If I could give a ZERO I would. We moved w/ the military in Apr 2019. We had carpet installed before moving into our new home. After 6-8 repairs and 3 inspections- one in-house & 2 private contractors- we found out we needed to replace ALL of the carpet. They claim it was "bad" carpet but the new install crew said the carpet was never installed correctly. It has been nothing but issue after issue, miscommunication, and so on. I'd never want anyone to go through this chaos!
