Tilt Review

Service is absolutely horrendous. Everything takes too long and the food is mediocre at best. Used to be better but has gone down hill dramatically and very quickly. With the exception of a very few waitresses/bartenders, the rest need a hard lesson in customer service and how to wait on a table...especially when it s not busy.

The food here is pretty sub par. The only good thing about this place is the girls. I went here twice while I was working in Texas because it was right next to the hotel. I thought the first time the food was sub par and I decided maybe it was because the kitchen had an off day. No the food isn't great at all. I could make the same food in my kitchen and make it taste better

Good food, beer and staff. Plus the service is great.

Great food, good music, and an awesome vibe. Ultimately love my experience and not only was my drink always full but I got anouther glass when it was running low cutting back wait time. Took but 15 minutes for food. Definitely coming back and ordering this Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese. And my waitress Tiffany was awesome. Total props to her. Not to mention cute as heck. They will continue to get this guy's business.

Nice manly atmosphere good food and beer, bartenders are good at mixed drinks. Overall nice place to watch a game.

The food was very good and arrived in a timely manner, nice selection of beers and Ales, the atmosphere is very nice. Service was about average it was nice our server did sit down at our table after asking permission and spent actual time with us.

The waitress was not really paying attention to is becase she was on her phone. The food was cold when we got it. The nachos tasted bitter, like if the tortillas where fried in old oil. The overall experience was mediocre, my first and last time there.

Nice atmosphere, and good company. Beer selection is unfortunately geared towards 21 year olds.

Chicken parmesan was delicious. Service was good. Great music.

Ordered the fish amd chips, disgusting is not enough to describe. It was soggy of grease laid on the fries the made the fries soggy and greasy as well. Will the batter on the fish was so mushy the fish was way over cooked into a piece of rubber. The cook(if you want to call him/her that) managed to master how to fry food and put out greasy battered rubber fish.
Also for the beverage i asked for a corona with nothing but that, no lime no salt, what i git was a corona with lime stuffed in yhe neck. But it took 30 mins to get the fisrt one and 42 mins for thw second one. All in all, just cant go back to that place ever again or recommend this place. This place should be closed down, However, you would get a better experience in colonial heights Virginia.

Pleasant atmosphere but the fish was a bit rubbery.

We had an horrible experience there and will never go back. It was more with our waitress. The girl was absolutely terrible at doing her job and our food was really cold. This was the first time that my husband and I never gave a tip to a waitress. I rather go to Hooters. We went there one time and never ever going back.

You must improve the quality of customer service and customer service

Food was ok but didn't care for the cigarette smoke.

Hannah was a great waitress. She was friendly and sweet and kepted checking on us even with it being busy

Went to enjoy with friend when was there to visit him. It was a ok experience. Service was little slow. But nice.

I enjoy going to Tilted Kilt when I'm in Killeen. The bartenders make you feel welcomed. One of my favorites is Joy who won a nation wide company competition to create a new drink. It's called the Lass Kicker. Look for her on the company website!

Horrible. Waited over an hour and half and still didn't get my order. Gave up and cancelled it. Don't go there if they're busy.

Best restaurant/Bar in Killeen Texas food and service is excellent!

Great burger/great atmosphere. I had the BBQ Bacon Burger; it was outstanding! The staff is exceptional. After only being here one other time, the bartender called me by name when I sat down to order.

The beautiful women working here are nice n friendly especially the waitress who was serving us. You have to check out this place.

The beer didn't come out very cold which was disappointing....service was just okay. Their are others places just next door that are way better. Won't be coming back.

Food was pretty good (wongs were surprisingly good), my waitress was fantastic (albeit overwhelmed- they seemed understaffed). Went there to watch some football on Sunday and some of the TVs (unfortunately the two where my game was on) were washed out in 1970s era color. Get there early if you want to get a decent table on Sundays, definitely try out the wings, and try to get your order in early.

The food was subpar. Saying the service was OK is a far stretch. I've been to many of the other Tilted Kilts over the years and not once had a bad experience, until now. I gave it two stars instead of one because I didn't die.

I was ignored at the door. A cook came out and told someone to help me. After that, waitress never came to my table, even though they stared at me. What's worse is that the restaurant was empty, aside from a family. To add insult, two guys that came after me got their drinks first. Never going back.

Gave it a one star because I couldn t give it a zero! The service was TERRIBLE. Food was mediocre Best part of the meal was the chili con queso. Took about an hour for my husband and I to get our entree. Appetizer took unusually long to come as well. My son had his burger and fries and finished it before we even got our food. We waited with an empty glass for over 15 mins. I would warn everyone to stay away, unless you want bad service. Spend your money elsewhere!!! Seems like the servers are more concerned with all male crowds!

Rebecca is the worst waitress I have ever had at tilted kilt I really enjoy eating here but I had to wait too long for a drink it's not even busy and then it took her forever to ask if we were ready to order . This group of people came in she started catering to them and stopped checking on me and my friend .

I'm not going to spoil anything for you .. come here and enjoy... The food is actually really good! I got the Mac and cheese plate with some wings!

Music was far too loud, no one greeting at the door. We ended up just leaving when no one acknowledged us.

Great environment but my steak is very, very, very underdone!! We had to wait forever for underdone steak. However, the Shepard's pie is amazing and very rich!! My son had the bread pudding, which was amazing as well. They seriously need to work on portion control. He barely got any food.

Everything was very good except the Mac and Cheese. It was very cold when served. Told waitress who apologized and then proceeded to bring out another cold bowl.

The manager is all over it here, fixing things before was a problem. Great job, that made everything awesome. Oh and beers were good, wings were great, staff excellent, all in all a great time! Oh yeah the waitres was good as well!

It was crowded on fight night but we still got beer and we still saw the fight standing.

Manager was walking around wearing yoga pants and a tie die sweat shirt. Pretty unprofessional on your part. Hostesses were children playing around. If you need to use the restroom better go outside still no paper towel and half the toilets don't work. Been coming here of and on last 6 months. Its steady falling apart. What happened to the good bartender that could hold a conversation. Sam I think was her name. This location is becoming a joke.

This is a great place hang out with great food ! Server Sydney is just a joy !

Great time hanging with Kayla and Ashley at the bar we had lots of fun. "A cold beer never looked so good" and the boneless wings were amazing. The manager (also Jonathan) stopped by, great attention from the staff. The host Katie greeted with a smile and was so helpful, thanks everyone for a great night!

Girls were far better to look at than anywhere else. The food was better bit cost a litter more. You get what you pay for.

I get sick of seeing places like this that are constantly hiring but never consider any beautiful well built black women. Whoever put that fat girl in a kilt needs to be ran over by a bus...They are not attractive and i love all races. But since they are white they automatically qualify. White men love black women for the record.

Today we went to eat lunch at Tilted Kilt in Killeen. We were seated quickly, however, it took 15 minutes for a waitress to take our order. Waitress's were sitting at other tables talking with customers. We understand taking breaks is needed but not at the same time. Service was poor are best. There was one waitress that came to our table after she was notified we were there, she was apologizing for the other waitress's and did an outstanding job helping us. I wish I could remember her name. She was really good. I don't think I would ever go back to this establishment again.

My Friday night at the Kilt had its ups and downs. I ll start with the negatives then get to the reason why I m still giving this place five stars. My food took an hour to receive which is absolutely ridiculous considering I only ordered wings. To be fair, the male bartender, did warn me that food wait times were running long. Secondly, the food was sub par. For $15 and an hour long wait, I would hope the food would be a bit better than it was. My wings were chewy, but bearable. The absolute saving grace of my night, however, were your three bartenders. From the start of my visit, to the very end, each one of them took great care of me. Shawna kept stopping by to chat every now and then to make sure I was okay. The male bartender (I never caught his name) made sure to give me updates on my food as the night progressed. And Joy, bless her heart, never let my beer glass get empty before appearing ready to pour me another. I was a bartender back in the day so I know an overwhelming night when I see one, and these three bartenders did amazing in spite of the frustrations of the kitchen. I watched Shawna politely explain the situation to many customers. I watched Joy run around so quickly to fill drink orders that people wouldn t even have time to notice they didn t have food in front of them. All three of them were friendly and treated me like I had been coming there for ages. The amount of times I heard other bar patrons yell out their names in excitement made me feel like this was the spot to be (I originally thought Joy said her name was Jay until I heard a very excited British man call out her actual name. What was even more impressive was that she knew that man s name in return, greeted him with equal excitement, and knew what he wanted to drink). I will definitely be coming back to this location. I hope to give the food another try, and I hope to see one of my new favorite bartenders in town. Shawna, Joy, and your male bartender killed it.

There's a lot to appreciate about this place. Plenty of TV's and entertainment too. It's a great place to visit while in town.

Mediocre flavorless burgers.. good onion rings. Overpriced

This place has stepped it up. I used to hate the food here but it seems that they have a professional running the kitchen now. As always, the bar girls are awesome and super friendly to my wife and I. So many beers on tap and Gardenia will make you special drinks she's invented.

Megan is the best bartender ever. Such a a charming individual. Beer selection and food is great. Love this place. General manger David smith is professional and hard working. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Terrible place greeter wouldnt get off her phone while we were standing in front of her, sat at are table for 15 minutes and no one ever came, place wasnt even busy. There were girls standing around not doing anything that could of helped us. When we got up to leave same greeter looked up from her phone i said have a good day i got no response and she went back to texting. Went to hooters right down the road, much better experiance!

So far I've had everything on the menu. My favorite dish is the Wicked Boston. Their Shepard pie is made with beef, but it's still good too. A great mix beer to drink with any burger is the Patriot. And even though it's not on the menu, you can still get salmon on a salad and it's really good.

First the food was great, but most of all the service was outstanding! Gabby was awesome taking care of four of us on a working dinner. Thank You!

Foods good and prices are decent and like everywhere service is good or bad depending on who serves you lol been a few times always good for me

Waited 10 minutes for drinks, had to go to bar personally 4 times to get the stuff we needed... manager took food off of our ticket without even asking or informing us. Needless to say, won t be going back and aggravated we even wasted our time.

It was "Cowboy Night," so it was fun...

Amazing customer service and loved our waitress. No air conditioning at the moment so a bit hot to just sit and relax, but general manager and wait staff were amazing and friendly and it's not their fault. Food was fantastic and drinks were made perfectly.

The food left something to be desired to say the least.
The staff, following suit did not..to say the absolute most.

Very disappointing. The employees were friendly, but the food was average and overpriced for this kind of restaurant.
10 wings, one appetizer and two glasses of beer for $36

Went there to eat tonight. Started at bar. Bar tenders didn't even acknowledge us so we got a table. We ordered our drinks and we were looking at photos on our phones from deployments and were accused of taking pictures of the workers...not even close to the truth. These people are sick. I will never be back again. We paid for 2 beers and left.
