Years later still no job and back to the cuckoos nest. Should change its name to nopath. Not the most intelligent employees.

I was referred by an agency named Cidny center for independence living what a joke both agencies when I first called job path three days ago to try and get more info about the programs offered this mentally ill white nut answered the phone and unfortunately I ended up stooping on his level he really got to me constantly hanging up the phone not doing his job i caught him in several lies the placed is not on unorganized but the workers apparently are lazy and incompetent in order that the fool kept answering the phone he sounded as if he was on dope with a heavy accent So he transferred me over to some broad by the name of Patrina so I left a message for her unfortunately another nut who didn't contact me back after explaining leaving her a lengthy message and she hasn't returned my call the place is operated by idiots liars game playing fools
There is a large turnover of employees here. I worked here briefly in 2011. Despite immense personal experience in the field, and some professional experience with great assets and great relations with my clients, ironically the very reason I was let go was the very reason they claim to be supportive of. Being in revovery from Social anxiety- I was told my communication skills with staff was poor. -This made me more relatable by clients. they were also non specific and non professional in the way they let go. Simply by phone, "no need to come in today" practice what you preach
Working at Job Path was such a rewarding opportunity. Definitely the friendliest and most progressive work culture I've ever encountered in my professional experience. The office based staff is committed and passionate about the work that they do and they're very supportive and mindful of the hard work that the field based staff does providing direct care. There are some truly witty, real and down to earth people here. Honestly I was bummed to have to leave as soon as I did since I really did feel at home here, but I definitely recommend this organization to anyone looking to get non-profit, public administrative and/or social work experience. Also there have been some really cool changes that have occurred especially within the past year, 2016-17, and I am sure that the future will be bright for this special place.
Job Path is the best the place to find support or Jobs and in your community. I have a wonderful Job Coach the staff are really helpful.
Total corrupt control freaks and liars and got me the worst job and told me to go back against my own will to get fired and than lied to me and cost me my life
I enjoyed working here as a support professional. Got constructive feedback from supervisors. This agency genuinely cares for the clients they serve and has established progressive, innovative programs
