Consistently offers the worst phone support that I have ever encountered. My internet went down yesterday afternoon and I called customer support and I was told that internet was down in Victoria. NBD because overall my internet service has been good lately. This morning my internet is still down and when I call customer service I am told there is no outage and there was not an outage yesterday either. So why was I told there was an outage? When my call got dropped I tried calling back several times and even though I wait on hold for 10 minutes or more I am just forwarded to a voicemail box. Why would I wait on hold to reach a voicemail box? The reason I wait on hold is so I can talk to a representative. When I leave voicemail messages it usually takes hours or days to get a call back and sometimes I don't get a call back at all.
