I'm hungry and I don't want to spend rent on food. It's near impossible for a young adult to figure out how to get help in these pandemic circumstances. The government needs to act accordingly and help the people of the United States during difficult times. From the house of senate to departments of health and safety. We deserve better and easier ways to understand how to get things done when it comes to government assistance. Especially when you qualify and were supposed to receive these benefits because of COVID-19. The people are suffering.
Every time I call I m on hold for at least 20 min, and then when someone does answer I can barely hear them. They are rude, not helpful, and never resolve the issues.
Been on hold for over 2 hours and not get no answers yet. But they are quick to charge you and suspend your license but when you trying to call for information to pay your license they don't answer
Why is it so hard for someone to answer the phone here? It is impossible to talk to anyone without showing up in person, which is inconvenient if you only have a few questions to ask. Tennessee, do better at hiring competent people who actually know the meaning of customer service .
I got locked out of my account. I was trying to get a Road Test appointment done, and accidentally entered in my SS number wrong.
So, I call up these guys and try to find the right options on the phone menu, after hearing a speech about their hours and such. I have been trying to get my appointment for about ten minutes before the account got locked, and found out the average wait time on the line is seven minutes. Made me a little upset, but considering I work in fast food at a busy part of town, I could understand.
Fifteen minutes without any update at all on when I would get connected, I get connected to this person, and I tell her my situation and she asks to get my permit ID, so I go to get my wallet. I TELL this person, wait just a minute. I finally come back, not even two minutes later, I come back and start telling her my permit ID.
She/he hung up.
Now, I think it is possible your account just unlocks after thirty minutes, so not only did I waste my time hearing drawn out speeches, long menus and horrible hold music, I get hung up on.
Working in fast food teaches you a thing or two about how to be patient, and how things can be on the other side of a counter or phone, but even this seems unacceptable.
I don't understand why it is taking so long for my husband medical card to be updated on his CDL license so he can return to work we have been waiting since Jan. 26 2021 and have not heard anything we have done all that was requested, my husband don't get unemployment and don't want unemployment he just wants to work and they are holding him up from doing so, I'm disable and not trying to be homeless can anyone tell me what other steps we can take to get this going.
