We received excellent and very knowledgeable service picking out all our plants for our new gardens today! The plants are in excellent health and look great! We also received great advice on our vegetable garden plans. I highly recommend them for your gardening needs. Also, they have great looking firewood for next winter!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I had asked them to come quote how much it would be to remove a tree and stump grind it out. Once they where here I told them I would be in contact of when we would like them to come back as I have renters in the house and sometimes there are a lot of cars in the driveway and I wanted to look around to compare the prices. Without permission they came and took the tree out and damaged my driveway. When I emailed them they disregarded the fact that they damaged the driveway and the fact that I never gave them permission to be on my property and just said they would be back to remove the stump.
I will never ever work with these people again!

They have carefully and professionally removed large limbs , cut down a tree, and provided us with good replacements!! Mark came out to quote the tree removal. They were very prompt on coming out for the quote. Mark and another employee came out for the removal and it sure was impressive to watch them work! They are top notch! Did not damage my single little fern just planted, as asked and did a great clean up job. Thank you Grand River trees! Would not hesitate to refer anyone your way to save them substantial money and also for a quality job!!! I had shopped around before going with them even though I was initially very impressed with their professionalism.
I have used the Grand River Group twice now to remove two very large trees from my property. I found in both cases their staff to be very knowledgeable, safety aware and polite to deal with. I was sad to lose the trees but after Grand River had completed the job you would have never known a tree was ever there before. We have used Grand River Tree Service twice for cutting down large trees on our property and have been extremely happy with the professionalism and friendliness of their crew. The work was done very cleanly and in a way that did not damage other plants and bushes around. We dealt with Norman who is personable and very reasonable. He provided valuable advice on the care of our trees and suggestions for replacing the cut trees. We referred them to neighbours who were all very satisfied. We will not hesitate to use their services again.
The tree technician arrived on a wet, windy day, which we weren't expecting. The technician removed all the dead wood as required and very nicely piled the chopped, burnable pieces for us, as requested. Good prices and good service.
