If they are helping another customer, you might have to wait a bit until they get to you. On a busy weekend, they do seem a bit understaffed at times and there will be some customers lingering around waiting for assistance.
I called in to have something put on hold. When I went there towards closing time, it was practically empty with no customers. I guess that would be the best time to go in. Gave my name to the sales rep. and paid for my item that was on hold. I got out within 10 minutes.
Quick service if you look online and call ahead, but if you go in during peak times, prepare yourself and be patient until a sales rep is free.
The security guard was one of the nicest and politest guards I've ever encountered at a store.
