Great pastel de nata (warm) and good seleccion of food, fruits, vegetables
Amazing food stalls. Hard to find seating as a family.
Street food meets high end restaurants. Great for lunch before catching the train onwards to other locations
Very touristy, but as there is a lot of delicous food around quite tolerable ;)
The octopus salad was astonishing. Pad thai pretty good too
You can choose what you want to eat and drink, very many possibilities, tables are in the middle of the area. Open hours good
Great choice of foods and drinks. Was definitely on the higher end for pricing but the quality was also excellent so not unexpected.
Nice place to stop by for a casual lunch or dinner but it does feel like a bit of a tourist trap as it did not seem to be a place that you'd find locals.
Going in a post covid19 time means it was very quiet when we went, probably why it lost the vibe and energy that a place like that could have if it was full of people.
Nice place to take a look around but Talk about prices here being high wow.
Great place to come and try a wide variety of Portuguese food! Anything from fresh tuna tartare to a mango-passionfruit pavlova! A must if you are in Lisbon!
Everyone calls this the touristic hotspot but all I saw was a hot crowded hall where you have to queue for overpriced food and drinks. And then the fight for a table start. I was happy to go for a drink on the terrace in the park next door.
A great experience not only for Portuguese food but other main international foods. Security provides to make sure there is a one way system is being followed and people are sanitising.
The team and layout is well structured with design and template of each restaurant is the same, very friendly staff and cleaners provided in all areas of the food court
Great place with great food, but too crowded in summertime.
Huge indoor market offering Portuguese food items & beverages, intl foods, gelato. Large communal tables for dining but can get extremely crowded!
Amazing place! Try anything from Sea Me or the sangria from Sao- something :)
There are a lot of restaurants and plenty to eat at Time Out Lisboa. The place was packed tho and we spent a fair amount of time trying to find a place to sit and eat. If you like meeting people and mixing then this is the place for you. Food was a bit expensive but it was good.
Wow what a place with a myriad of different food to choose from. Watching the people dance to the long be music very entertaining. A place not to be missed in Lisbon
It s very much touristic but you can see and have lots of selection to eat and drink, so it would worth to visit to have a look.
Vibrant and nice atmosphere. The price is entirely overpriced as it s a touristic attraction. Tiny slice of pudding cake costed 6.
Cool atmosphere, but it doesn t feel Portuguese, more international. Literally no vegan options.
The environment was great and cosmopolitan. You can try cuisines from many different countries.
Lively, busy, high end food court style. For and drink affordable with good ambiance. Also had free WiFi.
Overrated place full of tourists, very noisy and crowded. Food was quite expensive and you can find better and cheaper quality dishes in some restaurants in Lisbon. This is not where you will discover typical and local dishes.
Don't expect an indoor market in the regular sense - the kind you find all over Europe. Instead, this is a collection of mini takeaway restaurants surrounding a huge dining room. It's relaxed, pleasantly crowded and the food from the stalls is absolutely great!
Good selection of stores but ultimately all the brands can be had elsewhere in Lisbon for cheaper.
So many choices, so busy. It is a great little indoor food market. Visited a number of times on my trip to Lisbon!
Loved this! Was great for our large group so we could split up and all try something different. Food was very high quality and the atmosphere was really fun and energetic.
Timeout is an amazing concept, high quality food, we had the cleanest flavour full prawn and scallop tagliatelle, pork belly confetti with a pea puree to die for, baby fried squid, finished with a Portuguese custard tart, custard tart sounds so basic, but honestly the most beautiful desert I have had in years. You could spend a whole week there and not get round all the stalls. It's a busy little place, and lots of things to drink. A definite solid 5 stars!!!!
I loved this market in Lisbon. Excelent option to eat local food with a chic and modern twist!
A place you cant miss in Lisbon. Amazing choice of food and drink. Causal relaxed atmosphere.
Timeout Market is a large, open food hall with especially good dining options when it comes to seafood. The price point is a bit high for Lisbon, you might pay more here than you would in restaurants. Doesn t seem to be a place that locals frequent. We went at 2 on a weekday hoping the lunch rush would be over but it was absolutely slammed. Expect to wait a while before finding a seat, you ll probably have to awkwardly stand near a group that looks to be almost done and then quickly sit down when they get up. Definitely secure a seat before getting your food. Also, be wary of pickpockets taking advantage of the crowds and tourists. A friend I was with had her purse stolen from under the table as we were sitting there. All that being said, the food is good and I had the best pastel de Nata that I ate during my time in Portugal.
I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of mobility as it was not super crowded when we went. I took the time to walk by each station and observe each menu before settling on Monte Mar & O Prego da Peixaria. Both were excellent choices! Our food was ready in a timely manner, accurate, plentiful and magnificent! I cannot wait to come back to Lisbon and dine here! Trust me with all the options you are sure to find something you love!
Food is on point! And the sommelier is the nicest person
Vast variety of options, including local dishes, hamburgers, seafood, Even icecream and bakery. Good prices despite being a mainly touristic place. A bit noisy
Exceptional market, but the food court has a bit of a tourist trap vibe and high prices. Convenient, but not the best meal in Lisbon.
The food court here is great. Not like your average shopping centre food court (doesn't feel like a food court), delicious food from well recognised chefs at reasonable prices. Well worth a visit in Lisbon. Make sure to take a minute to watch the grumpy lobsters fight with the crabs.
This trendy place with a lot of different cuisines offeres good and affordable food. During rush hour very busy and it could be difficult to get a seat.
Great food and amazing variety. Nice atmosphere to the food Hall too
Can be quite crowded, but the selection of food and overall atmosphere are great
Very cool old market turned into food market with 20+ options. Had great seafood, burger, cheesecake and icecream.
Foodmarket like thee are so many now. Bust, good atmosphere
Everything we ate here was excellent, can't go wrong.
Not much more to say than that you can get anything here. It's high end, classy, and probably a little pricy, but the food is great as is the vibe. You should probably end up here at some point on your trip through Lisbon - it makes a good late night stop!
Great place
Have the pork sandwiches
Quite touristy but the food here was so good and worth every single cent! Highly recommend!
Great places to different varieties of food. We most ate at o surf and turf because they were combing different taste compare to other places who food was pretty basic. Chief Gustov and his team cooked everything perfectly. Go to surf and turf, trust me.
P.S. their is really good too. Perfect balance of sweets
My favourite place in all of Lisbon also had the best white wine I've ever tasted here
Been there probably 6 times during my 2 visits to Lisbon - always awesome food and atmosphere even though I was alone on one trip the casual table neighbor's were really fun and we had a good time:-)
It's ok. Really good variety but of course also very popular with the tourist. You have to stalk a table spot to eat at and the some folks don't clean up after themselves so not to appetizing eating amongst that. Good was just ok and a bit overpriced. Again lots to choose from so that's a positive. Just think you can do better finding a local restaurant with better prices and better good.
absolute must when visiting Lisbon. Great selection of different food and drinks.....avoid peak times like saturday lunch time as it is hard to find a seat then.....
Interesting food and drink hall that gets very busy at peak times. Position yourself near the Super Bock bar in the middle of the hall and just dip in and out of the many different food experience vendors. Recommended.
Great ambience. Lots of variety. Takes a few minutes to find a table but worth the effort.
Do not miss a chance to grab a bite to eat or a drink here when visiting Lisbon! So many good options. There are also port wine and beer tasting opportunities for those who might be interested.
Fantastic food market with the best cake I have eaten in my life!
Great range of food ranging from seafood, meat dishes, desserts and drinks. Can't go wrong with a dish to suit everyone. A foodie must see.
Overrated. Pricey. The food not so great except the sea food place that has the biggest line of them all
An incredible selection of food for reasonable prices. Everything is both in Portuguese as in English which is great for tourists. There is something for everyone's taste, Asian, burgers/fries, sandwiches, pasta, pizza, soup, sushi, pastries, ice cream, grilled meat/steak, cake, cookies... I have probably forgotten some things along the way.
Great & tasty food, best quality and some really extraordinary things, like the Octopus Hot Dog!
The market is very cool, similar to many other markets like this in cities around the world. It can get a bit crowded and hard to find open seated when it's busy tho. All kinds of food, from traditional to sushi to healthy to desserts and drinks... You'll probably be able to find something to suit almost any taste. I thought the portions were a bit small for the prices tho...but that's probably also true of most other markets like this as well.
Custard tarts were amazing. As for the rest, it's not cheap but it was mostly very good.
Tip. You need to claim your seat then order!!
An amazing place.
It is a great location to start to explore Lisbon. There are plenty of different food stores and drink stands. It is vibrant and plenty going on, but the experience is probably best a one off. It is very popular and therefore very busy and crowded. The toilets are a disaster though. To get your bearings before exploring Lisbon a good place to start at meal times.
WOW, you can not miss this, so many tastes, colors, people! You will definitely find the right food for your day(s)
Amazing choice of food and good for beers with some amazing pastel di nata
Fineplace to test different type of food. You can slso find Portguise food.
Went there on a Sunday lunchtime and the place was seriously overcrowded. There seemed to be a few seats available but people were reserving these for their friends. Piles of dirty dishes everywhere and the vegetable market next door was closed. Didn't buy any food as couldn't get seated but it looked very overpriced. Couldn't leave fast enough.
Is the BAD VERY BAD PLACE for to eat and Very very EXPENSIVE price and there are not topical Portuguese food and very bad quality, one plate you can pay 30euros for person for to eat very bad.
Great food choices, suitable for all tastes. Good place for hanging out with friends.
A very big market with a bigger food court. You can chose anything to eat here, you have planty of options.
Cons: at lunch time you can barely get a place to sit.
Very chilled place to stay at, nice food collection and nice park for the kids
Actually a grave disappointment. I had very high hopes indeed for the market, and the stalls we visisted inside were - in general - okay to good... However it was so busy on both times we went that we struggled to sit down - only managing it on the evening - it was dirty and some of the staff were rude and unpleasant. Especailly at the Time Out bar... Sort out your attitude, eh? We won't be going back.
Lot's of different types of food under one roof. Usually very crowded, can be difficult to find a place to sit.
I'd say the place is trendy, touristic and slightly overpriced in general but it really depends on what you choose.
Despite the crowd, the place is cool :)
Great selection of food outlets. 4 of us each ate at different places and we all loved what we chose. Pricier than most other places in Lisbon, but a worthwhile visit!
A large food hall with a great selection of cuisines. Be prepared for a huge crowd of people. It took a while before we found seats and the wait for the meal to be prepared took a while, but it was all worth it.
Place looked amazing but foods are overpriced. Not so good quality. Will not come again
The place to eat !!! A nice varaiety of food stalls & always you can find a place to eat
Limited vegetarian options , no vegan options but food was amazing!
Quite busy but great food. Must try the octopus hot dog
Great place to eat. Tons of options, all great! The prices are a bit higher tab what you'd find outside but it's worth it
It's really cool and interesting place. Definitely worth checking out. Can be a little pricey depending on what places you choose
Marvellous place. The choice of food from the various restaurants is excellent and some add a twist to traditional Portuguese dishes which makes them interesting. I particularly like the communal eating arrangements in the centre of the hall. It's very sociable.
They serve everything for every taste and for every wallet
There is a large variety of food choices from different vendors with communal tables to eat at. The atmosphere is buzzing and full of energy. We struggled a bit to find a seat on a Saturday, but it was easier on a Sunday.
A must go place when visiting Lisbon, amazing choice of food (very tasty) and such an unbelievable atmosphere. My personal recommendation is to first find a table to avoid walking with your lunch during long minutes ;)
It is a sensation. Excellent food and good prices. Great selection.
Nice place, for everyone something tot like, not cheap like regular Portuguese bars.
Good place for a different experience with Portuguese food.
Only con was the smell of food !
If you are in Lisbon, this place is a must. A great bar, great food and great atmosphere
