I travel for work. And have bought all my tires from discount for the last 3 vehicles ive owned. I purchased this set from Evansville. I came into Indy today and noticed on my trip. I had a tire out of balance. Called earlier today to make a appointment and was told they don't accept appointments. First come first serve. So after work came in and was told it was a 3 hr wait time. Not wanting to drive 200 miles back home Friday with a tire out of balance I said fine ill wait. They close at 6. I arrived at 4:30 waited a couple hours and they pulled my car up. Driving back to my hotel I realize the vibration is still there. And I pull off to check the wheels and weights out. THE WHEELS WHERE NEVER ROTATED! AND THEY STILL HAVE THE OLD WEIGHTS IN THEM! Hopefully it was just a bad day for them and I was the one that they felt like pushing out the door at 6:30 to get out of there with a hope that I don't return or say anything So thanks to this location ive had my first bad experience at discount. And will probably have to just wait till I get back home to get the job done right.
