Food is ok. Typical pub food. Waitresses are nice but service isn't that great. Definitely a go to for the local military. Quite sure they keep the place in business. And it is cleaner than Hooters. You'll stick to the floor once you walk in there.

Visited this evening, we really had a long wait of around 1h15m for our food to arrive. Food wasn't any good. We got some free appetizers for a next visit, but the best this place can be of any good is just to go there for a drink at the bar... Waitress was great though.
Food was excellent and the service was awesome. Next time I go to Texas I will be there again for the food!

Tonight (15Mar18/2230)The egg burger was amazing, but the service was absolutely trash. The servers were making fun of customers, actively flirting with customers while others waited for service. Aggressive demeanor was displayed by a couple and 80% seemed to be extremely immature. I would not recommend this place to even much enemies.
There was only 2 of us that went out for dinner. We got there probably by 7:30 to 8:00 PM at the very latest and weren't able to leave until 9:15. I feel like we spent most of our time waiting. We even watched someone walk by with our food and took it to the wrong table, at least they realized their mistake but after they took it back to the kitchen it was another 5 minutes or so before we got it at our table. The hostess was rude to us and the food was ok, I wasn't a fan of the buffalo chicken mac and cheese and my fiancee's chicken on the nachos was extremely dry. This was my first time going to Tilted Kilt and to be honest I don't think I'd go back.
Food was good. Service was decent. I sat at the bar and the girls were too busy dancing with each other and playing on their phones to notice I needed a refill. A girl that wasn't my waitress asked how I was doing more that my actual waitress. I'll go back in the future for the food though.

The food was great, service was okay. The server took ages to bring the check and also had forgotten to make a drink I ordered. Other than that, I really like the atmosphere in there. Seems like a really good place to go, and the girls that work there do not disappoint, if that's what you're going here for.
They also have a bunch of TVs and a really nice bar where you can sit down and have a drink while watching sports. Overall, great place, would recommend.
Was not impressed with the dress of the young girls serving. I'm sure they could wear a little more clothing and still be just as attractive. For them to be so scantily clad, there weren't many men there.
They are out of about half of the beers that they have Taps for. I also had an issue with the amount of cigarette smoke that was coming through from the patio door. It permeated the entire restaurant and turn me off my food.

Came for dinner with the old man and my nephew. Food was fantastic, wait time for meal preparation wasn't very long at all. 7yr old nephew found his first crush and miss rebecca played along fantastically. TV's played a good variety, staff looked happy, place was clean, I'll definitely be adding this to my favorite places to eat.
It was good but when I wanted changed they said they were out of ones. They tried to convince me but i know that was a lie. Could've been one person but don't let that ruin the fun there.

Even though the clothing these ladies wear and the skirts the men wear are not something you'll want to see when your eating. The food is amazing, can say it was my first time eating a egg with my burger and it was delicious.

Me and my mom came in not knowing that it was a hooters type restaurant, we didn t mind though. Women servers good at there job, made us feel comfortable. Food is over priced, fish was greasy. But the girls were very nice! I d probably go again...

Way over priced. Svc was ok. Ordered fried jalapenos, they were burnt on their outsde and cold in there middle. Will never visit there again. Also was charged for drinks in didn't order.
The burger with bacon and eggs on it is awesome! And Mary Jane is the best waitress. I'm glad shes back. I'll be there more often like I used to because of that. I love it here

Scottish themed bar and grill with singing, food that's good but costs about a dollar or two over what it would cost elsewhere for roughly the same thing, and lots of women in crop tops and plaid "kilts" that barely cover their backside. Honestly not a terrible place, but not really my kind of place.
Waitress messed up my grandson drink 5 times and still got it wrong. Our food took 2 hours to get.. And I'm visiting from DALLAS, never again

Place has changed. The ladies are unhappy. The food is often cold or not cooked to order. They are often out of food. And the GM Dave is a tool. Go elsewhere. It used to rock. Boring. Needs a new GM.

Meeeehhh waitress spent more time hanging out with her boyfriend that was hanging out watching her like a hawk than waiting on customers. Seemed very confused about how to do her job had to walk her through the order.
I was stunned to see this small town had so many incredible good looking women all in one place. Seriously, playboy could shoot an issue just from this place. All of the girls were very friendly but also were working very hard taking care of their tables. The place was surprisingly crowded for a Wednesday night. The food-- went the bacon cheese burger with Guinness BBQ sauce, it was great, could tell the party was freshly made and not frozen. Everyone else enjoyed there meal. Great place overall, and great beer selection.
Run of the mill bar. Check out other Tilted kilts, so your experience of this place won't be ruined. Pool tables are also busted up. Food was mediocre. Ladies were meh.

Our waitress was not good at her job. The guacamole burger was horribly bland and the color of the guacamole had already changed to a dark green and she served it! The burger meat has a cheap cafeteria taste. This place is known for alcohol and definitely not their food. We won't be returning.

Too much drama, if you hire pretty girls(which they were) make sure you have a no boyfriend rule as in your boyfriend can't come in while your on the clock. Would be better if the staff were more concerned for the patrons then their significant other.
The waitresses are lazy. Mine constantly was disappearing and I sat there for a long time. I noticed that with a few other waitresses as well. It's not worth going

Tilted kilts are made and destroyed by the svc. Been here at least 10 times in last 6 months. No lie, visits ran from 1 to 10 mostly due to svc. My guess, this place needs smarter mgmt.
Waitress was rude. The place was slow and she never even came back to check drinks. Appetizers came when our food did. Food wasn't even really that good.
Here's a better review.
- Restrooms were in need of repair and cleaning.
- Bar had stale beer stinch and was sticky.
- Understanding that the staff was dressing for the holidays. They were dressed somewhere between Cheap holiday lingerie and Halloween . Simple Santa hat would have been sufficient.
- Food was acceptable.
- Additionally, understanding that it was close to Christmas eve and everyone wants to be home,the staff seemed unmotivated.

Was going there at the recommendations of a couple different friends. We sat down looked over drink menu then the regular menu, then after 15 minutes of waiting for a server to come over, went back to the hostess stand and asked if we could get a server. 5 minutes later after a total of 20 minutes of sitting without a server coming over, we walked out and went next door. It was not that it was busy either... the girls were standing around talking.. Texas... Ranked 49th in customer service... Thanks Hawaii.

We visited 3 years ago and had friendly service and good food.
The worst service tonight. They had to find our server to so we can put our food order in. There was a server in the bathroom that was cursing about the workers and management there. Very unprofessional! It took our food an hour, my burger was under cooked and our fries were all cold. Asked to speak with the manager and it seemed like management did not care at all. I wouldn t even give this place one star.
Went to the Kilt for lunch, probably the 10-12th time I had been there at that time. Its obvious now the Kilt has fallen to the Killeen level of service and quality. The food took 45 minutes to come out, some food was cold, was charged for ranch with chicken wings (not additional ranch). We sent the ice cold boneless wings back and did not want replacements. Had to ask for the manager to come out and it was some white trash kid that said he was on the food line "helping out" so talking to him was useless.
So dissapointing because the previous visits to the Tilted Kilt we are if not really good, at least okay. Some things like "wait time" are understandable when place are super slammed but we were one of the first ones in for lunch.
Scratch the Kilt off the list. The talent has drastically fallen off too. Such a shame.
Super friendly staff, timely service and good food at a reasonable price.
All other waitresses were scared of us but Elizabeth was the best server we have ever had.
