Integrated Samsung showroom ... near Gangnam metro station in Seoul

Interesting visit. A fun showcase of samsung's products. Had fun with some of its VR showcase.

Between museum and modern experience, the Samsung D light can be "visited" in just over an hour and is great entertainment. Technologies are getting crazier.

Very boring and showcasing useless features.
Expected experimental technologies, but got a bland personality 'discovery'.
Only go if you are super interested in Samsung to the point of fanboy.

One of the amazing experience to visit a Samsung digital market. Happen to see latest stuff that Samsung is launching in market and they are really worth watching here. A band was put by staff and with that you can start multiple experience of Samsung technology..

Nice place. Get to play with some of the high tech gadgets. So sad that they don't have the Galaxy fold on display yet.

Broken devices are often seen. Not enough content to go with children.

I want to preorder Galaxy S8 but it is impossible to have a immersive bundle like in USA with 256Gb memory card and AKG headphones. Why politics of Samsung so discriminative: in USA I can have this bundle for a small extra and I can have Galaxy S8 with good memory, but in Canada no? I called in head office in Canada and USA 7 times and they can t help me.

Its a samsung show room for its smart devices. You can experience some interactive stuff, samsung VR demo, car racing demo and some more stuff

multimedia, interactive, all that pew-pew-pew, all that wow-wah-wah.
but in fact, nothing breakthrough was shown in the spring of 2018. all this is in Samsung stores.
children can be shown VR.

A little disappointed. We traveled to Korea, Samsung s kingdom and hope to be able to replace my broken galaxy s8 quickly. But it actually would take 3 weeks to finish, the process is much longer than my home country

A bit disappointing. Just a show of Samsung devices. But even the newest mid range phones (which are already for sale in shops worldwide) weren't available.

hello i have been a premium customer of your samsung brand for years currently I have a serious problem with your representative in Morocco I bought a note 10 and an active watch 2 44mm. The watch and a galaxy s6 tablet. After 5 days of use it has a battery problem and offers me a repair that I refuse and I request the exchange immediately to keep a good relationship with your brand which is supposedly a good brand after several reminders unfortunately no manager wants to contact your customer thank you for intervening to save your brand image
I will launch a campaign on all the media I will not hesitate to do bad publicity I understood only one thing we were treated like royalty at Apple

Came to learn about latest in samsung technology and found it's just a couple of touch screen interactions, a few appliances (which admittedly look impressive). Thete were rooms like a bedroom kitchen to show how technology would change future life but the only "explanations" were videos on tablets. The videos are shot at a bizarre angle, not informative, cannot rewind. The VR experience was great though.

This is a space created by Samsung for product exhibitions, where you can access various Samsung products and try them out. Some products are also available for direct purchase, and you can easily find the latest new products at any time.

Samsung showroom. There are corners where you can experience various products and shops where you can purchase accessories such as cases. No loss for GALAXY users.

Great experience, really interesting tech and the VR was also better than expected.

If you like gadgets, or you just want to shop somewhere carrying all the latest Samsung gear this is the spot. The top two levels are demoing cutting edge tech in an interactive manner. I had a blast going through the whimsical personalized tour. The bottom level is a large store with all the devices you'd expect, plus things like stationary and pens!

Delight of the Samsung main building, well ... I don't need any further explanation.

A Very nice place to see new Samsung's products and technologies. There's a store in the basement and you can try all the products before buying.

Very nice interactive museum where you get a wristband at the entrance. You can use this with different parts where pictures are made of you. You will receive these photos afterwards (free of charge) to your e-mail address. The museum is mainly focused on future technological developments. You can get a VR demonstration, row with heartbeat etc. There is a Samsung store on the ground floor. Well worth a visit.

Pretty cool experience if you're into tech, but it feels a lot like walking through one big google advert

Nice for a quick visit if youre into tech. The registration is quite impressive, each person will be given an rfid tag and picture taken to be displayed on the big screens. You can also interact with the displays via your tag.

The traffic is very good as it is connected to Exit 8 of Gangnam Station. Now, the vitality inside the building seems to be a bit weakened due to Samsung exit, but the charm of the building is still there.

I had other expectations. Some 3d interaction and experience but not much. And then showroom of their equipment ... especially phones.

It's always a place to look for when it's time. Today I bought a Brutus speaker that I needed when I was working on it.
The exhibition halls are pleasant and the staff are friendly, but you can see cell phones, speakers, TV laptops, etc. You can relax, and take a selfie with a Galaxy Note 10.

Free to go but Delight was limited to Free entry , Hardly anyone when went inside but seems employees were not interested in showing such awesome investment by company , what a shame to have such wonderful opportunity been made such bad experience by people managing the show , Management should either charge if they can't handle visitors or just stop this and make it as one more shop , Idea is brilliant but execution seems bad , Time was around 5pm so no excuse for employees not to guide or show various aw moments but mostly they were sending down to buy stuff from the shops , overall bad experience as wasted 3 Hrs of Seoul time in reaching there & having below average experience , Could be avoided as Samsung store in every town gives better experiences , Hope management takes care for future .

Various experiences-VR, AR, future life / technology experience was good. And it's better because you can buy electronics.

For one of the most popular phone brands in the world I found the Samsung d'light shop below average, nothing wow about the experience.
On a plus side they had really nice staff.

It's an interactive museum kinda place where you get to try Samsung products. Not much of a fuss tbh, simple interactions. When we were there VR experience didn't work either. The only good thing was the fact that you can shop at the shop down under tax-free, which means reduced prices.

A lot of products are placed in a large space, so you can try it without worrying about it.

Nice place to visit if you love Samsung products. Not things special and lot of demonstration under maintenance.

I went for a job experience at school, but the staff are friendly and the exhibits are fun!

Everything can be touched, an interactive game starts immediately at the entrance, virtual glasses in three places are different with or without chairs (better than a real attraction) (Free).
