from the floor model, the cashier left his checkout register to get me the chair. Now there was another line of customers. He told me to get on line again. When I asked if he could just ring up my purchase, he replied, "it's not a long line". More wasted time.
