Times Union Center - SMG Worldwide Review

Saw sesame street. Lost my phone, they found it in 15mins!!!! Security and staff are amazing!!!!!!

This is a nice place but the seats are way too close for someone that's 6 ft 2 about an hour into it my knees are killing me and I was ready to get the hell out of there. I think long and hard before I go back to another show it's just way too painful. I checked around and it's not just me several of my friends verified their problems and sitting in those seats

Very nice venue for the Siena Class of 2018 graduation. Floors were a bit sticky, but all went well...

Saw Timberlakes "Man of the Woods" tour. What a great show and stage!

Awesome time. Went to see Slayer. The audio system was fantastic. The only downside is getting there.

Decent views and comfortable seating but they really need to work on their food selection - usual junk food - burgers, fries, chicken fingers. Also, the bathrooms are not very well marked - hard to find.

Always fun to visit. The bathrooms are huge but the lines can be long. Lots of vendor's. Seats are spacious enough. Lots of parking options. And there are bars and food vendors right outside the actual center.

I love the wide variety of events, but 2 huge problems: 1) there is so little leg room and the seats are so small that my knees hit the chair in front of me (most hockey-style arenas are like that, yeah I get it), and 2) for the larger (e.g. rock show) events, the doors open WAY too late, and hordes of people are massed for hours at that tiny side entrance before the incredibly long slow journey through security and ticket-scanning and finally into the arena, where the beer line is now miles long.

Was able to watch an arena football game with some friends in a box. Had a good time as usual. They renovated the boxes and they look great. They even have catering now which is family style. Would watch shows from the box again. 9/10

Horrible!! There is no organization in the way events are run. It would be catastrophic if an emergency took place. The seating is cramped . I'm a small person so I cant imagine how a average or larger person feels. How greedy can one be?? Give the people some room to sit and breath!!!

Came here with my husband to see Fleetwood Mac! Love the venue and the seating. We will definitely be back for future concerts/events!
