Food was excellent. Service was good. Very attentive and help full waiter.

We came In looking for a good steak.... waited 20mins no server, so we walked out... it wasn't crowed at all. We got a table as soon as we walked in.. not sure what happen..

Went for $30 beef ribs. And found brush bristles all over the ribs. Had the manager come out and had them remade. Took over an hour to get the second plates ended up having to get them to go. When we got home and opened the boxes they still had bristles all over them. Never had a problem like this before we have been there several times. Just her unhappy with this experience.

Comfortable place, well set. Large portions and good service. Ribbs are its star dish

Lousy waiter was never around. Dirty silverware and glasses. Had to ask waiter three times for bread. Finally brought two small old buns for two people. Full rack of beef and veal ribs a ripoff. All fat and bone. Comes with heated over french fries and a miniscule cup of coleslaw. Water glasses never refilled.

Server was terrible and the drinks are weak. Was seating at 3pm and didn't get food until 4pm. Will not come back

Claasic place and on sunday they have a singer singing sinatra good stuff

Great place ..... Erick, the bartender, is the best bartender that have ever served me. Drinks was awesome.

Cristina was an awesome server and the food was fabulous. 2nd time we came here in 4 days. Keith was great our first time around

Everyone is very friendly. The food is delicious, if not eaten, you can ask you to carefully pack it with you, everything is clean everywhere. I really liked it.

Food was ok nothing special and the prices r very high for what you get

We were there for Thanksgiving dinner and of course we had turkey. Even though the restaurant was full, we were immediately given a table without reservation and the conditions were very friendly and helpful.
The menu consisting of cheese leek soup, leg and breast of turkey and apple baked as desert with vanilla ice cream was very tasty and plentiful. And if you don't have to drive a car, try a cocktail (Pina Colada) big and tasty.

We had a party of two and each bought two different styles and flavors of ribs. We found them to be top notch. The ribs were amazing, even the broccoli was wonderful.

The sirloin is not even the size of a small fist (not kidding) & the brownie dessert is a cocktail glass, yes, a cocktail glass, with the brownie in the bottom and icecream on top so you have to eat all the icecream first, not both together. Of course the price for these is ridiculous.

My husband and I went to Tony Roma's about a month ago. The waitress we had wasn't tentive. The Food wasn't tasty and the wasn't hot. It's nowhere I would recommend.

We were vacationing and walked over there to order to go dinner. The hostess was very nonchalant and every question we asked about the menu she reply by saying "I don't know."

I ordered the Not your Mama's Chicken with fries and corn in the cob. The chicken was overly cooked, the portion size was small on the fries but the corn was scrumptious.When I tried to bite into it I felt like it was cutting my gums. Needless to say the food was tasteless and the service horrible.

Today was not a good for me to come on my first time. I'm here on Mother's day. They seem to be short staffed everywhere. The table patrons next to me had burnt food and sent it back. Two of my four orders weren't cooked to specifications and had to be sent back. One order hasn't arrived yet. The waiter said it will brought out with new order. We will be taking everything to go when it arrives. Would you leave a tip? I will. I understand Mother's day traffic and understaffed. Should I penalize those that did show up for work? I won't do that. I do feel however, that I won't be back. This was a bad first and lasting impression.

Very disappointing experience. We arrived, were seated quickly because there was only one other table. So we ordered our drinks, waited 30 minutes to receive our drinks, and when we finally got our drinks, we had to ask to order as opposed to being asked if we were ready as if we weren t at the restaurant for about 40 minutes. Our drinks were not strong, i actually had to ask the waiter if there was alcohol in my drink. we were told we would be charged for them to make the drinks stronger. When we finally ordered our food which took a little time which is understandable because there are six of us, but seeing as though we were the only other guests in the restaurant, we expected faster service. The waiter was relaying messages from the manager who did not seem to care about us being happy. Was not a terrible experience but it was bad enough for me to complain about it which i do not do often. I don t blame the waiter i blame the manager who did not even come out to reconcile with us. We did not request his presence because we were disappointed and we will not be returning to this restaurant. This is unfortunate because it is very close to our hotel and it could have been our staple restaurant for the remainder of our trip.

Horrible Beefs ribs!!!!! Cold , drowning with tasteless BBQ sauce. Server was great so not his fault the ribs was inedible

Should have listened to the other reviews. Service was absolutely awful!!! I have never left a restaurant without leaving a tip. This was the first time ever. The entire order was messed up. Had to explain to 3 different people our order. The manager didn t even care. Had to flag down our waiter every time for more water or drinks. Everything was messed up...still couldn t get it corrected. It was beyond a bad night, we thought they were just awful. Even watched the manager walk past a napkin on the floor and not even bother to pick it up!

A place of classic American style where to dine and spend pleasant moments.

If you love barbecued ribs, steak , etc this is your heaven . Ever since leaving Miami I ve missed a top notch barbecue restaurant it s steak that s not rubber. This meat oriented restaurant makes the PB restaurants pale by comparison ! The service isn t always perfect but the food is as you like it- and the best part is the new Tony Roma s opens today in the Hilton at PBI! Can t wait !
