I've worked for many companies so I can afford a pretty objective opinion.
I'm always happy with Elita. Why?
Because they have a professional, yet not too stiff appearance. They know exactly what they are doing and have always given me interesting assignments. At Elita you work together, which is very important to me.
And unlike many other companies, a wage interview is not a Fars but a possibility. It is definitely trying to respond and not already smashed at the door. In this way, I feel valued as an employee, which makes me more motivated to work. But many companies do not understand this point yet.
I am looking forward to further cooperation for 2019.

i contacted agency in a hope to find a season job in a factory, but because of my A2 level of german language knowlage, they replied that i must be on B1 or B2 level. after one week they hired more than 10 people for the same position, and as i know those people, they don't have any German language certificate and they dont know even 10 words on German language. i would not recommend this agency at all, they are not interested to finding jobs for their clients.
