Toledo Edison took three days to respond to a tree that knocked down power lines. When they did, they replaced the power lines crossing the street so low, that the first commercial truck that drove down the street ripped all the power lines out, causing damage to our house.
Toledo Edison refuses to admit that the damage to my house was caused by their negligence and failure to restore the lines to a safe height crossing the street. They refuse to replace the damaged line going to my house, and as a disabled vet, the customer service representative had the nerve to tell me to fix the exposed high power line myself and then put me on indefinite hold.
Ignorance, Negligence, and Disrepsect. THAT IS TOLEDO EDISON.
I wish there was an alternative to this ignorant and unsafe power company, No city should have to be forced to put up with such an unprofessional organization for their only choice for residential power.
