One star is still too many - the dishes are moldy on the unglazed underside, although 1. it is stated that they are dishwasher safe and 2. attempts have been made to store them in various ways (kitchen roll in between, plate racks so the plates can air out, dry let, etc.).

After contacting Tognana there was no response, poor customer service.

I purchased an 8-piece DELUXE VINTAGE battery, the quality is bad as well as the company's after-sales service.The pots have become discolored becoming opaque after a 70-degree wash, precise that the company sells them as washable in dishwasher without mentioning any temperature.Also preheating as it is customary to make a pan to cook a simple steak, a rivet was blown like a bullet.After writing to the company, unfortunately I have not come to terms with anything other than to keep defective pans .Beware of buying this product, it is highly poor. I attach the photos of the products, judge for yourself.

I bought a set of pots for my induction plate. After a few months of use, even socially, the screws of the handles appear rusty! Frankly surprised, I do not buy again Tognana.

Great outlet, buying porcelain and other items in this company since 1982, at least twice a year, when I happen to be in the area, I make purchases for me or to give as gifts without ever having had the slightest problem. Excellent quality products. Recommended!!!

Worst dish I've ever seen. I ordered 2x tableware in a set of 12 and the quality of each plate is miserable! The underside where the plates rest is rougher than sandpaper so you make at most the kitchen top / table top broken. After 2 months to write back and forth, of course, according to Tognana NO return reason. On the threat to turn to a lawyer was sent me the same ticket again, only now even spoiled plates were there. Have thrown away all the trash was too complicated for me. Rate each one from here to order !!

ATTENTION TO STONEWARE / CERAMIC PRODUCTS

The products are aesthetically very good and nice but you have to pay attention to the precautions to be reserved for these products. After consulting directly with Tognana, I want to inform you that these products are made of Stoneware, a material composed of more than 80% clay = absorption of water and humidity.
According to the instructions they gave me it is preferable:
- wash the dishes by hand
- completely avoid "soaking" washing
- if they are washed in the dishwasher, they must be removed immediately after washing is finished

Beware that if they absorb too much moisture, mold can form in the lower part.

Self service shop full of merchandise
own or made ad hoc. Outlet prices. The porcelains have an invoice equal to the other similar ones but double expensive.

Very friendly and kind staff. We have been going there for several years and at every visit there are always items to buy. A nice gits ds do if you pass by those parts.

The 30x20 slate plate, imported from Tognana, cannot be said to be a scam, but a trap, yes. Its fragility, due to the low thickness and the split perimeter cut, is amplified by the rectangular shape and by the rubber pads, arranged under the four corners, which unevenly distribute the loads it must bear for the cutting actions. It is enough to lean on it, even just delicately, a weight greater than a slice of salmon to see it break irreparably. As it happened to me, just unwrapped on the kitchen table.
For a cost of 3.29 the damage is limited and I only complain that I have guilty underestimated some elementary notion of mechanical physics and that I did not prefer the more compact 20x20 square shape. Who is the cause of his illness ...
The fact remains that I do not feel authorized to bring the pieces back to Esselunga who sold it to me. At least they dispose of them.

P.S. - After seeing how it preserves all the marks of a trivial handling in dry conditions, I totally advise against purchasing this product in any format.

I bought a grill pan for my induction hob, and although I respected what is written in the package leaflet, the pot has irreparably ruined the hob. I wrote to the quality service who quickly dismissed me with a "it happens when the pot overheats", thus attributing the blame to me for having used the pot for no more than 5 minutes at medium power (indicator set to 9 where the value maximum that releases my plan is 14). Needless to say, I am very disappointed and embittered by how my problem was treated and by the (non-existent) solution that was proposed to me. Ah and to be precise, their pan costs 39 so let's say not exactly cheap

I feel cheated because following an order of 2 sets of colored dishes I got faded dishes that did not correspond in the least to those seen in the photo: yellow leaves instead of green, yellow edge instead of green etc .... I was thinking in a mistake of the company but once contacted they replied that they were from another lot ... that is, a lot that had gone badly is obviously that they thought to get rid of it by sending them to me ..

Washed and dried as usual and placed in the cupboard.
They did the MOLD ago and the customer service replied that it is my fault that I did not dry well.
Are we kidding ?! They say their Stoneware system complies with health regulations ... but I highly doubt.
