See the big cats so close here. Nice place, best time to visit when it opens these days. You can bring food from outside, no restaurants here. Bring your family and spend a half day. Children will enjoy the most.

This was the perfect place for a family day trip. We fed the animals. The monkeys loved to interact with us when we were there! The kids loved it. The souvenir shop was somewhat pricey. Tiger World is not too far from Concord. The drive was not too long.

A true rare gem! Big cats on display. While I'm not much for zoos and definitely not circuses(ethical wise), Tiger World is special! Be there at feeding time and see the interaction between the staff and tigers, Lions and various other large animals

Tickets are not cheap, but they are worth it. It's a very unique experience. They have guineas, ducks, peacocks, and geese that run wild and they're super friendly and fun to feed... What I really like about this place is you get closer to the animals here than anywhere else. The staff are super friendly and informative. They have lion and tigers and bears and much, much more! Seriously worth checking out if you have never been before.

I ve went to this zoo last summer. They animas just looked so tired. The water for the animals were really green running water as a water fall. There was a little lake where there was black birds by the bear, it smelled so bad the water was more disgusting than what you can think. It was so stinky. There was no bear when I went also, some animals they said that were on the map weren t even there. Also the wolf s place was just a big mess. I wouldn t treat my animals like this.

Amazing place, you can really tell that the people that work there love these animals, and I got to feed a tiger, so that was pretty exciting. Definitely coming back when its warmer out.

Awesome place with a good amount of animals. You can get a little closer to the animals here than you otherwise would be able to at a normal zoo. You can tell that the employees really care about the animals in their care. I will definitely be back!

Great spot for a nice day! Took our 18 month old and she was amazed by all of the animals, especially the loose peacocks. We spent about 2 and a half hours and saw everything. It was the first nice day we've had in awhile, so all of the animals seemed to be out and interacting with the visitors. We will definitely be coming back!!

Really fun place, all of the animals seemed well taken care of and happy. We got to experience the Gibbon songs and tigers playing and lounging in the pool. Admission price is definitely worth it.

Lots of different animals in a more intimate setting than a zoo. You can get a closer look. Also, play areas for kids. I was pleasantly suprised by how much was available to see. I thought it would just be a few tigers. Very well done.

I always enjoy visiting. They have a large variety of animals . Birds, wallaby s, bears, turtles and many species of CATS! Go early in the hotter weather, the cats rest in the shade! Be sure to check out the gift shop for hats, shirts, and collectibles.

the front desk woman was really rude. Nice place needs more shade and not over priced icecream in office 4 dollars for a snow cone. Spent 70 dollars on 2 adults and 2 kids. Won't go back any time soon just because of lady st front desk p.s. she gave my military discount to another couple because she thought they were with me.

We love Tiger World. We have visited numerous times, and it never gets old. The animals are well-loved and cared for by the staff. I'd recommend anyone to visit and get a tour to hear the stories of how the animals were rescued.

We visited the zoo two times already. The area has lots of big cat's especially tigers. They have white tigers too. Also a good place for picnics. We also saw white peacocks, ducks and hens.

This place was better than I expected. My family and I had a good time seeing the animal exhibits. The majority of them had ample room for the animals to roam around in. The staff was friendly and engaging.

We just had our first visit and we are hooked. We love animals and have three rescues My husband loves tigers and I love wolves so it works out wonderfully. Lea, Jen, and the staff work really hard so all donations count! We will be volunteering for such a good cause. 120 miles is not that far for those gorgeous animals.

I want to give this place better stars but I feel like I can't because it's too overpriced for me... I'm sure they get grants and they have sponsors but it was still almost $70 for a family of 4.. I struggle with it because that's about the same price to get into a full size zoo.. I get that they have bills to pay but still think it's too expensive for what you get..

Aside from price, it is a nice sanctuary and clean and well kept.
There are seating options throughout the park. Vending machines are also available. They also have a gift shop.

Be warned, if you go in the middle of a hot day, the animals will most likely be napping in the shade and not easy to see. And you will definitely not get your money's worth.

There are lots of animals to see and the feeding cup is fun and affordable plus you keep the cup.. We bought one cup and it was plenty for our family of four.

Lots to see if the animals are out so plan your trip on a cooler day, in the morning or night.

Ample parking.

We will be coming back here in the fall!

Great place to spend a couple of hours with kids. A bit expensive though. We bought a feeder glass to feed animals which was around $6. A small place and can be covered in an hour. The animals are well kept too.

Needed something to do with the kids on a beautiful winter/spring Sunday, so we checked this place out. Ironically located in a residential area (safety issue ), but I guess not. Admission ended by the time we arrived . We did have fun with the free roaming birds who followed us to the entrance and the tiger at the 1st display. I'd recommend go early.

UPDATE - 5 stars: We returned the following weekend and I'd have to admit...the experience is better than your typical zoo (Bronx, Central Park, Staten Island, Turtleback, North Carolina). It's small and intimate. The animals are fearless. We definitely plan to return and it's worth every coin you spend

What is not to like here?! WOW! The lions and tigers here are beautiful. I never knew there was such a thing as white lion. This place has one! And he is beautiful. If you're into big cats, this IS the place to be! My 3 kids, my lady and myself, thoroughly enjoyed this conservation. We spent 3 hours walking around and enjoyed every tiger and lion here. The peacocks are super friendly. And this place is a non-profit. I look forward to bring my family back along with the nephews and nieces. Highly recommend this Tiger World!

It was okay. Some of the animals were in a miserable state, a lot of stereotypic behaviours from the tigers, suggesting that they are bored and do not have enough enrichment. However I do understand that this place operates fully on public donations, and I hope that they can build better enclosures at some point. I do not believe they should be building a safari area, I think they should be improving the enclosures they currently have, it was very very sad to see the gibbon by himself. Primates are incredibly social animals. You can see everything in just about an hour or two here, as it s quite small.

It's a great place. For people who might not want to just see tigers and lions, it gets better. They have emus and monkeys and bears. However, the main attraction is cats, so expect to see a bunch of tigers and lions and ligers. 10/10
