The staff here is always friendly and quick. However, today, they shook each man's hand that came to the counter, but not mine. I am a woman. I guess they didn't feel that "bro" connection with me. With everyone else, they made small talk, but with me, it was just all business... And I've been a customer here for years!!
Further, the last time I came here, they parked my car in a handicapped spot when they were done with it, and told me that was ok to do because they were so busy and out of other parking spots. Really?! I'm pretty sure that's NOT ok. Would they have also paid my ticket?? What if someone that actually needed that spot showed up?! This is not ok, "bros".
Treat women like any other customers, and don't break the law. Thanks.

*** update.... The gentleman that discussed my issue with me and brought me my car was super polite and personable. He looked me in the eyes and listened to me. Perhaps the guy that checked me in was an isolated incident. I added one more star to my review.
