It was not only a magical visit but also an experience fraught with wonderful people that staffed the establishment. I have never felt so pampered and cared for in a store. A great holiday experience!

It is not soo expensive as it seems. Very well presented and very cute for the ladies. Men carry cell phones to do something ...

The store is spectacular, you have to go up and see the plants, there is a plant with silver jewelry that something can be bought (more affordable prices). The cafeteria must be reserved with time. The staff attends you impressively well.

Amazing store World famous. Staff have more emphasis on customer care than back here in UK. Well worth a visit.

I am a New York City wedding officiant and there is no other place more exciting to visit than Tiffany & Co. My white glove service brides all receive a gift from either here or LV and they are always so appreciative to add this to their collection. I love their glassware. It's my go-to even when I am a wedding guest. You never go wrong with a blue box gift. Ever!

Only wonderful gems ... Just watching it will excite you. Tiffany Blue is my lucky color so blue topaz and diamond combination jewelry is a treasure. I don't know if I lost the diamond necklace that I can't get in Japan now or it's in a four-dimensional pocket ... It was the first necklace I bought by myself at the Tiffany head office. Recently, it was surprising that US people who didn't like lining up breakfast at Real Tiffany were lining up from 6:30 am to 11:00 open. I don't like lining up to eat, so this time I just filled my stomach. I recently heard that blue diamonds are not very auspicious jewelry. That's why Blue Topaz is Tiffany's representative jewel! I understood. I wanted a Tiffany Blue watch, but I couldn't buy it because I wanted to go for a tea week because the belt was black and I wanted tea. As usual, I could buy it for 2 weeks ... It is strange that Charlie at Diamond Corner is Japanese. Tiffany is a long-established jewelry store that first started with a watchmaker. Only Tiffany's products have a strange feeling that you can only buy in NY.

It was my ultimate dream to go to new york city and visit tiffany and co.
I finally made it. And our sales agent couldnt have done anything better. Amber the sales asdociate was very respectful, professional, and very familiar with the history of this landmark. Now that she has told me that i could actually have "breakfast at tiffanys", im already planning my trip back.

Horrible Customer Service, they put me on hold for 20 minutes with no answer to my question.

This company relies on child labour and YouTube ads

Service is terrible my friends watch has been there 6 months and nothing has been done to repair the latch then you have to send it to new york for a simple battery change what a joke tiffany is.

Took FOREVER to get help, basically ignored for a solid 30mins.

Of course we visited Tiffany. Such a historic jewelry store. My friend bought at Tiffany a silver tie pin, which is very nice but also had a handsome price. Tiffany is to dream and we felt like in the movie ... Breakfast at Tiffany ....

It is one of the most famous shops in New York, very elegant and refined jewelry. Very nice staff, I was served by a kind saleswoman who spoke our language quite well.

Wanted to bring my daughter back in December and surprise her with a gift for graduating college. Phyllis was extremely helpful and have me her contact info when the time comes

The salesperson Elaine on the 3rd floor was wonderful. The art deco design of the stairwell is gorgeous and makes you think of what the brand might have been once upon a time... Those are the only redeeming qualities of this place that I can see.

Stopped here before they opened for my "Breakfast at Tiffany's" pic! I was always afraid to go inside because of how classy and fancy it is, but we went in! The staff was so friendly and helpful! My mom ended up buying a necklace and we had champagne with our breakfast! It was such a fun experience and what I think of when I think of "Classic Tiffany's"!

Wonderful treatment . My birthday girl so happy with her ring and elevator man said he'd marry me can't get any better

I went to buy my engagement diamond ring there for my girlfriend. The salesperson there gave me a ring with SI1 purity to me, without notifying me. After the sale, he didn't even mail a diamond certificate and evaluation to me, until I asked him to. When I received the certificate, I realized that there is a black dot in the center of the diamond, very obvious. So I went to a nearby Tiffany store and was told that we were cheated by the salesperson, as SI1 ring was seldom sold at Tiffany. Immediately we went to Manhattan 5th and replaced it. It turned out that I spent tens of thousands dollars to just prove I am a fool. So, avoid that store if you can, there are always so many customers and they don't respect you at all.

So cool to visit as a tourist. There are 5 floors and they will have the sales staff take you in the elevator to each one. No pressure to buy anything they know most people are tourists just looking.

Stopped in right before closing and the staff was helpful and friendly in finding an item that wasn't on display.

The power of a movie: before the store opens, there are already people waiting. Although when I open I will not enter. Elegant facade.

Ein MUSS, wenn man in New York ist!!!

Strictly overrated and overrated museum/art gallery, not a shop. The tourists constitute 90% of the population inside and the tellers don't care if you buy anything. The doorkeepers display false interest in you but this is rather a vetting process evaluating if you might steal something. When I actually came to buy a specific product, there was not even a single sign specifying where is the men jewellery floor or where do they sell which kinds. Finally, I had to stand in a LINE because the clerk was busy with some hesitant housewife and nobody else would care about the fact I actually wanted to do a purchase. After the silver polisher finished her third round of polishing the otherwise untouched ring, I left, deciding to buy elsewhere.

You have to go touring. Awesome place and attention. There are affordable things, others obviously impossible

Shear protection here, everything in this store reeks of luxury, art, and beauty. I only knew of this place from the film and when I came out of Central Park and saw it I had to go inside. It's pure upscale, high-in, the elite crowd, Bill Gates money and it is. It's expensive in here. High rollers, big big spenders shop here.

This is the first and only jewelry store I enjoyed being in and wished I could buy something. But I did recreate on my GoPro with my wife "Breakfast at Tiffany's" opening scene. As I was prepping my wife for the scene, there was others doing the something.

Phenomenal service from the moment you enter the front door.

Poor to the extreme rude staff....as soon as I said what my budget was and what I had been looking at on the website I was directed by a flip of the hand to " over there " and the ring you are looking for is far too delicate... having travelled from the UK to spend money given to me by friends and relatives for a significant birthday disappointment does not even come close!!! Customer focus and experience seriously lacking!!

It's every girls dream to go into Tiffany's and feel like a princess. All the staff are incredible and made me feel like the most important person they had seen that day. Taking time to show me new items and what I was interested in. I left with an infinity ring, Tiffany heart bracket and Tiffany heart earings. This was down to how amazing the staff were and I was shocked at how affordable a lot of the jewelry is. Great place and a must visit.

Service was outstanding and it made my 21st birthday the birthday of my dreams.

I purchased a silver bead bracelet a week ago and was told by the sales staff that the bracelet was going to be retired but she did not elaborate as to why. I wore the bracelet yesterday and lost it after noticing the toggle bar did seem a little short for the assembly but assumed that a company with the stated quality of Tiffany & Company, it was fine.

Poor assumption. I visited the Tiffany & Company flagship store on 5th Ave to look at possibly purchasing another bracelet but wanted to inquire if there were any known issues with that particular bracelet type before I did.

I was sent to customer service where I was told there is a known issue with the toggle bar and there is a fix for it by adding an additional safety bar. I am disappointed that this is a known issue, that there is a known correction and that it was not at least a mentioned of it to me when I purchased the bracelet.

My purchase was a mere $200 but it was my first personal Tiffany & Company experience. A little dream bursting.

Staff are nice and professional.

If they are helping another customer, you might have to wait a bit until they get to you. On a busy weekend, they do seem a bit understaffed at times and there will be some customers lingering around waiting for assistance.

I called in to have something put on hold. When I went there towards closing time, it was practically empty with no customers. I guess that would be the best time to go in. Gave my name to the sales rep. and paid for my item that was on hold. I got out within 10 minutes.

Quick service if you look online and call ahead, but if you go in during peak times, prepare yourself and be patient until a sales rep is free.

The security guard was one of the nicest and politest guards I've ever encountered at a store.
