I had a realitor from here named Bruce Nelson, we saw a house that had water damage, mold damage, and needed alot of work (none of that was his fault) but he still tried to say it was a great value and still tried to sell it to me!!! He just walked around with us in silence, looking at all the damage and asked us to buy it still. When we didnt want to buy it, he pestered me daily and for several weeks to do the loan application when i told him already I'm not going to do it until my wife gets a job because then i will have to do it all over again...
I know a lot of realitors friends and aquantices, but it became clear to me that Bruce just wanted to make a sale at all costs and did not care about his client at all or what they were buying.
I also told him I'd follow up with him months later, and now hes completely ignored me for 2 days (now that I've done the loan qualifications) and I'm ready to purchase a house...
Im going to speak against Bridge Realty to everyone i know after this experience with unprofessional Bruce. Im guessing all of the realtors here are just as unproffesional and all the good reviews here are FAKE accounts. It looks like it.

I am a license realtor at bridge realty for more than 4 years. When I joined, I thought it will be tough for me to get my real estate career going, but I soon I found out I have all the support I needed to grow my business.

I did join a team when I was starting there, and soon I m good at what I m do. And the broker is in the office every day, and I can reach him over the weekend or at night. Office staffs are knowledgeable. And the broker love to do is helping you to be successful! We can easily spend more than few hours talking about different marketing strategy and ideas. Also sit down and have innovate ideas with the marketing team, they will make it happen at fraction of the cost v.s outside, and outstanding work too!

In here, it give me a feeling of being a big family, people help each other. I don t have worry about if there is a problem how can I solve it. I can easily have a good open conversation with anyone.

Lastly, I don t have to pay the heavy percentage commission cut off to the office, and other administrative fee. When I was interviewed different companies to join, as new agent you are given 50/50, 60/40 split + any other fees . In here, I only have to pay $495 per transaction fee, and depending you need to use transaction coordinator service or not that s additional service if needed. I had office given leads since my first year, now we have KvCore CRM system giving out free leads and very good monthly fee for using it V. S. I was using RealGeek CRM for $250/Month.

I will recommend to anyone who is looking to do career change or thinking to change brokerage. Or just simply looking to buy or sell on your house, this is the place. Bridge has better technology and services. And Bridge Realty is largest family owned real estate company in MN with more than 800+ in different background (like me) that eager to helping people out! Treat people with respect and communicate our clients!

Marcos Lozano was a phenomenal real estate agent! What I liked most about the home buying experience with him was never having to wonder if he was doing everything he could to help get me the house I loved. He was very trustworthy and reliable. I didn't have to follow-up with him - I always knew that he would update me with new information the moment he got it, which meant a lot to me, especially in times where you had to act fast or were waiting for answers from third parties. He was always looking out for my best interests, so I felt like I had a strong team guiding me through the whole process. He knew a lot about the neighborhoods across the Twin Cities and beyond and had a lot of helpful connections that allowed us to see new houses on the market quickly. If you're interested in learning more about the whole process, he's very informative on a multitude of information. Marcos provides all-around quality service. We found a house in less than a week! I highly recommend him!

Do not trust Xueping Chen of Bridge realty in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. She sold me a family home of her and her husband s earlier this year. Lies were told on the disclosures. I m still trying to locate the ceiling fans. The age was disclosed on the HVAC systems, but was informed they were still functional. My furnace was condemned by a licensed technician the day I moved in stating safety concerns with the heat exchanger. The AC stopped working prior to my move in. Upon further research, the coils had been leaking for undisclosed amount of time, and it had been obviously recharged, and none of this was disclosed. Neighbors in the area told me the house had been rented. I am getting mail for tenants that do not match the sellers name to prove this. The sellers stated the elderly father had been living there previously. Another lie. And the icing on the cake, a hole was punched in the wall of one of the bedrooms and Xueping lied and yelled to my realtor stating we had missed it. This was a relocation move for me from two states away, and the lies and cheap craftsmanship on this home caused a world of headache that was unnecessary had the sellers been decent human beings.

The best broker in the state of MN. The owner Tony is an amazing advocate for his agents. He really cares about you and you being successful. He s always willing to talk and give you guidance. Honestly I could go on for a few pages of how great Bridge is but the biggest draw to people is 100% COMMISSION TO THE AGENT AND NO FEES!!!

We tried working with one of the Bridge Realty Realtor on one of their listings. They were very rude from the front desk to the realtor. This person did not present offers to the sellers while instead lying to our agent about either not receiving anything to faking nonexisting offers. Even when we offered what the sellers countered, the bridge realty realtor did not present our offer right away. Ultimately we pulled out of the deal. We will not be looking at anything Bridge Realty has to offer ever again. If I were you, I would avoid this place likes its Covid 2.0
