What an amazing Company! I recently purchased a pool through a Lataham Dealer. The customer service is unbelievable at this company and they truly care about their customers right up to the top of the Company! I am so thankful we decided to go with Latham and look forward to many years of enjoyment with our new pool! Thank you :)

Applied for a job here. took them a month just to reply. Went in for an interview for a simple labour position. Was told "either we'll call you if your hired or we wont call at all". Considering it took a month to reply to the application, unsure if the final decision is also going to take a month. Is a phone call to much to ask?

If you are considering a new pool or a replacement...

If you are considering a new pool or a replacement liner STAY AWAY from Latham Products. Our pool was installed in the fall of 2016 and we covered it 2 weeks later. In the spring of 2017 we opened our pool and started using it at the end of May. By the end of the season this is what our liner looked like. It is severely discolored above the water line and Latham won't consider any type of warranty claim. I have heard every excuse from chemicals being wrong to the sun exposure causing it. I take a water sample to the pool store every 2 weeks and have never had an issue with chemicals. The liner on the south side of the pool looks like new. I can rub the print right off of the liner. It is defective and they will not acknowledge it. STAY AWAY from their products.

I went here for an Interview. The company HR person Janice Sayers sent me an email saying my interview is at 8 am friday July 10th . So I called her 5-6 times to clear some doubts regarding the interview. But she never picked the phone or never called me back. Anyway I decided to go to the interview and I drive 35 kms from my home to reach the location and I waited 20 minutes for the HR. Then she came and said your interview was a phone interview so you don't have to be here and I will reschedule your interview to another day. I dont understand why she didn't mention in the email that it's a telephone interview.
I went home later and after few hours I got another email from her saying that I have another interview on the next day 8 am. The next day means Saturday cuz she sent me that email on friday. So I called her on saturday 8 am and nobody picked the phone cuz the office was closed for weekend. I called her again on Monday 8 am and told her you sent me an email on friday saying I have an interview on the next day and nobody picked the phone on saturday when i called her. And I asked her is my interview on today 8 am ? And her reply was I didn't send u an email and I'll reschedule your interview to another day. Such a terrible response from the HR of a company. Is she joking with me ? Just cuz of her I cancelled a meeting with my friends and drive 70 kms in total for no reason , wasting my valuable time . The HR represents a company and it's the face of a company. Please provide her more training or hire someone else who is more professional at their job otherwise you guys will lose the existing business too.
