The sales experience was great! I was looking for carpet in my basement. They came out had plenty of samples and were really knowledgeable about the product. Scheduling was easy and they were able to get out to my house for install in about a week from point of purchase. The install was where things turned. The installers showed up outside of their window. I had to call to find out where they were. I was told that someone called off from the warehouse so they were behind. No big deal. They showed up took everything downstairs and got to work. I didn't go down to check on anything but they worked fairly quickly and I did a quick check to sign off. Later that night I noticed a stain in the carpet. I notified them and they sent out the same installer the next day to address the issue. He came out and tried to clean the stain out with something but it was not pulling out. He then took carpet scissors and starting cutting the top of the carpet fibers off to remove the stain. There is still a hint of the stain but since the carpet is multi dimensional I told him it was fine in fear that he would cut even more off. As I started to move my furniture back in the spaces I noticed that my walls were scratched up in multiple places from the install and the transition piece from my vinyl plank to the carpet was smashed as well as a chunk taken out of one of the baseboards. Not worth the hassle to address with Tish but disappointing since I had just paid for the walls and baseboards to be painted. The carpet itself is wonderful! So soft and fluffy.

We just had carpet installed throughout our home by Tish Flooring, and had a wonderful experience from the beginning, when we had our home measured for carpet, all the way through the installation process. Our sales person, Fred, was very experienced and knowledgeable and answered our many questions as we were making our selection, and the installation team was on time, hard-working, very professional and well-mannered, and did a fabulous job! I don't know how they accomplished such a large task without one nick or scratch on our walls or baseboards! Tish Flooring went above and beyond our expectations and the price could not be beat! If I could give a ZERO I would. We moved w/ the military in Apr 2019. We had carpet installed before moving into our new home. After 6-8 repairs and 3 inspections- one in-house & 2 private contractors- we found out we needed to replace ALL of the carpet. They claim it was "bad" carpet but the new install crew said the carpet was never installed correctly. It has been nothing but issue after issue, miscommunication, and so on. I'd never want anyone to go through this chaos!

I just had Tish install new carpet in my two bedrooms. I quoted from multiple companies and Tosh had the best price for the quality of carpet. They did an incredible job with the removal and install, were very fast and did a great job cleaning up after the fact. The whole process was so easy and I love my new carpets! I will definitely be revisiting when I am ready to replace the rest of the flooring in my home.

He was incredibly friendly and helpful and called me the next day to prep me on next steps. I was given a call and email from Lisa and Renee at his office, they set up my install and it was done within 3 days. It not only was fast, friendly and exceptional service on the front end, but the install was quick and professional and I loved the quality of carpet and work they did.
