Excellent. Good food, beautiful waitresses. Drinks are pricy but not outrageous. Minus a star for the clientele, honestly. Maybe it's just Killeen, but some dudes at the bar make some inappropriate comments. It's a restaurant, please don't be that guy.
I had the wings and they were pretty damn good. The service was on point to. The waitress never let my drink go empty.

Only good thing was our bartender. The food was wrong, tasteless, bland, over cooked and was plain horrible. 46 for one beer each and 2 entrees is unreal!!

Walked in and was seated immediately even though they had a very full dining room. My waitress was named Rebecca. She was the absolute best server I could have imagined having. Everything I asked for she had within minutes, food was amazing, and even when I was waiting for my food she kept me company by simply being nice and talking to me. Will definitely return and ask for her, outstanding service, thank you, Rebecca for the amazing service!!!
So the place was empty but bar was full. Didn't take long to get a table but then sat for over 10 min with no service, finally she got there and it just got worst. As she sat and hung on military guys for big tips we were forgotten. I will never go here agian and would not recommend anyone to go. When I say the place was empty only 3 tables were taken. I would hate to see this place half full. Food was not bad git the wings but man I left no tip and my time felt waisted on 4 beers and 2 orders of wings.
The atmosphere is a sports bar with waitresses that are dresses in short kilts and toos that show the midriff. There is a good selection of beers and drinks. There are a variety of menu items we had a burger and fish and chips. The food tasted good. We ate at the bar and the bartender was tentative and down to earth.
Slow service, it took 20 mins just for refills and a full 50 mins to get our food from whe ordered when way less then half of the tables were occupied. I was also charged for something I never recieved and took an additional 10 min to track down the waitress to fix it. Way too expensive for the amount of food you get, dont ever plan on returning.
Customer service was terrible waited too long for my food. Rude waitresses.
Their Irish Nachos are pretty sweet and their shepard's pie.

Fun environment and decent food. The servers are pretty and dressed in an attractive way as the name suggests. They did stop serving before they were advertised too, which cost one of our group a meal because he arrived close to the end of serving hours and they were already cleaning their grill. The server also had quite an attitude, but she was under stress with school and other personal matters. Personal shouldn't effect professional though.

Great atmosphere, wonderful staff especially Shawna. Even though she was slammed packed busy, made the extra effort to make sure we had everything to our liking. Rob the DJ for karaoke came in clutch as well. Love the place for sure.
Atmosphere is decent at best. Nothing exciting or appealing here. Food is mediocre at best.
Unless it's a slow day the waitresses or bartenders will take forever and don't bother to check up on you except one bartender she was good and made great patron margaritas.
Had the spicy chicken sandwich. Was very good and messy as it should be. Went down well with cold beer. Waitresses were great. Good staff!!
Very relaxing environment for good food and atmosphere. The staff are helpful and polite. Prices are reasonable, selection is a modern take on traditional food, and have always been satisfied with portions. My food has always been prompt and most importantly correct

Went with a group of four, took well over 30 minutes for my spouse to receive her order, my friend didn't receive his, and they messed mine up and told me they couldn't correct it. Only saw our waitress once or twice and took 15 or more minutes to bring us our check after we had to ask for it.
Mary Jane did a great job. Very good waitress would recommend her. When I go back I will request her. Awesome job and food was outstanding
I'm not sure about the franchise but the service at this location was horrendous and food wss not the best. I took off two stars for those reasons.
Seem to be out of every thing we ordered. Finally settled for chicken strips. Pretty sad!
They took forever to get our food to the table and they messed up some orders.
Visited this place twice. First time wasn't bad. Second time was a train wreck. Our waiter was more interested in flirting with the table of men next to us then taking our order. They complained how late their food was to their table. She barely got our order right. At the end of dinner she gave us a card and told us to tell them that we were staying at a hotel nearby so we could get 10% off our food because she knew how badly she had treated us.

Food was good but there were flies swarming to the point that I couldn't finish my meal. The helpings were also very large.
I love this place. I wish we had one nearby. It's a theme restaurant. Think Twin Peaks or Hooters, but to British food. Fish and Chips, Scotch egg, etc. Love it.
The Food here is pretty decent and not really bad prices.
Great place to Watch Sports though, wall to Wall viewing even in the Bathrooms.
If you can take your eyes off other things long enough to watch the sports Wink
The Staff are SUPER Friendly and kept busy to make sure we were taken care off, drinks topped off etc.

Poor service, I waited at the bar for 20 minutes and never got to order. Smelled like throw up and the bar was extremely dirty. Dirty plates left at the bar for over 20 minutes. Bartender made eye contact and just looked the other way. I would not recommend. Very poor service.

Suprizingly good service and food. I haven't been to the Kilt in about four years. Back then the food was horrible. Kudos for improving the food guys!
First time eating here and was not impressed. Cheese dip was only filled up halfway and very skimpy on the chips. We asked for more chips to finish our salsa only to find out when we received the bill it was an extra $3, this should have been explained when we ordered more. My husbands shepherds pie was very good, my wings were ok. Service was not great, especially considering there were maybe 5 tables total in the restaurant and several other waitresses. Drinks ran out, took forever to get our check and once we did it took forever to get her to take our card. Good concept, just poorly executed.
Fish and chips were excellent. Facility was clean and well maintained both inside and out from what i saw.
This is my favorite place in town to catch a football game or a UFC fight. Every seat at the bar has a good view and the bartenders kick ass.

When I went it was around 9pm so I was able to get a good seat at the bar and watch the game. The down side, it was the same game on every screen. Whereas I could've went next door to pluckers and had access to all the games on different screens. The upside, the attentiveness from the staff with smiles. Another negative, I did in fact order a ceasar salad from there and the lettuce wasn't as appealing as it should have been. It looked like it had sat out for 2 days, whilted and browned. Although I did order a monte Cristo which was fresh and superb. There are positives and negatives about the place, but the friendly staff (which weren't all just women, we had both a Male and a female bartender) and a less obnoxious crowd setting made the visit a more on the favorable side.
The Kilt by far has the best service around! Everyone here is always so nice.
I went to this place with my wife on a Friday evening. For a joint such as this it was oddly empty. It did fill up while I was there with single men alone at tables. I ordered a drink, the voodoo yuzu, which came fast and wasn't bad. I also got onion rings which came quickly and were also good. After this I sat and waited for at least 30 mins, 20 of which I had an empty drink and an empty plate on my table. My waitress flirted with the single military guys at various tables, going so far as to sit with them and let them interrupt her while helping non single guests. Finally my wings came and I ordered another drink. My wings were cold when they came. I told her and she left with my plate. 5 mins later she comes back with a new plate of wings. These wings are unevenly heated, as if they were just warmed up in a microwave. A few more minutes pass and she comes back with my black and tan. It's a terrible black and tan with maybe 1/4 Guinness. If you're single and coming alone or with a group of guys then you'll have an attentive audience in this restaurant staff, otherwise I wouldn't bother.
Love this place. Great food, friendly staff, good service. Beers are nice and Texas cold.
I visited there on April 12th, I was seated promptly and then after I was seated I timed it after 15 minutes I still had not even been attended to no service no one at taking my drink water and I literally sat down there it's because there was little to no services I say at a Max or maybe 12 to 15 tables spread out throughout the area there were a lot of vacant tables with separating me between everyone elseand many of the waitresses just kept passing by I was seated directly next to a group of four but then as I said after 15 minutes I still have no service and that's after I started timing maybe after about another 5 minutes out onto that so I just picked up and left take what you want from this

I came here once before and had great service BUT my sister and brother in law brought me and it was bad service. The sweet tea my brother in law and 3 year old neice ordered was SOUR. I Ordered a steak salad, no blue cheese crumble or dressing. It came with the crumble and asked nicely to get a new salad (i cannot have blue cheese of any kind). It came back once again. And there were still clumps in it. The waitress said that they removed the steak and took everything out. Now my sister got involved. She took out her napkin told me to put the steak bites on it and gave the salad to the waitress and said a NEW salad. Third time it finally came out correctly. Awesome salad, I just wished the kitchen staff would do the order correctly.
Eye candy was sweet and attentive and the food was good too. Far better than hooters in my opinion.
By far some of the prettiest waitresses in this area but I've had very few meals worth the price they are charging...

We sat at the bar and enjoyed our delicious warm chocolate chip cookie a la mode!!!! Best dessert in Killeen hands down if you love chocolate chip cookies. My friends and I were being bothered by an intoxicated male, we tried to tell him to stop, brought it to our bartenders attention and she made sure he didn't bother us. Our bartender was Gardenia. Incredible bartender!! She needs a raise or at least a free chocolate chip cookie dessert.
