Michael Jackson is an asset to Time. Within days he had secured an interview at a time that was convenient for me. The interview prep was spot on, and his job description was exactly what I was told. Absolute joke. Lied about rate of pay. Lied for weeks on end about sorting it out. Wasn't paid for all hours worked. And after agreeing their 15pound fee ended up costing 60 a week for my own monley on top of tax and ni. This place is criminal. Further action is under way. Advise any1 to record all chats with them

Had the misfortune to deal with somebody called faz in the Manchester office,made numerous calls over an insulation job in Wrexham ,was told I had the job and it was just a question of what day I was starting ,the calls went on all week with me doing most of the calling in the end to be told by faz that he would e mail,or phone me details of the job, when this didn't materialise I'd phone back only to be told he was on the other line sorting out the details and he would phone me back in five minutes,after an hour I'd ring back only to be told something similar and so it went on until finally I lost my temper and told the girl on the phone to tell him to forget it,one whole week of my time wasted by an idiot who thinks he's clever by not showing any Common courtesy to someone he was supposed to be helping,please take my name off your mailing list as I would never use your agency again anyway,and if faz is the best you can muster God help us and the only reason you got one star was that it wasn't possible to give you none

Was placed into a job that was nothing as described. I was also told there was plenty of overtime. There wasn't. Then Chris proceeded to leave time recruitment 2 days later. After leaving the position due to unsafe working conditions I would be told that they would do there best to resolve it. The only thing they seem to be doing is ignoring my calls.

Thanks to TimeRecruitment I've found a good job. Never had any problems with them. Salary always on time, Payslips always on time on my e-mail. Never got problems to take days off (of course with earlier information). Paid holidays (if you gather them)
Absolutely great service! I had Mike Jackson help me prepare for a two part interview, which he provided me with a lot of information to get me through it. I was invited into the office by Mike and he is such a lovely guy, he made me feel very comfortable and welcome, and also made sure that I left with all the information I needed for my interview the following Monday. If I didn't have Mike's support and help throughout the process, I don't think I would of got the job due to me being a bit of a nervous person, but I did get the job and I'm very thankful for his help! You cannot fault Time Recruitment or its staff!

Kate made contact regards to finding my cv online. She was polite and friendly. We set up an appointment, one which i was unable to keep due to a last minute interview coming up.
Decide to sign up online. So far so good.
Today whilst in the pub the customary goodbye drinks ( coke for me as i was driving) a get a call from a fella by the name of Michael who was giving it the old big I am and dropping names ( one of them a former business manager of mine) like they meant anything to me.
He then proceeded to pitch jobs to me far below my expertise level ( bare in mind they had my c.v) and was telling me i would have to just accept a pay level of 19k and work up once i was in the job. I told him that was not going to happen so in response he asked what my expectations on a salary were and I advised the salary to which I was on. His response to this after being put straight was " You mean you were on" at this point I took exception to the jumped little tool and told him to drop his attitude.
After big shot down for the moron he is he then asked if I had been drinking.. At this point I politely advise I had not and did not need his useless assistance in my search for work having secured 6 interviews within a 2 week period myself. ( still waiting to hear back on 4 after 2 of the roles turned out not to be anything like they were advertised to be.)
I have since emailed Kate politely requesting to have my information deleted as I do not wish to be associated with such a disrespectful and tactless agency.
I have dealt with Robert Wells and his service is outstanding!! I applied for a job and within the hour he had called me. I struggled to get to the office and he was happy to help with an online registration which allowed him to put me forward for the role. Within 24 hours he had me an interview which i attended and was offered the role. I have registered with a few agencies in the past and none of them are the standard and quality of this agency. Robert Wells sets a high standard and demonstrates what a brilliant recruitment consultant is about. Very professional, positive,m friendly and most importantly responds immediately to your emails and calls which is what is lacking with most recruitment agencies these days. Avoid using this company. They fail to send the correct number of workers, do NOT check the worker. They sent us a Russian HOMELESS man, he lived either on the street or in a church. This came to light when he was constantly found asleep in the warehouse.

From my first contact with Robert Wells at the Manchester office I truly felt that he understood me & the type of role I was looking for.

The recruitment agency are frankly a joke...real cowboys. I spoke to Micheal Jackson who was trying to pitch me a job, he clearly didnt even look at my CV and asked me why I wanted to move away from my current job if i have only been there since jan. After explaining a number of times I was look for a new development opportunity and I had actually been with my current employer since 2012. He then said you dont have enough experience and cut me off. I hsve worked with lots of Agencies. Time recruitment isnt even in the top 100.
Some tips for your office.
(1) read the prospective employees CV so you can back up what you say and not sound like an amateur.
(2) makesure your recruitment consultants can communicate properly rather than ending calls when they get challenged.

Time wastes peoples time. they put terrible subcontractors on jobs to make the most money. they make promises of work and send people.to interviews that then get cancelled last minute because they are clearly juggling people around to suit their agenda. they do not out their clients first and they will keep you hanging on false promises or drop you last.minute and leave you in the lurch. great work opportunities have been destroyed because time mess things around to prevent people being taken on and trap people into contracts so they have to stay on their books. absolutely disgusting agency! avoid.

I dealt with Joel Griffiths at their London Office he called to pitch me a FLT Drivers job and I told him I'm interested as long as it was on going work as I had only just sorted out getting onto Universal Credit so it would need to be a placement of a minimum of 2 weeks for me to consider signing off for the placement, I then get to the job and upon finishing the day am told by the Project Manager not the Agency mind you that it was a one day placement while their usual driver was on leave so I call the Office to speak to Joel to sort another placement out out and I get told he is in a "Meeting" and will contact me as soon as he was out of said meeting that was on Monday it is now Wednesday and I've heard nothing back from him I Texted him, I Phoned his Mobile, I Emailed him and still no answer to the point where I've had to take it upon myself to call them today only to be told that yet again he's in a "Meeting" and will call me back. This is 2 days earnings I'm now down due to this Agencies unprofessional approach to handling workers placements and the fact I've completed work for them and not even had them request my Account Details for Payment is alarming to say the least. All in all terrible first impressions wouldn't recommend using this lot if your in a position where you need consistency I would give this lot a miss.

She supported me through each interview and gave me one to one support before and after. Once I found the job I wanted that support has continued to ensure I m happy in my role. Utterly appalled by Time recruitments lies. Id previously did some work through time recruitment, back in 2015 with no issues. But two months ago i did some work through time recruitment Only to be LIED about my hourly rate! They gave less then 2/3 of what we had agreed. I have called a multitude of times and spoke Only to be told more lies as to why they cant pay. Maybe its an appalling and tragic change in stuff that have desroyed time recruitments name. I DO NOT recommend you work through this agency. They did the same to another carpenter that was with me on the job. LIED to about the rate and not being payed over 1/3 of what was agreed. Constantly being LIED to. Being led on. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY.

He sincerely apologized and said it was important that no one every walk away from their office ever being treated that way and even offered to cover my cost of the safety boots.. Still overall a horrible experience, but he restored my faith a little in their company. .. so I'm moving up my rating to two stars

I was contacted by Time Recruitment office in Manchester about an immediate opening in Blackburn the city I live in. Jayla (or Jalee) from the 8 Loom Street, Manchester office said to get the job it was required I make a trip to Manchester and fill out all the forms for the Job. So needing a job last Thursday in a snow and ice storm I drove the 60 mile round trip to complete the paperwork. While in Manchester I was told by Jayla that she would contact me Friday and at the latest on Monday with information about the position, also while in Manchester office I was told by another Time Recruitment employee to be sure to purchase steel toed shoes and a safety vest for the position, suggesting a shop there close to their office. .
After acquiring steel toed shoes and a safety vest, No call on Friday and then late in the day on Monday still no call, I called their office and inquired about the Job and I was told that Jayla was not in the office and she would call me before the end of day.. So, after 5pm Monday, still no call I called their office again and was told Jayla was busy and she would call me Tuesday morning.
Tuesday morning just before noon, still no call, so I called the office again and was told Jayla was busy and she would call me later today. I insisted to talk to Jayla and she basically said that she has not heard back from the job and would call me if she heard anything. I suggested that she should have at least called to inform me Monday since she said she would let me know on Friday or Monday, and she took offense and said she had nothing therefore there was no reason to call and proceeded to tell me they were a temporary hiring service and they were not required to call their potential clients, and even went as far to deny that she or the three other people in their office even mentioned calling me on Friday or Monday.
So, no job, this after a 60 mile round trip (the morning drive in snow and ice) the acquisition of steel toed shoes and safety vest that I may never have the occasion to use. If there were Negative Stars to rate this company based on the honesty and treatment from this Manchester office a correct rating would be a negative 2 stars..

When I started working with time, I set up a ltd company as didn't want to pay 40% or more of my wages on taxes and their company ni, knowing it would take a few weeks the advisor from time told me as soon as soon I had all correct paper work ie. . Utr public liability etc that I would be paid same day no issue.
Don't think they really care about workers it's just about the money.
I found Time Recruitment solutions Ltd when browsing the internet and a lady called Jennifer Chorlton (Jen) got in touch with me and she went through a process step by step of what kind of job I was looking for, what hours etc. Jen sorted the interviews out so I didn't have to worry about any of that as I was stressed and nervous anyway. She send me through paper work on interview tips as she knew I didn't like them. Jen got me an interview at a place around the corner, the exact job hours so It was all perfect. So I would like to say a big thank you to Jen for all the hard work she put in, so I would recommend Jen to any of my friends or family.
