Traditional Taiwanese no frills boba joint. This place offers a tremendous amount of choices. They even put together a list of preset combinations that you can order that they've defined for the month. I tried the s'more! It was a little on the sweet side but definitely novel. You can get the traditional flavors as well. Can't beat the price either but don't expect to pick your milk here. Only non-dairy creamer available for your milk option. ;)

I absolutely love TJ Cups! My favorite pearl tea place!! The employees are all nice and they have good customer service.

My favorite is the Shaken teas. Though their Mojito Cream a black tea is good too!:

I just wish there were more topping options. They recently cut down on the topping options which made me sad. I miss the strawberry popping and strawberry stars! It's the only reason I am only giving them four stars. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars!!

I'm here for lunch now. By the way, the pork chop made here is very good and standard.

I don't come here very often because it's out of the way, but I really enjoy their hong kong milk tea. Their boba is really good too. My mom also really likes their red bean slush. I have seen the line go out the door, but usually the line is really short. They work really fast and I'm usually out pretty quickly.

They do have some space in the back to hang out and chill. They also have cute decorations on the walls. I'm not sure if they have games though. Parking is a huge struggle here. I would def come again if it was more convenient. There's also a happy hour!!

I enjoyed their genmaicha drink. The drink is good but the homemade boba is not that special as endorsed by them.

Got the Dark Roasted Oolong milk iced tea, and I was completely blown away. Amazing service as well.

If you like your drink on the thicker / Milky side, this place is for you. Good tea flavor.

From what I understand, this is something they thought about themselves. You can see that they put effort into their food.

You can actually taste the tea. Friendly service too! But a bit pricey.

I recommend any of the red bean milk teas and the honey pomelo Jasmine green tea (one of the shaken teas). The shaken teas are very refreshing!

Ordered Uji Matcha Sea Salt Crema. $5 without toppings. Matcha was nice; coconut-flavored crema was not. I've never had coconut-flavored crema before. Quite weird. Imagine the bitterness of the matcha, plus salt, plus the coconut that is kind of savory, plus sugar. Not a great experience. Also, low-quality modern "hip-hop" with degrading lyrics: my b*** this d*** that p*** s*** f*** was playing while families with kids was in the store. Staff should watch out for this. Still, I'll be back to try their other teas (esp the 'real fruit' teas) but not the cremas.

Super friendly service with plenty of seating, Christine (the owner) provides a very pleasant experience. The menu changes a lot but if you want something that s not on the menu, they can customize it (I wanted a simple jasmine green tea with peach, 25% sweet) and are happy to accommodate.

Prices are a bit high but within reason. With rising costs in SF paired with sky high competition, it s pretty natural.

Went there in the afternoon and there was a short line, but waited a long time to get my drink made cuz 1 person ordered 7 drinks and a couple others ordered at least 2 drinks! I ordered a matcha fresh milk tea with boba. The boba was nice and flavorful.

Hella worth the 15 mins from my place downtown. I am on a mission to try all the fresh fruit drinks. So so so bomb! Great find. The dole slush taste like dole whip. Sidebar - i didnt like the fresh taro, but thats my personal preference jus not a big fan of fresh taro. I would order the taro again without it!

I would say this is one of my top places for boba drinks in SF! I always go here for their ice cream milk tea and glad they have honey boba as a topping option!

My all time fave - highest recommendation. Everything I've had exceed my expectations. Can't believe the variety. If you want to be dazzled, ask what they make or prep fresh...on a daily basis. One can taste the difference.

Best boba ever. It's so underrated. Their boba is delicious, and their milk tea is strong and milky. Not watery at all, you can def taste the tea in their oolong roasted tea. Delicious

Our first time having TJ's, very cool experience, it's very laid back. Good prices for boba drinks. Very friendly staff and great customer service. A bit humid inside do to the weather in the city this week, but it is usually cold around there .. so that's understandable. If you want to pass time, enjoy your drink and giggle with friends they do have a small lounge and board games which is a plus. Other then that a very good place to grab boba drinks.

Not all boba drinks made the same. Tj cups is one of my favorites. If you can really care with the weight gain, definitely try their orea crunch. You will feel guilty how much calorie you consume but you won't regret trying it. You may even addict to it.

Clean and welcoming as you enter. The drink comes out the way it is shown on the menu. Today s choice is #3 mango freeze coconut milk. Looks pleasing, and of course it was.

One of my favorite boba places in the sunset! Never disappointed when I order their drinks. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Parking will be a little difficult to find and mostly metered.

I usually order their signature drink and boba is perfect. The only thing for me is the price (ex: $5.25 for thai tea and boba). This is quite pricey to me for boba but this is to be expected since they are using higher quality ingredients (havent confirmed with workers but this is what I tell myself) So I only come here when I wanna treat myself. Enjoy!

Staff is always friendly. The boba here is decent. It's better than most other boba shops in the sunset. There's free wifi too! Only downside are the occasional smokers who stand outside because of the neighboring restaurants and the smoke trickles in to the cafe.

i was really exited because you can put ice cream on your boba, and i really liked it.
i tried the matcha one and my brother had the avocado one. The only thing that i don't like is that they don't put avocado in the top on the drink as the one in the picture. Overall was a good experience.

Fresh baked egg tart is so good. Drinks are great too.

Boba is fresh with great chewy texture. Locally made and not stored in syrup so if you get 0% sweet it won t be sweet. Matcha has a good strong flavor. This is the matcha milk snow with ice cream, red bean, boba. It was amazing.

Incredibly delicious Boba. A must if you're remotely close by
