Food was good, great service for my.first time there.

Terrible food, high priced drinks, loud annoying sailor mouthed bartender. My fish didn't look nothing like the menu displayed, stay away! Just go to pluckers or anywhere else for that matter

This place was the worst restaurant I have ever eaten at. We waited hours for our food, saw our waitress like twice. She was mostly just hanging out with two other tables not a care in the world. I got one glass of water the entire time. Didn t have a drink at all when my food finally arrived, was never offered another one. The rudely told us they were out of bacon. The service at this place is horrible. Especially our server Nelly.

Carrel, the bus boy, he actually works very hard. Probably the hardest worker in the establishment.

I like going there on Saturday or Sunday when they first open cuz it's not very busy

Food was horrible (bland, cold and stale). Service was slow and waitress was inattentive. She was however friendly when she did stop by. I'll definitely won't be going back.

I read the terrible reviews but decided to try for myself. I don't know how the food is but I was seated and sat there for 10 mins waiting for someone to wait on me. There was like 10 people in the place. Ridiculous. I'd say if you're arent really hungry, it's a great place to eat.

Didn't stay to eat or drink. I took a look at the big sign on the pole out front as i was walking in. It's falling apart. Middle of the day on Sat and not very many people there. Tons of large screens. Sat down and beer after beer is not available because their main cooler has been out of commission for "a week and a half". Out of concern that my food would be the same quality as the rest of the restaurant, I decided to leave. The good thing about the place was the servers that greeted and took me to the table. Very nice. Too bad they work in a place that the management doesn't care.

Went to this location for the first time ever, the front door was very welcoming. I was seated outside and assigned a server that never showed. The best attribute for this establishment is the hosts. I would not ever go back, I never felt so ignored and unwelcome as a customer.

Not only did I enjoy my stay but the bartenders are friendly. I got hugs by the end of the night.

Unfortunately though the food is really good, too many of the waitresses just sit around and talk while customers are waiting. Might have been only the last two times I was there, but it happened both times.

Good food, however I will not be returning to this location due to the fact that the facilities aren't being maintained to health standards. For starters the decor inside is visibly dusty and haven't been cleaned in ages. The restrooms should be condemned, my son was afraid to even enter the restroom. I say the food is good because we opted to pack it to go due the the fact that I couldn't believe the managers dknt care much for health standards. City of killeen food inspectors definitely need to pay them a visit.

they go against TABC regulations. What establishment doesn t ID their guests? Especially to a secret shopper..

Well I guess you don't go here for the food because the food is horrible. The drinks are so strong too so order a Soda so you can make 3 or more drinks for your friends.

You DC isn't come here for the food...although sandwiches are pretty good. Draft Beer selections are pretty good.

What's a good place to drink a quick beer & socialize with other people at the bar

Waitress served me one drink and never came back, I went out on the patio to smoke and 4 "waitresses" were outside sitting with customers doing shots!! Ordered food that never came. WORST customer service ever. I will not go back and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!

Elizabeth took great care of me. She is the best bartender ever! We're coming back just for her!

A spot for men. Not really a place for women to hang out only if they are new to dating and they love sport.

Big disappointment- music so loud we couldn't hear each other. Bad service. Food was not good and very small portions.

They dont pay the employees. The paychecks bounce. Real nice business.

Lame, Sunday Football, sitting at the bar, watching Dallas Game but the sound is for Patriots game which nobody is even watching and that Pats game isn't even on any TVs this side of the bar.
Ventilation is terrible might as well be smoking inside because as soon as someone opens the outside door all that smoke comes inside.
Girls are attuned to regulars instead of everyone else, they'll get to you in between their stories. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because beer is cold. I can't even eat because smoke is so bad... last time I come here. Took me 15min to close out my bill

Don't waste your time. Worst service in the state, These "smart" waitresses can't ever get the drink order right, on the odd chance they actually take your order. Even paying up at the bar is a pain. I've been twice and the first time I stood there for 10 minutes trying to get one of them to stop flirting with some Jersey Shore wannabe. The last time I stood for 5 and left. If you dont want to take my money, fine I'll keep it. I will never go back and I enjoy spreading the word on this place.

Really great service this weekend brought eleven people and everyone was served appropriately. Our waitress Arriana was very polite and had a great attitude with my group. It was a amazing experience to see the other waitresses help with all the food and drinks being ordered. Nayomi the other waitress kept seeing if anyone needed help as well that night. We will continue to keep coming back, and hope the service stays amazing.

Always good to have a nice cold beer when watching some Games, I decided to drink myself a Blue Moon.

My coworkers and I were outta town on work, highly recommend this place! Food was solid and our waitress was awesome. Never had an empty glass. If you want a good experience I would ask for Rebecca!

Worst experience of my life. It was dirty, service took forever , I literally had to go to the bar to get my own drink. Nelly my server spent more time with another table then any of her others she had 3 tables total. The restaurant was not busy at all. Food when we finally got it was not terrible.

My first experience in a tilted kilt left me very unimpressed. I met a few co-workers there for dinner before we started work for the evening. We arrived at 6pm on Wednesday and the place wasn't very busy at all. Fine with us as we hoped to get out food quickly and have pretty good service, WRONG. To start, none of the stag were wearing the themed uniforms I had expected to see, they were all just wearing normal clothes albeit they all looked like they were dressed to go to the club after shift but still no uniform. Then came the service, the waitress was very attentive at first to take our orders, once we placed our order all of a sudden we couldn't find her. The place started to fill up and get busy while we continued to wait for our food. We watched 2 or 3 tables come and go being served and paying before our meals finally arrived. Once we finally got our food and ate, we then had to wait for about 20 minutes to flag her down to get our checks. She brings our checks which were all separate and had everything split correctly which was a plus for the evening. We all have her our respective cards and she took them to pay, disappearing for another almost 10 minutes. When she returned, she had somehow screwed up and charged each person randomly for items. Not even just charged the wrong check, but somehow charged for random items around the table. This took another 10 minutes to sort out, in the end we arrived at 6pm with almost an empty restaurant only to leave almost 3 hours later at 8:50 pm and a handful of problems. Needless to say I don't know of I will ever try Tilted Kilt again. The only reason they got 2 stars as the food was pretty good once it finally arrived.

Service was mediocre and from the looks of things it seems like this place and it's staff have seen better days. I had not been to a "Tilted Kilt" before but was told it compares to a "Hooters" type resturaunt.. (Staff wise)
We must have come in when the were running their 2nd string... I don't see myself returning.

We don't have a Tilted Kilt where we live so we haven't been in a few years. But we used to love their Scotch Eggs. They no longer have them on the menu so we were disappointed about that. Otherwise, this location was very busy and a lot of fun.

Didn't realize this was a Hooteresque-type joint when I went in for some dessert. If micro-minis and breasts are your thing, this is the place. The service was on the slow side of meh for a third-full bar Meh enough for me to forego dessert and get some from the hotel.

The burgers and sandwiches are very good, and at a fair price. They didn't carry a beer that was on the menu, at this location. Of course it was the one I wanted. The wait staff is very pleasant and helpful.

This place has gone downhill since I had been there last.

Love the service, up until this last visit I loved the food as well. Tasted oddly different this last visit, old food, freezer burnt, something was just off. Hope things change back to the way it was.

Service is no where to be found unless you're a young soldier. I'm absolutely appalled by the unapologetic lack of service. 15 minutes went by and no one even acknowledged my group of guys with no food or drinks. The two tables to our left and right had some very hands on personal attention though! When we left we tried to talk to someone about it and they said "sorry bye!" I couldn't believe how rude these people were and still managed to fill the restaurant. Must be the kilts?!?

Great atmosphere, wonderful staff, lots of craft beers, and TV's everywhere

Got their a little late. About hour and a half before closing. Bar tender did not know how to dress a beer putting the salt into the beer itself making it unfit to drink. Good conversationalist.

Friday is karaoke night had a great time. Drinks are great and appetizers were God and the wait safe is very professional

Great service, best looking waitresses in town. Drinks are not cheap, but the food is tasty.

Our server Mary(the manager) was very friendly, but tried a little too hard to be witty and ended up being just annoying. The food was good and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The fruit flies that were constantly circling the table were about as annoying as the server. Unlikely that I'll eat there again in the near future.

Went on a Friday for lunch, had the Black and Blue Burger and it was fantastic. However staff was nowhere to been seen, the bar tender had to come sit us and find our waitress, whom was horrible. The bar tender was on point and had a great personality, but everyone else was terrible. Would think twice if you are coming here for the view.
