It s ok but not more - value for money? There are better places to stay
Beautiful and well organized place close to the sea. I recommend to have a launch there.
Perfect place to taste the real Portuguese dishes. I suggest u to mix different small dishes and taste different kind of wine
Great place where to eat in Lisbon. Great choice of food and fair prices.
Good selection of different foods. Anyone can find something he likes. Prices are fair 10-15 for a meal.
There s better food outside. But the foods still good. Nice vibe
Amazing place to shop for all you want. Great delicacies and desserts !
Honestly, with all the amazing restaurants in Lisbon, I don t understand why anyone would want to come here and have glorified mall food court type meals... This place is overrated and overpriced.
average food I don't know why it was absolutely packed with people and most places are expensive for what you get. food stall owners too busy raking in the money to really care about the customer I would give it a big miss. and try finding a seat it takes forever
Be careful the pickpocket, price reasonable, main course from 8.50 to 20 euro, and during the busy period need extra patient.
Excellent place with an array of food places to try out! highly recommended!
18 euros for 6 slices of pizza... 13 euros for a burger... 15 euros for a dish is the average on this place... SO expensive for Portugal. And what i mean by that its a touristic trap. NO Portuguese in their right mind goes there to eat. You don't even get a table... and you pay 15 euros per dish.. avoid this touristic trap at all costs..
Modern market with a good selection of slightly upscale Portuguese (and more) stalls. Great for sampling pastries and more. Quite buzzy. Would like to have checked out more of the stalls - another time!
Campo de Ourique market has a bit more of a local vibe though. A lot of tourists here (myself included, so not a complaint)
Great! Great food. Great choice. Great venue. Not a fine dining dinner experience, but fantastic during the day.
Beautiful food court. Enjoy Portuguese specialties as well as worldwide dishes.
Love it! Nice atmosphere, great food and drinks. Everything what you need
Fun place for lunch! So much selection you're destined to find something you like.
Wonderful place with delicious food. Gambas Guilho from Monte mar are fantastic.
Amazing food from amazing chefs all under one roof. Small quick bites to taste a little of everything. Technically, not a market if your coming for the restaurants. Loved it modern, expansive, something for everyone, beer wine full bar too. TIP: Great for day one when your jet lagged and need something taste to eat. They re open at odd hours that most places are closed still.
Not that many places to sit and too expensive for what you get. Still a nice place to hang out
Lively market, with an area working lke the old markets and another area mostly dedicated to tourists, with a selection of mini restaurants from Portugal and from all over the world
Awesome place with lots of different choices for eating and drinking. Almost every possible type of food can be found there, as with the drinks!
Insanely good food for reasonable prices. Great variety ! Most dishes are between 9 and 18 . Had a lovely time !
One of the best places to go to. I highly recommend it for the variety of food that is for everyone.
THE place to be when you like handcrafted food! It s like to be in heaven
This is a great place to hang out to eat and drink. A lot of the food spots have great and fresh quality ingrediants. Don't expect much in terms of vegetarian options. It's all about the meat and fish in this place (well you are in Lisbon).
Great market to visit at any time of day. Good variety of foodstalls and restaurants serving everything from bacalhou fritters to steak tartar.
Huge range of seafood restaurants with super-fresh crustaceans.
Took away a star coz it is so difficult to find seats
Fun place. A good way to try all the local foods. A bit pricey
Crowded. I felt it was over-hyped. I'd rather find an authentic hole-in-the-wall, but this does the job if you want a bunch of tasty options under one roof.
Excellent place for lunch, dinner or just a snack! You have a great variety of foods to chose from - which can be quite difficult as one looks better than the next!
The prices are a little elevated but it's definitely worth it!
You will need to visit a few days to try everything and most shops look good. Be prepared to fight for a seating spot!
Excellent food choices and great quality. Not the cheapest place in town. Seating can be an issue at busy times . Overall a great pace to try a variety of local foods
Great food and lots of choices. A place for all sorts of traditional Portuguese cuisine with a touristic sense.
Expensive enough but great vibe. It's what you call a cool place where you want to be. However I missed GF/allergens information. Hard to believe in modern times!
slightly costly but amazing variety and quality of food! free arcade on second floor as well if you're looking to kill time
We really enjoyed our visit to the Time Out Market. It was our first port of call after an early flight into Lisbon and we relaxed for a while with various small plates of food and some local wine. There was plenty of seating while we were there. Make sure to get a custard tart to finish off the meal!
Time Out Market is a must if you come to Lisbon!A variety of restaurants in one place!
Considering it is so well known by the tourists, it is surprising that some of the staff didn't speak English. They said that they had run out of most of the fruits on the smoothie menu, also we couldn't get any drink because they had run out of clean cups. It was only 6pm on Saturday evening. You would expect them to be better equipped and prepared for a busy night. Prices are too high and the quality is not worth it.
Lisbon's finest food establishment housed under one roof. You be spoilt for the choices here. A must visit when in Lisboa!
Gets really busy, but great food and desserts here. Only expensive store is the tourist shop.
Amazing concept. Not enough seating. Bathrooms were not kept clean
This place is a little paradise for food lovers. There are many options from which to choose and the ambiance is great. Finding a table on pick hours (specially for groups) is an adventure.
Great place but waaayyy to crowded and should have more vegetarian options
Best of Lisbon under one roof. Great selection of high quality Portuguese food at reasonable prices.
Great market with tons of food options! Just do your research before ordering from any of the food spots but a cute place overall!
Biggest food court I've ever been too! The food is beyond amazing. Very well organized. We went there multiple times during our stay! Highly recommend to go here when visiting Lisbon!!
Great restaurant food at a casual food court setting. Slightly pricey. Getting seats at peak hours can be difficult
Expensive, food and wine . No space to seat. Can't drink a bottle of wine purchased at this place's wine store - , so, to drink a wine you must buy a bottle of wine at food store in this place with a double price tag. So, why is here a wine store inside of this place ??? Police officers at this place prohibit you to drink a bottle of wine purchased at this Time Out place's wine store. Not a nice rule for tourists !
A must see in the city of Lisbon. Quite a Upper class alternative market which of means that food is typically a little more expensive. However, quality is outstanding and then you also can have many different of world foods.
Had a cuttlefish in black ink which was cooked fresh in minutes and was very tasty. Quite expensive but worth a try. Then to a custard tart which was the best we had in Portugal. Well worth a visit even if it is for a quick look around. There are also a number of food workshops you can pay and experience.
One of my favourite spots in Lisboa! Come here with an appetite, there are so many different options. Be prepared to jump in line if you see something on a menu you want to try because it can get very busy!
great closed market with great local food . a must see in Lisbon
A wide range of cuisines and all the stalls we tried were fantastic! A great way to try lots of dishes from different places.
A must visit spot in Lisbon. Food for every taste with variety of restaurants, dessert, coffee shops, wine shop, etc.. We've been here twice for lunch and loved every bite. It is the "best of the best" of Portugese vendors. We could come here every day for a month and still not try everything!
Beautiful indoor market and harbour .market reminded me a bit of borough market in London but with all the wares ,wines and confectionary of Portugal..wonderful place to do shopping at anytime of year x
A bit of a tourist trap but definitely worth a visit. It's a great place to try out the flavors of Portugal for a decent price. I prefer to explore the side streets and discover nuggets but this was worth a visit.
I got a veggie burger there and it was not good. The sauce was killing all the taste of the ingredients. Clearly, too expensive for the quality. I paid round about 36eur for 2 veggies burgers and 1 french fries portion but it was really not worth more than 20euros. I didn't finish it.
The choice of food is huge ,anything you want!super fresh sea food!good place to try local dishes!
Very nice food market in the heart of Lisbon. The fruit and vegetables looked fresh. Directly adjacent there are booths with a nice variety of different cuisines. Definitely worth checking out. Prices can be a little higher but it's worth it.
Off the hook. Really busy and great selection. And desert options and a place selling gingha! All the tastes of portugal under one roof. Underground parking across the street!
Lots of food and drink options with a variety of cuisines to choose from. Hard to find seating for larger groups so take into account some extra time to find seats.
This place is very cool and busy, but the food is really disappointing and overpriced. Tried 5 stands on 2 different occasions, and from now on will only come for wine. O Bar da Odete has great selections, but otherwise most stands offer great options by the glass or bottle as well. Otherwise, kudos to Monte Mar for making the worst fried calamari I ever had. Honest truth.
Polish Koszyki Market (in Warsaw). Not cheap, not so tasty, but it got the atmosphere! Great place to sit with friends. Very crowdy in the evening.
Nice Place. Good Food!
Perfect for an afternoon with a group of people. Not the cheapest option but for sure one of the tastiest!
So delicious and fun to experience all the different foods!
There's really nice market that is open until midday. And of course great food court. Considering that it's one of the popular touristic spot in Lisbon that mentioned in each guide the prices there are rather high. But you can be sure that you'll find something nice to ear here. And to have a really nice experience in Portugal remember, that client service in this country are always too slow )) Always serve yourself and you'll be pleased. And don't forget that it is a good court not a restaurant.
The best place in Lisbon to eat different kind of food and don't worry that Time out Market may be closed ;). Good pizza, good croquettes, perfect lemon coctails and the live music (sometimes). Good chips to :D
Same as any urban foodie market across the world. If you are from out of town, particularly the US you ll think I could find this in New York or Boston .
Great place to go for food and drinks. The project itself was really well carried out allowing for the renovation of a somewhat generally empty market to an almost always too crowded place. You can find many stands with several types of cuisines but with an obvious focus on the Portuguese one which makes this place a top destination also to tourists. Main downside is just how crowded the place can get
Not always cheap and definitely not for the indecisive, but the seafood's fresh, there's something for every taste, and nearly everything's great. Some places have good weekday lunch specials, too! It gets quite crowded around normal mealtimes, so pop through during off-hours for speedier service and to find a table easier.
Great food experience!! A bit crowded and yet very recommended!
Fancy place, international ambience, but nothing traditional and the prices are high
Pricier than what I expected but the atmosphere is nice.
It is a nice place with many small restaurants and therefore everyone can find something they like. No fuss about what someone wants to eat. Between 8pm and 10pm it is definitely the busiest moment. Price is medium-high. Although it is good place, it lacks of atmosphere due to it being a food court/market. I prefer to go to a real Portuguese restaurant where you have a relaxed nice and memorable time. This is more a order, eat and leave place. Not my type of place but it sure is easy once in a while.
This place is over rated and outside the walls smells a urine everwhere
This place has something for everyone. The food is great, finding somewhere to sit was a bit difficult, but maybe worth going during the quiet hours
Excellent atmosphere, expensive but reasonable for the food quality.
Great idea but prepare to be packed in like Sardines (hey, it s Portugal) and jostling for a seat.
