Great place with several restaurant stands.
Great place with several restaurant stands.
Good typical Portuguese food and drinks.
It can be very crowded so sometimes it is difficult to find a place.
Self service.

It's like Reading Terminal in Philadelphia!! So much to choose from...something for everyone...
You can find more than 20+ restaurants inside the market. They have a various kind of food from seafood, steak, to asien. We really like the seafood dish from the restaurant "sea me". Moreover, there is a dancing floor in the middle. We really love this place and really recommend it!
Beautiful plates but doesn't feel like local food, more upper end stuff for the artistic crowd.
Absolutely packed. The food we was great. But the struggle to find two seats really tuck away from the experience. While you are eating, you feel several sets of eyes watching you expectantly, waiting for your seat. With such great food all over Lisbon the only reason to visit the Time Out Market is if you are in to crowds.
A bit busy on a Saturday but with good choice of food
Hands down the best way to get a sampling of what the Lisbon food scene has to offer. Dozens of amazing chefs all under one roof, a vibrant atmosphere and a full produce, meat and seafood market right next door to pick up groceries for your next meal. I can personally recommend the booths of Marlene Vieira and Migel Castro E Silva from my two lunches at Time Out.
Great place to eat and drink. Lots of different options.something for everyone.
Pros: Great selection of Portuguese and other kind of restaurants. It has a common sitting area that allows you to order from different restaurants and share.
Cons: Might be too crowded especially lunch and dinner times. Finding a place is a journey. There are drug dealers in front of the doors asking you if you want any kind of drug that I found really shocking.
Suggestions: Go upstairs to take a great photo of this place, if you are interested in sea food, Sea Me might be a good option.
Wonderful execution of a terrific concept: stalls with different chefs/eateries supplying made to order food at an moderate price point with wines, beers, around a large seating area. Convivial crowd and high ceilings as well as quality More
Not fast food but great food. Quite a nice place to be.
The timeout market is near the river in Lisbon. Here you can find every kind of food you want. Pizza, burgers, Asian, french, fried. It's not the place I'd suggest to get typical Portuguese food. Here you can get fast and quality food and eat it right away in the main hall. Tho it's a bit difficult to find place to sit when it's crowded. The only thing to point out it's that the prices are a bit too expensive. Burger + fries are at 15 euros
Food poisoning!!! My partner experienced the worst food poisoning ever after consuming a meal here. Don t be fooled by the fancy and hip interior as the vendors kitchens may be swarmed and engulfed with bacteria. We will never forget the projectile vomiting, extreme nausea, intense dehydration and the inability to eat or drink anything for 5 days after a meal here. And, we know of two other people that experienced their own bout of food poisoning after visiting the Time Out Market. Skip this place!
Loved it. Best pasteis de Nata at the coffee place. Also amazing octopus and fin cocktails. Burgers also really good. Great vibe
I would say it's worth a visit if you're in the neighborhood, but I wouldn't go out of my way to have dinner there. I heard it was a place where you can try different high quality foods at a good price... Not true.. It's an over priced food court.
Amazing food! It s a must do in Lisbon. I wouldn t say it s cheap, but the food is great quality and plenty of variety.
Nice place, lots of options, but lacking in Vegan healthy foods :)
Location top! Great dishes, plenty of food offerings.
Update Oct 2019: Still a great place to be. Today with the DJ even better! Everyone was dancing, just great!!
Cool atmosphere, many tourist and good variation of dishes for all day
Great place with good restaurants. Very crowded very often
A must visit in Lisbon! So much amazing food options! Try to go after the lunch or dinner rush. It can get very busy and hard to find a spot to eat.
If you go to Lisbon this is a place not to miss. Under one roof you have a very wide selection of amazing food, you can choose the one you like.
Time Out Market is a great place to visit in Lisbon. There are a number of food and drink options that are all very good. If you're looking to sample a number of Portuguese dishes and beers, this is a great place to do it.
Delicious food, bustling atmosphere. But finding a seat is a bit difficult.
Not bad at all, good wine, good chorizo, good seafood. What else?
Awesome place. Great variety. Great quality food. Must do when in Lisboa!!!
Had a nice 3course meal there inside a big local market
Very nice concept. One can find great fresh seafood here and much more.
The food is overpriced and the portion is small. If you don t have many free time, here is a good place to get different kind of food at once though.
Food gor everyone, really everyone, if you can find something here, you won't find it anywhere!!! And its very very good.... So enjoy!!!
I had a great lunch here. There's a wide variety of local and international food stalls and an excellent atmosphere. I was here on a Sunday afternoon; my only complaint was that it was massively crowded, but we still managed to get a seat.
A vibrant and busy place to have lunch or dinner. The food is very tasty!
A must-do in Lisbon. Lively and filled with people Christmas week. A huge variety of good food to choose from at different stalls around the perimeter. Family style seating in the center was a challenge to find on the busy evening we were there. Worth a visit.
One of the best markets I have ever been to! Time Out is a market brand that is also in other cities, but don t be persuaded by that, this market has the best of the best. We enjoyed sardines, a meat and cheese plate with some of the best ham we had on our entire trip through Portugal and Spain and
Amazing food in a very cool venue. Sensible prices too. I loved it!
Foreigners and tourists spot, usualy not for lisbonnaires.
Fantastic food experience with loads of choices! Also inexpensive. Alexandre Silva was the best
A huge eat out place which is always crowded. You can find many dishes and shops which gives you enormous variety of food from Lisbon. The prices are not any cheaper but its reasonable. The food served is good and is worth the money plus the street next to river is nearby so you can have some takeaway and eat there.
With so much fantastic choice you can't go wrong. It can definitely get very crowded, so get in early for a table but remember that many places don't start serving food until after midday.
Wow! So much food, so many choices, I had risotto served with black sauce and scallop it was so good
You can t go wrong with the selection of dishes and restaurants represented here. Only downside is the seating situation, be ready to spend sometime looking for a place to sit. It can get quite hectic.
Tip: You can save yourself a space if you are travelling with others and then go for food although this would be against the Time Out Market concept of get food first and then find a seat...
You will also find tables left in an unsightly state by other tourists but don t worry table clearing staff do make their rounds.
Still an interesting experience and well worth it!
The food is good but nothing special. Overcrowded with tourists.
Good selection of restaurants and local food. Manteigaria has the best Pastel de Nata ever!
A bit expensive but the food is great! Worth to come.
Loads of atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent choice of wine, but very busy!!
MASSIVE food court with everything you could ever want to eat. Prepare to salivate as soon as you enter
Mercado de ribera, great food and assortment of food, but over crowded and hard to find a table once you get your good
Food looked amazing to taste bit it was a bit too hot inside for us so we left after a drink.great atmosphere.
Definition of tourist trap, but if you look hard enough, you can find some good food deals.
Nice and vibrant place to relax, hang out and have great food and drinks. A big selection of different kinds of food. I tried the Sangria Beirao liquor cocktail at the Beirao Bar which was great.
It's over polished interior efficiently smothers any market vibe and authenticity that this place probably once had.
Lessons could be learned by a visit to Malaga market....
Excellent place for Lunch or dinner especially on cooking chiefs stands
Remind me of Asian food market. Love it ! I tried 4 restaurants and quality is here. Just beware of the bar which can be a little expensive compared to what you're used to elsewhere in Lisbon (buy your beer directly from the restaurants around)
This place is habitually packed. Do not expect to get a sit during peak hours, come with friends when you are not stressed on time. Get a table, have your friends guard it while you order food and then exchange the favor.
Fantastic. Great selection of food and notwithstanding the food court styling genuinely upmarket in all respects. Pricing very reasonable for the food on offer.
Cute area, close to the water front. Lots of food to explore.
Great place to visit when in town. Large and delicious variety of food.
Nice place, really good food (stunning fish in Marlene Vieira), but poor cocktails in Time Out Bar.
Excellent food in a very cool setting. A must visit in Lisboa!
a bit pricey, but unique experience with a chill atmosphere with great food and drinks.
Very nice, modern place. Food quality was very good. However, if you are looking for an authentic Portuguese experience, this is not the place to go. It's basically a fancy indoor food court. Still very nice though.
A large selection of tasty food from a variety of small food stalls
Just got to love this place! There are plenty of food options for every taste and the atmosphere is great. Give it a try!
Great venue, loads of options, had an Asian Lab vegetarian thai green curry, delicious!
I kind of like this place, one tip though, try to visit when it's not high peak season, then you can really enjoy it
Amazing place, any food you want and open till late !
Everything is perfect here, you may have all tasty food in one place.
We went back this place 3 times during our ten days in Lisbon. There is no shortage of amazing food in lisbon, but we were a group of three so we would hit this place when we couldnt agree on what we wanted and we all were satisfied every time.
Nice space, great food at reasonable prices. Recommended
Nice variety of restaurants. Good food, but not that cheap...
Good options. Can be confusing and hard to find seats together
A Place only for tourist with high price and really loud atmosphere. OK you get good food but that building have nothing typicall portugal
Fabulous place to get food loads of different restaurants or serving a variety of dishes and huge central bar area in the middle seating is communal so it's always very very busy but a great buzz in the place and prices are not too expensive well worth a visit
Awesome food market to have best food options in Lisbon
Perfect place for a go out with the friends. A lot of plase to sit and all food you can imagine
The food here is very good, but it wasn't anything extraordinary that would make me want to make a point to come here. It was also so crowded that you'd have to prowl the long tables for quite a while and stand awkwardly behind other people who look like they are about to leave in order to secure a place to sit.
This is food lovers paradise. One of the best place to enjoy different variety of food in center of Lisbon,
The food is great no doubt but the seating is horrible and extremely hard to find during meal times. Honestly if youre a tourist like me who is short on time, dont go when its extremely full. Also a great cover during rainy days. Eat traditional porteguese food and dont forget to try a local dessert.
Great food, do not miss this place. I only ate there.
Huge market featuring a wide variety of cuisine. We went for fresh seafood from a few places and were not disappointed. Pictured is grilled fresh fish and squid ink risotto. So many places to choose from, so everyone will be happy. The seating is first come first serve...it was a bit tough to find a seat given it was dinner time on a Saturday night. Would prefer searching for a seat opposed to entering and empty restaurant.
Hot place for the combination of most famous restaurants in Lisbon. Ideal place for the people who want try variety of food and drink in one place. Can see and enjoy Listener's life. little bit crowded.
Very cool place with a lot of amazing food! So much choice that it is hard to pick. The place is usually very crowded but it's worth the visit even for the atmosphere!
Busy AF with tons of options to choose from. I suggest you circle all of the options before you choose.
A huge food hall offering a diverse range of local and international food and baked goods.
If you are in the area this is a great place to check out, it s also great for groups!
