Services is so spotty n weekends its even worse and they said it is not them it is on my end I have gotten 3 new routers n it still the same. Fed up!.

I ve been with TISD for a year and I have no complaints wifi is great since we live out in the country and when we did have issues they were quick to help(:

We have not had any issues with our internet services with TISD. Today Darrell, tech support staff member, came out to put internet in a converted shed/office and another place. He was fast, efficient, and tried the least expensive ways first for cost effectiveness. He was knowledgeable, polite; and got in and got out quickly. Thank you, Darrell!!!
Virtually no problems with the internet itself, when I moved from one location to another the quality didn't change how well it worked. The only problem I've had was issues concerning when you need a 50 ft. pole installed. I was notified on the day of my installation instead of beforehand which set me back almost another month on the waiting list. Other than that no problems I wouldn't switch to another service
Great computer repair service ! I have used tisd for repairs to our computers. They repair it quickly while being honest on what s the problem. We also needed an estimate for insurance snd it was done professionally and quickly .
Terrible isp. There is slow speeds and outages constantly. Calling tech support is a joke. If you can get any other isp, that would be better than this trash.
Good customer service, polite and all. Must improve their internet service, they go down far to much. I understand you folks are giving everyone that has had internet service down due to equipment failure a free month of service. IS THIS TRUE?
Consistently offers the worst phone support that I have ever encountered. My internet went down yesterday afternoon and I called customer support and I was told that internet was down in Victoria. NBD because overall my internet service has been good lately. This morning my internet is still down and when I call customer service I am told there is no outage and there was not an outage yesterday either. So why was I told there was an outage? When my call got dropped I tried calling back several times and even though I wait on hold for 10 minutes or more I am just forwarded to a voicemail box. Why would I wait on hold to reach a voicemail box? The reason I wait on hold is so I can talk to a representative. When I leave voicemail messages it usually takes hours or days to get a call back and sometimes I don't get a call back at all.
