I’m disgusted after reading all the reviews of others talking Tris Pharma hydrocodone 10/325. I have taken opioids for years without issues. Recently I began getting the Tris Pharma and at first I thought it was just me getting worse. But I decided to investigate the company and found all of these comments from other people. Now I realize why I’m not getting any relief when I take my medication. This company is not putting any pain medication in them.

I don’t want to give even one star but had to in order to give a review. I have RA and all that goes along with that. I also have sever osteoarthritis and three herniated disc. Needless to say, I live with pain. I’m also fearful of addiction to the point that I only take what I call the hard stuff when I can no longer stand the pain. I’m very sensitive to medications so I’m actually unable to take an entire tablet of the 5/325 hydrocodone I am RX by my rheumatologist when I end up finally giving in to taking “ the hard stuff”. For years, the white with pink flecked tablets my pharmacy gave me when they filled my RX worked to give me some ease from my pain. Then, my saving Grace tablet was replaced with a white tablet that came from Tris Pharma. That half a tablet that was supposed to be my saving Grace ended up making me puke my guts out and gave me a three day headache and I swear my RA hurt worse following that pill! At first I didn’t associate the new pill with my strange symptoms but having to take a second half tablet, my results were even worse! I called every pharmacy in my little town trying to find one that could fill my next RX with any brand of hydros that was not manufactured by Tris Pharma without success. I finally asked the pharmacists why they were using Tris snd not my other pharmacy? Told them my side effects. I was told that they could get them cheaper from Tris. So, I guess that’s the reason our local pharmacies are giving us this trash for pain…..to make more money! It does NOTHiNG for PAIN. If there’s actually any opiate in it then it’s only a smidge and NOT the amount they indicate they have mixed in and the other additives has junk in it that makes a well person feel like they have the flu! Please pharmacies……please stop using them and give us back our medication!!!!

I thought maybe it was just me that thought my new batch of hydros weren't working, but now I see all the terrible reviews of Tris and am preparing to return these lousy meds to my local pharmacy. They keep switching brands, obviously trying to get a good price, but this is my life quality they're messing with.

It doesn't even seem like there is any active ingredient in these. Took 1.5x my prescribed dose (I know, not recommended but I'm desperate and have no choice if I want to do a day's work) and still haven't gotten one bit of relief.
Had to resort to an older batch of saved up stuff from another mfr and 800mg of Tylenol to get through today.

my dad has worked here for over a year and he claimed that all of these negative reviews are true. he has also claimed that this company was the worst company he s ever worked at in his 20+ years of working in the pharmaceutical industry. according to the customers reviews, the medication they ve been selling seems extremely terrible as they ve been experiencing flu like symptoms, and even seemed like they were about to die. by the way, my dad did not tell me to write this review.

Reading the reviews, it seems I am not the only one who got got useless Hydrocodone made by this Tris Pharma!

I had severe pain after my sinus surgery and the Hydrocodone prescribed by my doctor and filled by Walgreens was absolutely worthless. Even worse, something in the ingredients, maybe caffeine, kept me up the whole night as well.
Some research showed that the drug was made by Tris Pharma. It wouldn't surprise me if this Tris Hydrocodone is nothing but a worthless placebo.

I plan to have this medication inspected by an independent lab and will submit the findings to the state DA, FDA and Walgreens.

Their recipe of promethazine with codeine is the nastiest mixture of the medication in the history of pharmacy

Ive been seeing a pain management dr for years and taking the same meds. This medicine is awful at first it made me very moody with bad heartburn. I just refilled my meds and after taking one I blacked out. Never in my life have I felt this way. This started when Walgreens changed the generic brand. Anybody else felt something like this???
Im posting just in case something bad happens to me. Walgreen's and Tris dont care for anyone but there pockets!!
The drs don't care to help either
Anybody know how I can get these pills tested ??????

This is the worst ever , I never been this sick taking pain medication, and I have chronic pain and tumors on my nerves that causes chronic pain this company is the worst and I am not even sure what to do or who to turn to. Since the crazy opioid epidemic they made it hard for us to get the proper medication to help us. We are limited and doctors do not want to give anything out that can help you. But Tris should not even be a company, taking the medication is like giving a Tic Tac to an elephant. Lord help us all who take this and need relief, send us to a place that has some medication to at least take the edge of of the severe pain

Very poor quality doesnt work ad well as previous manufacturer,first time getting this pain medication from tris,need to be quality tested,for hydrocodone supposed to be 10/ 325,but doesnt work well,eill not be going yo same drug store for my pain meds. Test your meds on someone else.

Worst generic medication I have ever encountered, if you need your medicine daily stay away from this company.

Update 1/27/20, this is now all I can get there not as bad as i originally thought. But there is better generics out there.

Absolutely the worst generic Hydrocodone 10/325 mg I have had before. I told my friend that it was not working very well and now I read the other reviews calling this garbage. I will report this to the FDA.

I have been experiencing similar symptoms, feeling dizzy, faint, blood pressure higher than normal, heartburn, hives and
just feeling awful since taking this brand of hydrocodone. I have a rare motor neuron disease and have been on 10mg/325 pills for 17 years and have never felt this poorly. Walgreens really needs to stop purchasing anything more from TRIS. I'll be calling Walgreens tomorrow and the FDA.
