This is a poorly run dealership. I had work done, and they told me my car was ready. I show up at 8pm (they close at 9pm) and the girl up front told me (with attitude) that i couldn't get my care because the service department closed at 6. I told her that i was not informed about the separate hours and asked why i wasn't able to get my car. She said there was no paperwork and i would have to come back the next day. My sick wife had to pick me up from work and drive 45 min through rush hour traffic to get there before 9. The next day i was told they have no easy way to get your car after 6. I had to read my CC# to some random person (canceled the card & replaced it after) so that i could pay over the phone, then i was able to get my car. Do they not expect people to show up after 6?
My experience at Timmons Volkswagen was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming and friendly, (unlike other dealerships like, McKenna in Cerritos)I felt comfortable and at home. Bernardo, was the sales representative that assisted us, was very helpful and informative, very honest and genuine. I found what I was looking for and made an offer, Bernardo, not once tried to push the sale and within a week I made my purchase on a Passat that fit my budget and my expectations. The purchase process was smooth, Joe, assisted us with the paper work and was also very pleasant to work with. I also would like to mention, Kelly, from service whom was super friendly and caring, provided exceptional customer service. I will definitely refer family and friends. I cannot reiterate how happy I am with my new vehicle and with my experience at this exceptional dealership that treats you like family.
Ruben, Miguel and the entire Timmons VW team were fantastic! In and out in about an hour, no games or high pressure sales tactics. The finance person was very professional and efficient. They gave me a quote before I drove down and honored exactly as promised. By the way, they had the lowest price out of 10 dealers I inquired with. Would be my first visit upon my next VW or Subaru purchase! I purchased yesterday and have had already provided a handful of referrals to them.
Very limited in the basic customer support functions. Courtesy shuttle did drive the 7.4 miles to drop me off, however they informed me that they would nor be able to pick me up
Ended up riding my 12 year old daughters skateboard for the event
I have bought MANY VW's. This has been the best buying experience I have had. Tyler in sales and Joe in Finance did a GREAT JOB!!! I would buy from Timmons again. Thank You Tyler and Joe for all of the hard work to get my wife into her dream vehicle that she Loves.
The sales team work well together to give each customer a great all-round experience. We really enjoyed chatting with Mitch, the sales manager. Very happy with the car we purchased from them. Thanks
I have been coming to this place for my oil changes and check up for the last few years because I bought my last 2 VW Passat here. Last week I came here for an oil change and tire rotation had to make an appointment for this waited for more than two hours for these services come to find out they did not perform the Service to rotate my tires. I know this because my front tire had a dent in it was still there anyways had to make time again to have my tires rotated today Saturday waited an hour and a half for this service today but what really upsets me is that there was no apology for this they made me feel like I am the one doing something wrong when they weren't rotated at all. Do you think I like to spend my Saturdays rotating my tires. I paid $30 for the service last week anyways very disappointed I should at least got an apology for inconvenience just as a courtesy. From now on I will be taking my car purchase and service somewhere else because of this I don't mind paying double the price somewhere else it's the customer service that I'm looking for.
a week and my car is in service but they not even have run the diagnosis. I do not know if is because my poor English or because they work like this all the time. Even if you go to Cerritos is worst. This going to be my last vw car.
Not impressed with the level of service. I took my car multiple time, which was a huge inconvenience to me and they never seemed to find the issue. Clearly it was a defective part but only after several times, they finally decided to replace it. Also when I first purchased the car they were suppose to spend time reviewing the options of my new car but yet they were too busy - selling other cars. Even making an appointment didn t work - the individual that was supposed to meet with me was no longer available on my appointment time, and of course no one else was available because they were too busy selling cars. It s not that I needed to have someone go over the car options, but when you buy a premium car and are made promises, I will hold you to your word. Clearly, their words are just words with no action. I d take my business elsewhere.
The initial buying experience was fine, only to be followed by complete and utter nonsense from the dealership.
Due to their own neglect and complete lack of intelligence, they are demanding I owe them over $1000, 45+ days after signing lease papers on a new Volkswagen.
They are attempting to RIP ME OFF and I will not stand for it.
These are the LOSERS / CON ARTISTS I dealt with:
EDWIN LEGASPI - Sales Manager / Scam Artist
OMAR FONSECA - Sales Manager / Scam Artist
DANNY DONAYRE - Good Cop / Scam Artist
AVOID Timmons Volkswagen of Long Beach at all costs.
------------------------
Unfortunately, I've had to update my review based on the events following the purchase of my GTI. I can no longer stand by any of the previously written words:
I dealt with approximately 7 or 8 local VW Dealers when purchasing a 2018 GTI. Timmons was by far the friendliest and easiest to deal with. They matched the best price I had received elsewhere and did not pull any shady dealer tactics, which was not the case with many other dealerships.
Big thanks to Danny, who made the whole transaction quick and painless. Thumbs up all around!
I saw the low review stars but still tried to work with them. Definitely a mistake: they didn't honor the quote they provided by email. A complete waste of my time.
Went for complimentary service but I felt like a paying customer :)
Worst place for car to get fixed. Wouldn't even fix recall. Dishonest. I didn't even wanna give a 1star. Horrible Customer Service.
Had a service appointment and they eyeballed my car and said it didn't need service. Reset the check engine light without investigating. Check engine light I came back on within 30miles. Went to VW Pasadena and they fixed me up.
Friendly service, very informative and great prices here in the parts department. Love this place
Good service department but pricing is getting too high. They are aspiring to charging Porsche-like service department prices for maintenance. Timmons could offer more discounts or coupons like other dealers.
Dealt with Alex Viray. Not the best. They used to have really great people in the service department which is why I've driven further to go to them. I don't know what happened but I wasn't happy this time
Thanks to Mario from the parts department. Called in for some help with part numbers, he asked me for the vin # and bam gave me all the information that i needed. No hassle, Thanks. Will buy again if i need to!
I don't know how they got such good reviews about their service when they don't even acknowledge your service request on line and phone call. Tried to set up oil service Saturday 11/24/18 and got ignored. Called this morning and never got a call back.
Finally received a call back. Didn't even get an apology after I explained my disappointment. Instead, i was asked if i still wanted to make the appointment or not.
I just bought my Jetta and took it in to Timmons for them to look over everything. Service staff was very friendly and all i needed was a bulb for my rear lights and they installed it and i didn't pay a penny. I'll be back:)
Timmons and Volkswagen scammed me out of my prepaid maintenance with unintuitive warning light definitions and convoluted policy wording. And this is after selling me a preowned vehicle hat had a completely hollow driver side door that they did poor job of repairing many months after I purchased it. I won't be returning for anymore service nor will I purchase a Volkswagen again.
Shady business!
Our experience with this dealership was somewhat negative. The salesman who was supposed to meet with us in the evening never showed up (even though we called him on his cell phone twice). He was the one who reassured us of a lease deal that we felt comfortable with. When we returned in the evening no one knew what was going on, and the fast-talking night sales manager was aggressive and did not want to honor what day's sales manager and salesman offered us. As a result, the monthly payment went-up but we were told that the lease will be for 4 years (as we requested) for the same new price instead of 3 years. Ironically, at 10:15 pm as we entered the financial guy s office to close the transaction, he informed us that the lease was only for 3 years and added that it s better for us, so we can get out of it sooner. Too tired to haggle we reluctantly signed the lease.
This type of shady business can be disconcerting for consumers advocates like us. In addition, we never received the second set of keys for the car that we were promised to have because they forgot to give us the set that night. As a result, we were reassured that the car keys will be mailed to us in overnight mail (2 weeks later and we still have no keys).
VWs are not the best or the most reliable cars and leasing them can often be better than buying them, so you re not stuck with a lemon. However, you must be weary of the lease deals to ensure you re not ripped off.
Unfortunately, this VW Timmons dealership does not help improve the image of VW, considering the recent massive fraud charges against the company for defrauding the states and consumers alike with their lies about their cars emissions in their diesel vehicles. I guess they tried their best .
Oh well, next time we ll try another dealership.
This is the best buying experience you could ask for. Friendly staff and easy process. Gave me a quote before I made the trip over. Completely satisfied.
Awesome!!! Kelli always takes care of the services required in a pleasant, cheerful and professional manner. I continue to go to Timmons because I know I matter as a customer and I am always more than satisfied with the outcome!!! Thank you Kelli and the Timmons team!
Terrible Terrible will never go be back to have my car serviced
Disappointed, when I came in for recall. Things weren't put on probably... had buy new part.
Got a 17' Jetta, smoothe and powerful and it is 5 stars now
What I will say here.... Service coupons and Courtesy Certificates are frowned upon at Timmons of Long Beach. On 4 occasions now, I have received emails to come in and service with Timmons with courtesy coupons, everything from Tire Rotation to Courtesy Oil Change. Everything single time I have been treated as I was doing something fraudulent by bringing those coupons in to be claimed. This last meeting, honestly, I only came because I got a letter for a recall on my Jetta. But, because an email came in on a Courtesy Oil Change just for signing up with Timmons on resale info, I took the bait again. This time, I had to give a voice to reason. Being totally apologetic afterward for raising the level of my tone in frustration, it was unfortunate that I had to call out the lack of customer service here. One occasion, ok, it happens. Every time though, ouch. I would say, just beware of claiming coupons, or better yet, go straight to the sales dept. have them acknowledge the authenticity of the coupon before you have a service ticket wrote up, it would be in your best interest to have all your ducks lined up so you don't ruin your day. I would say to Timmons, everyone should be on the same page if sales is luring customers in for service with coupons to tell Customer Service there is a possibility Customers will be coming in to claim those coupons, that way, if a quote is issued or a coupon is sent out, there is no consistent confusion, or making customers feel certain ways because they are presenting something issued by the company. Love German engineering, but may have to find another place to frequent for services. Never go spend dollars at a place that refuses to make you feel like it was a pleasure to gain your hard-earned currency in exchange for services rendered.
Had a good experience with them. Michael, the salesman, was great, so was the manager. Still waiting on some pedals to come in which is understandable, but other than that everyone I've dealt with so far has been pleasant.
I already own a Jetta TDI and wanted a new TDI wagon. I used Amex TrueCar for a great price. I received three quotes using TrueCar and Timmons was the cheapest by $500. (I ended up paying $300 more than the quote, but that is because the awesome red wagon I wanted came with a neat-o cargo organizer and mats which the original car quote did not come with.). I called around to see if I could get a price match from a local dealer, and I did, but in the end I bought with Timmons because Mitch was my favorite contact. All the other dealer contacts left me feeling just a bit uncertain. Mitch gave me some cards and said, "if you know anyone who needs a car and wants an easy deal have them call me." I thought, this was an easy deal, I will leave a good review of Mitch and Timmons.
Don t waste your time. If you want bad deals and rude service then enjoy!
Need a part for your car. Go here. Either they have it or will order it if possible. If your part is still being made. I have a 97 VW Jetta. And I go her as much as possible.
Very helpful. I was in a pinch and they helped me out ASAP. Good price. Very pleased.
BE CAREFUL!!
Worst dealer ever, i went for a certain preowned car and they refused my cousins because he's a first time buyer then asked for a co signer! I offered to co sign for my cousin they run my credit then came back to say there is no way that my cuz will be on the contract!! WTH the car is for him to build his credit its not for me to offer signing the contract by myself!
Then they offered to go to a small dealer!? Never seen a small dealer like your's ..
Always Excellent Professional Friendly Service. Thank you Technician Robert Tello and Team Members.
Please Don't ever look into a bad company like Volkswagen. Their cars never pass emissions thier workers went to jail. I had 3 coverages which I paid for. Warranty gap and insurance due to harassing calls for not changing my payment date. And paying 1000 a month for interest. They lie and they said every month I owed 450 to 1000 a month on a 2013 Beatle. The minute I bought the car he told me he had to take it to repair for convertible top problems that never got fixed the charger on the car tried to fix it never got fixed. It was a nightmare they took 28000 from my credit. And in almost 2 years it went down to 16000 what I owned I bought the car for 13000. They charged me 10000 just to have a Volkswagen that wasn't even New. Please Don't wast your time they are crooks!
They will take care of you very friendly and helpful people
Car buying sure can be stressful and I tend to dread it a bit. We just got home after a long day of car shopping. Just when we were about ready to give up, we saw a car at Timmons that was well priced and the color and model we wanted (a white VW Tiguan). We called and Mike answered the phone. He was very helpful from the beginning. We asked him what the price would be out the door and he needed to call us back with final figures. Within ten minutes he called us back and told us how much we would be spending out the door. We had to drive over an hour to get there and arrived close to their closing time. Mike had the car ready for us to test drive and when we got back we sat down to purchase. The transaction was flawless. They did not add on any extra fees and didn't pressure us into security systems or extended warranties. We worked with Cy to sign the documents and he also was nice and easy to work with. We were planning on paying cash but he got us a great deal to finance so we ended up financing part of the vehicle. I would recommend this place to ANYONE. We were in and out within an hour or so and the car even was cleaned up and filled with gas when we drove off the lot! THANK YOU FOR A GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!
I hate going to a dealer for parts but Timmons is good, the parts department can find any part you need and friendlier than other places I've been to.
I Bought my 2007 New Beetle back when I first purchased it brand new. I had no intention of buying a new car that day I was just coming by to crunch some numbers and be on my way, but little did I know they worked every thing out and just like that I drove my brand new Beetle home. They were friendly and were very helpful. Every time I take my Bug in for service they always asked me about my Bug and what other things that I have done with it. My Bug has also been active with their annual toy jam event for about 7 years now as well as other VW shows. I thank Timmons Volkswagen for the help and support that I need I will definitely get another Volkswagen from them in the near future.
This is the the BEST Dealer car Place,in USA very good people
Service dept was terrible, was told the car would be ready at a certain time, then received a call it would be later than originally stated. We arrived at the DEALERSHIP a few minutes after revised time to only be told car was on test drive, then after waiting 30 more minutes, went to service worker and was told car was getting washed, I told him forget wash just deliver the car so we could leave ,25 minutes later car was FINALLY ready. IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE, AND YOU VALUE YOUR TIME DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE !!.
We drove all the way from OC to LB to get an amazing deal from this dealership, if you are looking to get a a VW this is the place you should go. The manager, Sunn cooperated and negotiated well. Ask for this salesmen Micheal , he shows you all cars and explain perfectly all details, and also Jessy was helpful. Thank you and see you for our next purchase!
My last yr.'s rating was positive but this year, the positive rating have slipped to average....Not negative yet. I attempted to schedule my annual car service a day before online but the website for service scheduling was down. This am., they conveyed to me 2 hr wait. (Service opened at 0800hrs, it is 0840am). One guy @ Service desk, 5 persons in line.
Dylan (Sales Associate) and Mike (Finance Manager) made the process enjoyable start to finish. It's was a no-pressure experience which was a rarity on my quest for a car. And the dealership was willing to negotiate, which was also not common in this most recent search. I'll be referring others to Dylan for sure. Love my new (first) VW!
Worst experience in my life. If you can stay away do it. I leased a golf-e on Saturday 10 of August 2015. I was not told that the golf performs so badly on highway. I had 40 miles on the highway with one full charge. For the record the sticker estimate is 83 miles. The range anxiety killed me. I was not happy with the performance and I wanted to swap the vehicle with a gas or diesel. I was told by the sale manager Enrique that they cannot do that. I was stuck with a vehicle I cannot use. They could only offer me 5k below the buyout price. Including my 4k down payment I am facing losing 9k for one day of driving a volkswagen. This does not happen with other companies or dealerships. The dealer did not want to work with me and unwind the lease. Beware the golf-e is not designed for highway. On top of that a lot of the charging stations that are free do not work. My battery almost died since I wanted to charge at IKEA in Torrance and the charger ( 4 docks) did not work. I found another charging dock that did not work either. Finally by the time I got to a working dock my battery was at 0 miles and I was praying to GOD that this one works. It was working, but I had to pay 20 dollars for parking plus 3.5 for charging. So much for free charges. This is actually more expensive that gasoline at this point. Worst experience buying a new car. My wife had a nervous breakdown too trying to find a charging station. Can you imagine you buy a new car and due to the fact you make your wife come back home in tears. I just wanted to put this out there for the other fellow consumers so you don't wind up in the same boat as I did. Please be aware and stay away.
Went in for a tune up. One of their technicians broke a coil trying to get to the spark plug and tried to get me to pay for it cause they thought I didn t know my car. Never again. Bunch of thieves. You guys could ve just owned up to your mistake and replaced it without telling me about it and you could ve kept a customer. But instead you tried to steal from me and so now everyone gets to hear about it
I did an inquiry on auto trader and Ryan from Timmons called me to discuss a new GTI I was looking for. He was very nice not pushy and we chatted for a bit he texted me a few more times and my partner and I went to see it . Met with Ryan and Jeisson they were very nice. Timmons is a very relaxed dealership environment. It s not the formal type of place which I found refreshing. We literally discussed the details standing in the lobby and i put a deposit down. Over the next few days we had a few bumps how I should best finance and I decided to go with their bank and got a slightly better rate. I would definitely recommend this VW dealership . My next Volkswagen I will definitely look here first ! Talk to Ryan he s really good at hearing your needs .
Volkswagen really helped me out, Love this place. Jimmy was great throughout the entire process, and explained everything very well. I'm am confident VW has my back!
I love my protein burger, nice young people working there
Talk about Merry Christmas! For buying/leasing they are the best. We leased our 2019 VW Jetta with Timmons on Christmas day 2018. This is our third lease, I al slgo bought with them before. Jeisson Fonseca and Son Vann were great! Easy, fast and fun! Special thanks to Jeisson for going above and beyond in getting us the exact color and features we wanted, they had to exchange from other dealer but had my car that day! Thanks Timmons, you never disappoint. For services I do recommend making an appointment though. I'm loving my blue Jetta btw, it glides! Happy New Year Timmons guys!
Who is ready for story time about the, unfortunate, scam that is this dealership?
I went with my family to this dealership to look at a vehicle that we did our research of online, ahead of time. We asked for Jesse in Customer Care. Jesse came out and immediately handed us off to George, a very nice older gentleman.
Once we saw the vehicle, it was just as pictured and the price was as listed. Awesome! It was a very beautiful deal, to be honest. We felt so fortunate that we could finally afford to get my sister into the type of vehicle we had endlessly been searching to find for weeks. However, right off the bat, our salesperson, George, was very odd. He kept insisting on showing us the different features of the vehicle that we were already familiar with. Wanted to take the time to show us how to use ApplePlay, even though we made it clear that we were very familiar with how to use it. But he was nice, so we remained patient and just let him go on with his spiel. In the end, the car was just as we had hoped, so we told George that we wanted to move forward with the sale!
George started off by explaining how great this deal was (we know, that is why we are meeting with you), he then went on to explain that cars sell quickly there (again, makes sense as we are already trying to purchase this car from you), he then goes on to trying to calculate the numbers on a blank piece of paper for us of what we will probably pay. We finally just made it clear that all was fine, we wanted to move forward with the financing for the purchase!!
We were in the process of filling out the financing paperwork when another salesperson came over to our table and told George that he needed the keys to the car we were working on the paperwork for. George then grabbed them off of the table and handed them to the other guy. We finished up the financing paperwork. George said he would be right back and took our paperwork to his financing guy. He then, came back (only 3 - 5 minutes later) & tried to sell us a warranty, saying that they had not reached out to the banks yet and wanted to go over the pricing. My parents said that they were not interested in the warrenty. George walked back to the "financing guy." 1-2 minutes later, he came back & informed us all that the vehicle had been sold. (Mind you, the other guy had just grabbed the keys from us like 15 minutes prior!!) How did someone else look at, test drive, and fill out all of the necessary paperwork in that time frame? Even if they had cash. That was super quick.
We were all super crushed and frustrated! How do you sell a car that people are in the middle of doing paperwork for?? Still, we told George we understood and thanked him for his help anyways. We were no worse off than when we had arrived there, or so we thought. He asked if he could help us look at other vehicles? He wanted to help get my sister into a car still. We told him, "no thank you" as we had done extensive research on this specific car ahead of time.
We leave, we go get dinner, we get home and my mom goes on her Credit Karma app to discover that they ran her credit!!!!! They ran her credit for financing of a vehicle they were in the process of selling to someone else!!!!! What a joke.
Here is the scam that we think they like to play:
They use a too-good-to-be-true deal to get people down to their dealership to open up financing. Then tell you that the car with the great deal is no longer available in hopes that yoy will still buy something else from them. (Maybe this is triggered by people denying their warranty even? Because things quickly changed once we turned down the warrenty.) We are not sure. But we are livid at the fact that we can't just walk away from this crummy situation with a clean slate. Now my mom's credit score is being affected. We are super reasonable, patient, and understanding people. This is just unacceptable.
Also, as a side note, when my mom called to speak with Jesse about this mark on her Credit score, he hung up on her.
Mike, the Service Manager is helpful if you have problems.
Just came to test drive the new Passat...it is very nice car
Unsatisfied. I am a very savvy business professional. The service I recieved today was unacceptable.
This dealership has a lot of positive feedbacks and could've earned my business but they lack communication. I brought my car here for appraisal and they checked my car, got compliments from it and after that they told me that they would send me an email to get a final quote for the appraisal. I waited a couple days but I did not get anything from them. Got a text message from R asking what they could do to earn my business and I told them that they haven't sent me the appraisal quote yet. After that, he did not reply and I never got any other response from them which is a bummer and pretty much disappointing because it turns out that I was just waiting for nothing.
If I could give 0 stars. Horrible customer service. And slower workers. Not one greet when I walk in. Then I went to go pick up a part, from the part department. No one in line I'm the only one in line. I see the worker on the phone. I'm like ok, I'll wait until his done. Once he done hanging up the Phone, I'm like maybe he going to get the phone customer their parts and stuff. Nope. He just walking around and talking to his coworkers. I'm like 5 min standing there waiting. I'm like hello, then he responded. He could of at least ask did someone help you. Horrible service
Purchased my first car from Robert at Timmon s VW. He was very friendly, honest and down to earth - he even helped me setup my radio before leaving! Very excellent service, friendly employees, and fair prices. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
DIRTY DOGS.....promised to hold a car till the next day then sold it the very same day. Liars with no Integrity. Waste of time.
Good atmosphere for a car dealership. I come here for service. I like that they have events.
Awesome sales person Brian lemus was very nice and helpful. The finance manager Mario Phillippe was amazing making me walk out with my dream buggy. Thank you guys so much..
I just purchase my new car on Timmons of Long Beach. Great place from my sales rep Dylan Mullaney that help me pick the right model to Joe Ramos that did an exceptional job with the finance my experience was great over all. Definitely coming back when i need to get a new car
I went into Timmons to have my 2017 jetta looked at, mind you I had to tow it at 3am and then come back at 7am to have it looked at due to a clutch issue on a car I just purchased in August of 2017. Upon walking in, David at the service desk asked if I needed an appointment, as I began talking he cut me off and rudely said I just asked if you had an appointment . After waiting for all these other people to get help he finally comes to me and I explain to him what happening and he swears it just an oil change. I have been driving clutch for 6 years and know when one is about to go out. I had to wait for Mike, I assume is the manager or supervisor, to come in for anything to happen. After speaking to Mike and Kelly I was able to get a loaner car for the day and my car looked at. I will not be letting them do the service required for my car I will go to Pacific for that. Even though I will never come back here again, I will say that Kelly and Mike are great but the rudeness from David was enough to turn me away for life. I would rather drive 17 miles to Pacific VW for any service or future problems with my Jetta. If you do go to Timmons ask for Kelly or Mike because David is a waste of time.
Excellent the attention that the people who attended me gave me, excellent!
it's very hard to communicate with anyone but I have to say the last visit was excellent
Great guys. Good deal. Easy time. (And they had the game on)
Very bad experience buying a new car at Timmons.
Negotiated the price over the phone and was given sale prices, OTD price and complete breakdown of dealer fees and taxes. Made an appointment to pick up the car and was assured by the sales person there would not be any surprises .
That sales person (Roz) was not at the dealership when we arrived, but the manager (Eric) found her notes and presented an offer that was $1000 more that we agreed upon. Actual sale price was the same as negotiated, but they added some $1000 BS service fee to it. The explanation was that she forgot to add mandatory fee to a final cost. Of course that lady was nowhere to be found
Do not waste your time at Timmons.
All I can say if you looking for a good deal on a VW or a Subaru and great customer service you might want to give this place a try. My first impression of this dealership wasn't to impressive, because it was small and didn't look like a big dealership, but I change my mind after I spent some time there and test drive a few cars. I was just looking and had no plans on buying, but when I made them an offer, I was surprised they accepted my offer. IF YOU WANT A GOOD DEAL OR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY. If you don't leave with a car at lease you'll know you were treated well.
Asked for salesman SHARF HOSSAIN who helped me . He was friendly with me and not pushy with the sale of a car. He was very knowledgeable with the car that I was looking for. I tested drive a few cars and I made them a FAIR offer on a brand new car, they accepted my offer. The process of my new car was smooth.
When I was there I noticed It was a family own dealership I can see they treat their customer like family.
GOOD JOB, MR.TIMMONS
Best place to purchase or leasing your vw or Subaru
Great customer service , they assist and help you in the best of their ability. Direct to the point and no false ads. They gave you the best deal. Highly recommended ...
Pleasant and professional staff. Should have loaner vehicles available!!!
Bought my Jetta last night and I have to say I was a bit nervous but I honestly have never had a better experience, they treated us like family, they were personable, professional, prompt and courteous. I got the deal they promised from beginning to end. Thank you all, Jeisson, Jesse and Mario. I will definitely be back and anyone wanting to buy a car will be referred to you.
The service department here is the best! Won't take my car anywhere else!
This is a very good service for me because it helped me a lot in that soon I find what I am looking for quickly, it will give me the signal, so I recommend you take advantage
Honestly confused as to why someone would want to buy their car here. I checked out a CPO 2014 BRZ (on 12/13/18) priced at 16,995$ found through the Subaru CPO website. Not only did the picture not show the damage to the drivers rear quarter and bumper panels but they were of a completely different car! The car unpon arrival had a huge series of swipes in the paint above the drivers side rear tire both quarter and bumper panels (not shown in online pictures) the front bumper showed signs of abuse as the areas around both head lights is portuded and the ground level corners are completely stripped of their paint (also not pictured online), and lastly the car had the most fowl smell I ve ever smelt. The salesman said it was the smell of some serious cleaning products.... however ther salesmanger said the car had yet to be touched since being returned from lease. I understood it s a used car (I wanted a new RB v2 front bumper and a widebody in the future, all the parts I want replace the damaged ones which were cosmetics so I was okay with the damage). get to financing.... they offer me 10k on what I currently have great! Only owe 6995$ on the new car, title etc bring it to a $8750 loan, a 5% interest rate for 60 months would ve yielded a $153.14 a month loan.... somehow they seemed to think that $241.59 a month.. was the appropriate amount to charge me.... I asked for the percentage of the loan twice to which the salesman avoided answering, after that I stood up and left without saying a word. Just because I am a young individual with no co-signer doesn t meant I can t pay off a car, I did it with the one I was trying to trade in. You lost a serious potential buyer today and I hope my review detours other young buyers from even attempting to come here!
