A great experience

The service was EXCELLENT!!! A shout out to Kyle our server, Ray, and the rest of the management team. We went to celebrate my dad's birthday last Saturday 5/12 and he can't stop talking about how great the food and the service was that we received. Thank you Tony Ramos for making a special day even greater.

I loved it ... super attentive and delicious food !!!

Tasty. Very blunt dishes. For women it is better to order the half plate. It is impossible to eat everything.

I loved the food !!! I ordered a meat dish, and it was really delicious !! I loved it. The very good attention. The only thing that suffered was the air conditioning was very high. I died of cold.

The service was great. We were seated right away and they have free valet parking. I had the pork ribs which I enjoyed but they weren't special. It is a good family place for a good meal.

The only thing that let Tony Roma s down was the lady that greeted us at the door and sat us at our table...... not much of a welcome!

Decent ribs and inexpensive prices. But they use tons of salt and butter. Parking is free, and usually available.

Went to this place about 3 weeks ago. It s on Sunny Isles right on Collins avenue. First of all the service is super, great server great manager, they went out of the way to correct the issues. Now the food ! We order the steak ribs, they were extreme difficult to eat. They were so hard the knife would not cut it through . The manager took it back they cooked a little more but it was still very hard.

Simply incredible... food was amazing, customer service outstanding... prices are on point.. Highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area.. walking distance to the ocean and plenty of parking.. i even ended up leaving my phone by mistake, came following day and it was at the front desk waiting for me.. very rare these days such honest people.. thank you for an excellent experience!! 6 stars... p.s. the mac and cheese is serious business!!

I can t wait to visit this location again. The desserts...omg the deserts...I wish I can remember which one I tried but I know that it seemed like a brownie. Amazing! Their prices are very reasonable.

Famous for its ribs that are tender and exquisite. We were attended by Lina, Colombian waitress, who did wonders and suggested us very well!

I have a been a regular at Tony Romas, and I must say my experience there is always very positive. All items on the menu are delicious and prices are very reasonable. The staff is very professional and welcoming. Tony Romas on Sunny Isles has the best bartender in town if you ask me, Eric! Eric always goes the extra step to accommodate his customers. The guy is super nice, easy going, and very professional. When you visit TR, without a doubt, ask for Eric!!! He will make your experience unforgettable.

What happened to all the other tony Roma s ...bring them back

Very good ribs, especially the lamb, but you should dress warm, the air conditioning cools so well that the ceiling lamps swing in the wind

Great food, great seating outdoors. Usually really good vibes and networking.

The filet medallions or ribs are my go to choices. We had a larger party of 9, but the wait to order after we placed our drink order seemed too long. We went through 2 orders of bread before we got our food. The food was delicious. They have a decent selection of beers and wines to go with anything on the menu. This location is usually busy on the weekends for dinner, so call ahead if you can.

The food is no longer an edgy bbq joint, as it once was at the older locations. Here it is a bit more formula driven. The flavors are still good, but service slow and under-responsive. We had a child spill a water, and no service came to help.The baby back ribs, full rack for $22 and half for $20? Of course they are pressing the full rack, but this pricing is somewhat odd for those who don't want to over-eat or waste food.

Food Poisoning
We had a coupon so we decided to go. What a mistake. The first thing I noticed was that it was not busy at all, years ago the place was always packed. Maybe it was too early, it was around 7 p.m. The manager who seated us was very nice. The waiter was good, but at the end we had to wait for our check a bit too long. He went by us without the check while serving another patron. Bad time management.
I had ribs, there wasn't a lot of meat on them. My husband had the salmon. I had a pang of pain later that night and thought maybe something was wrong with the ribs, but it was only one and a couple little ones, so I didn't think about it anymore.
My husband had a different story. He had full-blown food poisoning. He had the runs all night long and abdomen pain. He couldn't sleep. It ended around 9 in the morning. Never going back there again. You can keep your coupons.

Absolutely AMAZING food with great service. From ribs to skirt steak to chili, Best i ever had, to brownie desert. I m about to blow up just thinking about everything I ate tonight. Food was great and they were amazing with the service especially with the kids.

Showed up on Mother's Day with my Mother & Grandma at 11:00 it wasn't busy at all maybe like 7 other people. We ordered our food and waited a whole hour to get several "sorrys" but no food then after 15 more minutes a bigger family of 6 that showed up 20 minutes after us got all their food before we got anything. On our way out we asked to see the manager an it took another 15 minutes so we just walked about and Paid $7 for just drinks and over an hour and a half of waiting.

Always impressive and in proving... Their new bread is worth the trip... You already know Tony Roma's is a place of excellence... Food, service and dining room...

Aside from waiting more than expected for someone to take our order, the food is good. They made a few changes in their menu also. Definitely ask for Moe to serve you! He made sure that the steak we ordered was cooked to our liking when he served it to us and even helped to pack up what we wanted to take home.

I absolutely love it, came all the way from Bahamas for it.

The front desk as well as the service at the table were very friendly and courteous.
The decor left a positive impression with us.
For dinner we had the spaghetti with shrimp and the cheesy burger. The homemade spaghetti was not al dente but the sauce was well spiced and had a nice sharpness. The burger was slightly above the ordered medium level and a bit greasier than expected. However, the taste in both dishes made up for the small mark.
The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. For a little money you get really good food here.

Food was terrible; ribs tasted like they were prepared hours before; stakes were vere tough but a waiter named Jason was terrific. Don't ask for coffee ; it was horrible.

Found what looked like a dark short and curly hair in my starter, upon complaining to the manager I received another starter!..a grubby looking chef kept appearing from the depths of the kitchen with a sniggering glare of rudeness as if he has plucked the hair especially for my dish...strange place ..good food apart from the pube
