They installed our whole house system while our home was being built. They are very knowledgeable and up to date on new products and technology. My husband is an electronics fanatic and Aaron was able to speak the same language. They have also been readily available for any issues or bugs that have popped up since the project was completed. We will continue to use them and recommend them.
It was time to upgrade our home theater room, our old HD projector died as soon as it heard us talking bad about it. I really wanted the brand spanking new Epson LS10000 laser projector. It's a big one, so I knew I'd need the full install.
I had heard about Synergy Integrated Systems and I contacted them to see if they could help. Well, did they ever! They got me probably the first Epson unit sold here in NC, and got it within a day or two of the release date.
They did a ceiling install, which was complicated by throw distance and room architecture. The install came out perfectly. I needed the projector flush, and I mean FLUSH against the ceiling because the back row is up a couple steps so the ceiling gets low. They took the bracket that Epson supplied, and improvised parts on their own to make the projector actually be sitting on the ceiling upside down, a perfect flush mount. And did it through a false ceiling to boot.
They did all the usual things too that you'd expect. I was very impressed with them, from a price point of view, a people point of view, and for technical skills. I would definitely use them again.

I can't express how happy I am with the work synergy did for me. They were very professional, very efficient, and the finished job is very clean with ethernet jack plates where needed. They relocated my router and strengthened my wifi signal throughout our house.They were able to retrofit my 3 story house for ethernet wire so I could connect my TV's and computers directly to my router, all hidden wires, exactly as I wanted. AT&T did such a sloppy job when installing our fiber service and router and Synergy cleaned it all up. I'm calling them tomorrow to come hang a new TV and hide all the wiring. Synergy does fantastic work. I'm recommending them to all of my family and friends!

Aaron, Michelle, and the Synergy crew are a terrific group. They sourced and installed all the components for our media room, including in-wall surrounds, sound bar, HD antenna, receiver, etc., and ran all the wires behind the sheetrock and into the media closet. They also took the time to ensure the HD antenna signal was available to all the TVs in the house. After the installation, Aaron came by to better calibrate the speakers in the media room to ensure we have the best audio experience. On another occasion, when we had fiber internet installed, we contracted Synergy to ensure the single inbound connection at the hub was properly routed to all TV ports throughout the house. They did an equally great job. Overall, we find that Synergy is highly competent, quick, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them!

After having experience with audiovisual installations in other homes, building a final destination I understood the process and felt like I knew more of what I expected. Synergy listened to my needs and followed through with the proper hardware/software without insisting purchases outside of their domain be included in their invoice. I have an older complicated multi component Crestron entertainment center installed by a vendor who has since closed for business.
