Parking was the opposite to the entrance. The line for will call was wrapped around to building, only two cashiers open. Security was a joke.

The food prices are ridiculous, and the seats are very cramped.

What a place!!! Headquarter indeed. It is very neat and organized. The ambient is welcoming.

Attended the Paul Mcartney concert there. Awesomeness!

In and out fast great crowd control . Felt small in the seat though. We sat in the 200 section had my knees bent up and couldn't stretch them in anyway

It was a very good view were we were sitting thanks to my wife an her parents an sister becky

Horrible security staff who did nothing to control drunk obnoxious people. We will never return. Horrible venue. Next time we will make the 3 hour trip to NYC & Madison Square Garden. Avoid the TU ...

saw phish here 10/16 and 10/17, it s a great seat no matter where you are in the arena

First time bringing the kids to a performance here and we had a blast!!!!

They rebuild it over in the inside and it is beautiful

Inadequate parking. Took an hour to find a spot and get inside.

Good venue and not crazy priced. I've gone to a few shows here and does get a little crazy at vendor/concession stands but other than that good sruff.

Parking is so confusing, and then once you park and try to go into the Center it's more confusion because there is another venue right next to it...just confusing! But we made it!

We saw T.S.O. there twice over the past couple years. Seating is very tight both on the floor and up in the bleachers area. The show itself was very good, but being uncomfortable for over 2 hours watching the show sucked the fun out of it!

Never been in and out of a venue so easily! Great setup!

Nice place to go for a show. Easy to get in and out of. Chairs were a bit uncomfortable for a long show put the facility was nice and clean. Would go again to see a show.

Carnival was too busy. Petting zoo was terrible animals looked bad never go back

Had a most awesome time today, we saw circus du Sol. My first time, best experience ever!

The building is under construction, dirty, difficult to get around.

The customer service was not all that great and the facility was not very well kept. The music however did sound great at the concert!

Great place to visit! If nothing else you can people watch for free! Lots going on here even on chilly days

My youngest daughter graduated from college and the ceremony was held here. The place was very big with unlimited seating, hence, no tickets needed. Loved it. Even the parking was great.

Been there many times, great concerts. Just seen justin Timberlake and Metallica there in the past week.

Easy parking and stay dry getting to the event. Smaller seats without much legroom but great view from just about all

Went for Monster Jam. It was fun but they had it sooooooo cold in there and $20 for cotton candy is just ridiculous.

Went to see the Transiberian Orchest. We liked the seats and the access to the arena. We did not consume anything from the food kiosks.

Saw Panic! At The Disco here and it was absolutely amazing! The stadium was very big and spacey! Great security, though some tried to get in.

I went with friends to see a wonderful concert. The arena makes it easy for you to find your seat. All of the seats in this spot are good ones!

It's like being at Woodstock 99 with the food prices. Cheapest drink. 5 dollars for a bottle water. 7 for a larger one for example. Family of four you do the math for a drink and a pretzel maybe some popcorn. Hey Albany that's why it was more than half empty for a great venue..........upstate New York can't afford these attractions anymore.....these are not working class prices we can afford.

Horrible and over priced food that you have to wait for entirely too long.

*note, they improved the speed of service about half way through the 2011 - 2012 hockey season and added more food / drink stations. This has improved the arena IMHO however they really need to crack down on people walking in the aisles when the puck is in play.

Wow... What and incredible time with my daugter..watching her enjoy the Panic at the disco concert.. The staff are so courteous, helpful, and kind there....clean and safe environment. The food of course is a little too exoensive but hey, whachagonnado...

Parking garage is attached, easy access. Well maintained, many food choices nearby.

The food and drinks are very overpriced 16$ for a beer and a pretezle and for long venues the seats are very uncomfortable. Last NCAA women's tournament I went to they ran out of food and since there is no readmittance I was stuck in between games with nothing to eat not even overpriced food.

Excellent venue for a concert! Saw Trans-Siberian Orchestra here and had an absolute blast! The venue was easy to navigate and very clean, excellent facilities all around with lots of nearby parking.
I would absolutely see another band or sporting event here - a very quality place on par with any other event center I've been to; if not exceeding my expectations.
Trans-Siberian Orchestra is also a mind-blowing Christmas experience, see them if you get a chance!

Panic at the Disco performed well here! Easy to drive to and fro.

Great entertainment hampered by seats that are way too small and vendors that get overwhelmed with big crowds. It shouldn't take 45 minutes to get a hot dog or drink.

Inexpesive parking in the garage. Clean bathrooms. Lots of food both in and around venue. Venue food a bit on the expensive side, but not outrageous. Seating is a bit small fir larger people.

The website is a train wreck. They should fire their website designer.

Was there to see Madison Vandenburg perform. Was a good time. Madison was fabulous. Had a meet and greet with her. What a humble genuine beautiful young lady. She should have won American idol

Think their should br signs of where you are suppose to stand to wait to get in to theatre. Waited in wrong area as did many others. Then the area u go to stand in is small. Also no workers helping people to find their seats. People in wrong areas etc...
