I dealt with Joel Griffiths at their London Office...

I dealt with Joel Griffiths at their London Office he called to pitch me a FLT Drivers job and I told him I'm interested as long as it was on going work as I had only just sorted out getting onto Universal Credit so it would need to be a placement of a minimum of 2 weeks for me to consider signing off for the placement, I then get to the job and upon finishing the day am told by the Project Manager not the Agency mind you that it was a one day placement while their usual driver was on leave so I call the Office to speak to Joel to sort another placement out out and I get told he is in a "Meeting" and will contact me as soon as he was out of said meeting that was on Monday it is now Wednesday and I've heard nothing back from him I Texted him, I Phoned his Mobile, I Emailed him and still no answer to the point where I've had to take it upon myself to call them today only to be told that yet again he's in a "Meeting" and will call me back. This is 2 days earnings I'm now down due to this Agencies unprofessional approach to handling workers placements and the fact I've completed work for them and not even had them request my Account Details for Payment is alarming to say the least. All in all terrible first impressions wouldn't recommend using this lot if your in a position where you need consistency I would give this lot a miss.
