On the site they advertised a free glove, but it was not present in the package.

If an Italian company that promotes Made in Italy sells products made in China, at least it should take care to check the quality and, in case of defects, give maximum support, otherwise we might as well buy directly from China.
A shame unfortunately, too bad.
