Buying an engagement ring was a very stressful and huge decision, I wanted to get it write. Fifth Avenue Diamond Experts had the best customer service in any field of work I've ever encountered by a mile. They took great care of me going above and beyond, they informed me with all the questions I had (About diamonds) and at no point made me feel stupid for asking, at no point did I feel pressured into buying a ring and afterwards when I came to get the ring resized their celebration for my fiance and I felt genuine. I will going back there again. Cannot recommend them enough.

One of the best shops who not only provides you with great experience while you shop but also have a very exclusive selection of products with the right price tag on each of them. Had been shopping here few times already and will be always happy to return.

I always want to go in this store, however always have babies with me and no time. Finally I have got a bit time this morning and I went in the store but the service is horrible. I loved one necklace and wanted to take photo to show my husband, but the sale assistant (male) quickly came ove said if you have any respect you will not take photo . I really angry as it is really early in the morning and I don t need someone tell me off at this time, especially I am a customer. I don t mind he tell me no photos please. But the way he told me is more like I m a child, I don t know anything he needs to teach me a lesson. For this reason I will never go in this store anymore and I don t think anyone should look down someone else even you are working in an expensive store. Or maybe the manager should give him more training on how to respect customers.

Fifth Avenue always has the most stunning pieces of jewellery & the most helpful staff. I have my engagement ring & wedding bands from here & I love the quality of work & high standards to attention towards both the jewellery & customer service. Definitely no other place we would shop for top quality jewellery in Auckland.

I had them fix my ring, as 2 diamonds fell off. When I got it back I could see the difference straight away as the work was bad, 4 months later my big diamond fell off the setting! Would not recommend to get your platinum ring fixed here

I was lucky enough to have my engagement ring designed and made here, and Adrian and his team have been wonderful with assisting us with getting our wedding bands done, as well as jewellery for the bridesmaids! Such amazing jewellery, and wonderful service. They really got excited with us, which made an exciting process even more special. I can't recommend them highly enough!
