Could be anywhere in the world. Really good food but at London prices. Shame that the old market next door closes so it's hard to compare.

Great place to have high quality local food. A bit pricey, but definitely worth a visit or two!
A good place to enjoy different foods and drinks. Sometimes there are concerts and other events.
Amazing Food! If you have time and are around the area I deffinatly suggest going here.
Many choices, very clean, very nice, interesting to visit for its location/story, you can also find very cheap bottles of portuguese wine to buy and drink there!
Nice food and beverages with a good variety, but if you don't want to spend hours hunting a seat with the determination of a starving predator, I recommend you get there at 12 or between the hours of 3 and 4pm.
There are many kind of dishes and wines. I good way to taste Portuguese food. It is a little expensive
Only had an opportunity to visit the food hall, as the flower and food market was already closed. The choices of delicious food was amazing, but as it was the weekend, it was incredibly busy. Need to go back earlier in the day.
Very modern, great food. Hope they give out left overs to people as the amount of food that might go to waste is worrying.
So many options!!! After lunch we were still a little hungry and tried out the tartare place. We had the tuna and the corvina. Delicious!
This place is so much fun. An amazing range of food available from the many vendors. Lots of seats, but you'll have to search hard and work for a place to sit at busier times!
BUT: it is really missing out on good beer. Lisbon has a great craft beer scene and a good craft beer bar would compliment this place perfectly. However, the only beer brand allowed in the while place is Super Bock. Massive sad face. You can get 4 or 5 types of crappy SB branded beer. It is SUCH a shame. Stick to wine.
Very busy so be ready for that! It has a lot of interesting tastes and foods. Overall a nice night out and with a different atmosphere from the rest of the city.
You can eat all kinds of tradicional portuguese food here. Big variety of seafood, hams, cheese and such. During lunch and dinner time it is very crowded, but around 4pm, it isn t that bad.
Very cool place. Lot's of food options and not that expensive!
I enjoyed the experience of Time Out Market. Every dish my group ordered from different restaurants was delicious. Our selections ranged from chicken and fries to various authentic Portuguese dishes. But the custard pies were to die for. I woukd visit this place again and again just to eat at every location.
Super fun and actually a destination not just an eatery. This is a very large building that houses dozens of walk up restaurants. This is Lisbon's style of fast food restaurants but much more gourmet of course than America's. There are all types of Spanish and European foods, sweets, their famous pork dishes, homemade soups, beer and wine, almost too much to make a decision. But we did! A MUST when visiting Lisbon.
This is mainly a food court, for a lot of young people (esp. tourists) willing to spend lots of money on trendy foods. Nothing really stood out, even though there were a couple of places that smelled nice. We were not impressed and after walking around a couple of times, we left.
Very nice, good for meeting friends and having beer and food.
Love it here, so much choice, great place to people watch. Seating at a premium as it is so busy, so get there early. Great at night too.
Allot of small eating places with in the centre tables to enjoy the great variety of food available.
fabulous range of foodchoices here....buzzy atmosphere...need to be prepared to circle for 10-15 mins at pesk time to get a seat at the table (6 in our group) but well worth it!
Great place to feel the Lisboa vive! Such a variety of options.
Really cool place with plenty of restaurants and different types foods to pick from!
maybe the best place to find cheap and quality food. try different portuguese dishes in a casual atmosphere. this place was once a local market. but now it serves as a gathering point where you can find fine portuguese food, cheese, wine and dessert
Great selection of food, oftentimes feature local flavours but the lines for food are long. Be prepared to spend 1 hr minimum for lunch.
I love this place. Great food, great people, great spot...
Plenty of options for food, but not many gluten free options
The tuna tartar was a highlight of our stay in Lisbon! The stalls had lots of fun stuff for sale. The warm pastel de nata with their crispy flaky crusts here were the best we tried.
Lot of food options to eat but not Halal, very busy during lunch hours, nice walk outside opp. to river....
Incredible collection of Portuguese food. Includes a vegetable market.
Crowded place, but a traditional place to eat in Lisbon
A lot of options which is great. 4 stalls have dishes from really important chefs in Lisbon. My favorite out of all was the dessert stall. we got a lime pie and a tiramisu and it was amazing.
Great food for all tastes and artisan made treats. If you're a foodie you will love it. Nice prices too!
Great place for experiencing all the culinary facets of portuguese cruisine.
Nice concept but seems a bit overpriced and not that special as advertised.
This was honestly my favorite spot in Lisbon. My husband and I went back 3 times to try as much of the food as possible! It was all amazing!
A tip I picked up from a local was: if you want an amazing pastel de Belem, skip the super touristy Pasteis de Belem and come get them at Manteigaria in the Time Out Market. Trust me, you won t regret it.
Great seafood but not cheap: small beers cost 4 . The Portuguese tarts however are great value at 1 . Place has a wonderful atmosphere:
Very touristy, hectic atmosphere and food isn't great quality. I would prefer to eat in the actual restaurants of the vendors.
Great to busy Lisbon and this food gem is a real treat. So much choice and all well cooked tastey food thanks
Bathroom reeks of piss, for the amount of money going through this place they should be able to keep it clean
Ate here this week. Lovely lively atmosphere. Great selection of food. A must visit if your coming to Lisbon. Alexandre Silva especially lovely. Squid ink risotto with scallops and seaweed. Yummy.
Fantastic food court with local produce, starters, mains, deserts, fish, meat, vegetables, wine and portwine. You can find it all...
One of the best popular place to eat in Lisboa. We enjoyed a variety of delicious Portuguese food. Great desserts such as Pastelitos de Belen. Unexpensive fresh food serve by professional chef's.
Very nice venue for events, like parties, concerts, award ceremony events, etc..
very delicous food but a bit expensive. the large different choices makes it a perfekt place for everyone. doesnt matter if family, couples or groups.
we can highly recommanded, only be aware, during lunch break its realtivly crowdy
amazing spot, a lot of tasty food and very atmospheric
very interesting place where you can find whatever food you want, all nationalities
Great concept with great atmosfere. Everyone will find something for them selves. Only down thing is finding a place to sit.. I crused for half an hour. Maybe I was at the busiest hour (3pm). But of course I will come again.
The market has stalls from some of the best and most well-known restaurants in Lisbon but, unlike the original places, it doesn't have the traditional atmosphere. It is a good place for trying out specialities quickly but much less charming than discovering the food for yourself. We had a fish meal in a stall selling tapas for up to 15 compared to the 5 prices of nearby cafes, and was of comparable quality.
Busy and difficult to eat on the run. First you need a table, usually it will not be near the outlet you want, and if you're in a party ordering from multiple outlets, by lining up, it will result in one of you desperately fending off people who want the empty seat/s and everyone eating at different times. Needs refinement.
Food was very well made. Prices to match its tickets on itself.
Always a great experience in the Time Out Market, cheap, fast and fresh food! it s always nice to have a lot of options as well!
Prices vary a lot and it can be hard to get a seat. Quality of food at most of the stands are good. For just a drink consider the little bar right next door.
Noisy, crowded and pricey. Food better in surrounding restaurants in neighbouring areas. Hard to appreciate after visiting Mercado san Miguel in Madrid.
Great choice of food just make sure you choose the right one! We went for croquettes which were not great.
Amazing food, wine, chocolates, gelato all around a huge shared dining space. Very crowded but food came surprisingly fast. Highly recommended experience!
A lot of quality food and drink option, cosy, layback atmosphere, recommended
The place to be for good food in Lisbon. Chef food at low prices and a variety of choice. Really a must see
A trendy place to have some nice food and drink. Finding and empty table is quite challenging in busy hours. Bringing drinks from outside is better and cheaper option
Take your time to decide from the flood of options to eat... If you finally figured it out, you can definitely have a great experience and good food! Loved it.
I was impressed with the time out market. Food was delisious and not expensive.
Great food, but in the evening its very growdy and its not that easy to find a table
This is a great concept and a foodies heaven, but it's often incredibly packed and prices for food and drink are steep by Lisbon standards
Nice place to eat, but there times where it is very crowded. Avoid peak times.
Great selection of the best restaurants in one spot, good convivial atmosphere too
Great variety but not as good as the seafood rice I had in Sintra
It's a nice place to go around and the food looks good but the prices are just too much
Ultimatum. Must see and eat. Atleast try minimium seven restaurants!
Plain awesome. There are many streetfood /markethall concepts around the world. However this is the best I've seen so far.
Great food court concept
Many dinning option at one ground...too crowded every day
Kind of a cool concept: lots of mini restaurants in one place, but the food was definitely overpriced for Lisbon. It s definitely intended for foodie tourists, who don t mind spending money.
Great market, alot of good food to choose from was just upset that the produce part of the market was closed when we arrived.
A very nice place to meet up, tremendous amount of options of different types of typical and foreign food. There is also a nice variety of beers to go along with your dishes. And of course you can buy almost any dessert you'd like to. Prices vary and so does service.
Think heaven in a food court. A large open area with some of the best food I have tasted. Add I sat looking at others food I could have made many other choices. Look around at options before deciding. Stake out a place to eat. Just keep your eyes open, something will open up. If you are in Lisbon, eat here.
You sure to find a savour to your taste but in another hand Time out' success push you to avoid the end of the week if you do not want to eat stand up.
I was wandering around the area after hanging out on Pink street and run into this market which was open till 2am. We love the atmosphere here and so many good food to choose from. During the day it's always crowded especially lunch time so it can be hard to find seats. But it's definitely a must-go place!
Great food selection a good place to go with a group
Plenty of variety of food. I recommend the fish burger, what a discovery. Difficult to find place to sit
Fun place to bring visitors to
Lisbon. A little bit pricey, but over all a nice experience.
Food is nice. But the place is too crowded. There are many better places with same quality of food and prices but nice atmosphere.
Great selection of dishes, desserts and wines for everyone and great place to see where locals and tourists meet. We had octopus and cod fish and trusted the wine recommendation from the restaurant and couldn t have imagined a better start of our Lisbon adventure!
Didn't find a huge amount of vegetarian options but well worth the visit.
