I love Tinyme, I have bought three separate wall sticker packs, as well as name stickers for my son's daycare items. The wall stickers are beautiful quality, and the name stickers have been through the microwave steriliser so many times and haven't peeled off or faded, they still look new. Service and delivery has been very prompt.

Great selection of products, cute designs and well made. Customer service is excellent. However, delivery times are absolutely woeful. Weeks for a simple sheet of stickers. If you're planning to buy something for a birthday present, make sure you order a long time in advance, because your order won't be arriving any time soon!

The products are super cute but the service is fantastic. I encountered an issues with one of the products and the way and speed of how it was handled was without fault. Will buy from here again and again.

What a great product and great service. Order was made and delivered within 3 working days. I ordered a wall sticker, name box and t-shirt. The wall sticker and box are much better quality than what I anticipated. The sticker is not paper and can even be wiped. The name box is so well made. Thank you Tinyme team for such a great service.

I'm not the usual customer - I was looking for some custom fridge magnets - I couldn't find any, and tinyme let me make them easily! I'm happy with them! Easy to use interface and fast postage. Not just for kids stuff!

I would not recommend this company. My sister-in-law brought a small kindy bag and lunch bag for my son in October 2018 for his first birthday to use for kindy. My son was 1 and goes to kindy twice a week. The bag only gets used to put spare clothes in for kindy. The lunch bag was only used for about 6 months for his lunch until the kindy started supplying lunches. The bags cost $72.00. Earlier this year, I noticed that inside the bag had started cracking. He had the bag for maybe 1.5 years - only using it twice a week to take to kindy. I also noticed the lunch bag was fraying at the handles. He only used this lunch bag twice a week for about 6 months. We again started using the lunchbag during covid twice a week again. I was extremely disappointed that a minimal use bag, especially one that cost $72.00 was cracking and fraying. I contacted the company after a bit of to and fro this was their reply. "Sorry about the issue with the bags as I can see this was purchased last September 2018. Unfortunately after such a long amount of time, is very hard to judge the wear and tear of the product, as I am sure you can understand. In these situations, as a gesture of goodwill, we are happy to provide a 30% off voucher code to help with purchasing a replacement bag." The bottom line is the bag has hardly been used. The pictures I sent them evidence this and show the deterioration of the bag. You can buy cheaper bags from kmart that will and have lasted so much longer. Would not recommended purchasing a bag from them.

Ordered my sticker pack on the 2nd of Nov, selected parcel point option as the date was sooner than aus post. It is now the 22nd of Nov, no order and hardly any information provided dispite numerous calls and emails. We all know how frustrating it is as parents trying to label everything for childcare.

Cute designs. Ordered name labels & iron on labels. To be honest have used better iron on labels that are still on my sons clothing almost 8yrs & many washes later. Wouldnt get iron on labels again...

I have been purchasing the Tiny Me products for over 5 years now and have always found the quality to be excellent and the customer service attentive. The products make beautiful Christening gifts. Highly recommended.

I ordered a personalised name puzzle and wooden box for a friend's first birthday party and paid extra for express post. When the package arrived, a letter was missing, the other letters were damaged as was the box. I contacted Tinyme and new letters and a box were sent (standard mail). I received the replacements the day before I was due to leave for the party and the new box wasn't included in the package. I contacted customer service but it was too late for a new box to be sent so I had to gift the present in a damaged box. I was embarrassed and disappointed and will not be using Tinyme again.

I got my son's personalised daycare bag from Tinyme, amazing quality and it is the perfect size for a toddler. they're super popular bags and he is not the only kid with a tinyme bag at our childcare

I have been buying calendars for my sister, and of course one for myself, for a few years now. Best calendar designs and family organisation style. It makes a great gift.

Gifts you can personalise to give friends to make them feel special. Customer service was good. Self pickup is also very convenient if you stay near scoresby. If not it's just an additional $5 for delivery.

Easy to order and I had a 'rush' put on mine which said it would arrive Monday, but it literally took 2 days, impressed and grateful!

I ordered 2 name puzzles, they arrived very quickly, great quality with gorgeous colours, and absolutely beautifully packaged. I love how they have cases to keep them in so pieces don't get lost.

I wanted to leave a review as I was so impressed with the customer service provided by this company, Jade in particular. My item arrived and there was a tiny issue, I let them know and the next day they had dispatched a replacement without me even asking for one - they even made sure it would be here in time for the birthday party, even though it was in only 2 days time!! I will definitely be buying from them again!
