Tiffany & Co. Review

I was very happy to finally be able to visit Tiffany in my favourite city. (5th) But unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience. Several times I have shopped at Tiffany's, but I have never been treated like this.
I was really looking forward to buying some utensils for my new household. For this I went to the tableware department.
There a grey bearded man with a suit advised me. Unfortunately, he hardly advised me at all and simply walked away with my credit card without asking in which currency I would like to pay. So on the one hand I was not well advised and treated and on the other hand I paid even more.
I am very disappointed by this sales experience and will probably not shop at Tiffany's anymore. In Amsterdam and London the sales experience was much better. At the moment I can't be happy about my numerous purchases at Tiffany, that's how disappointed I am.
Note to Tiffany: Please always check the staff, good service is so important.

Always a good place to go in shopping for necklaces and rings

We were amongst the very first people to have 'Breakfast at Tiffany's'. Apart from the fact that ordinary mortals have to queue early on the day, the experience was exceptional.

Too expensive for the average European. Send things.

Tiffany's should be at the top of everybody's Bucket List. It is just quite amazing to see the quality workmanship in this shop. The prices of some of the items are eye watering and out of the reach of the majority of people. You can however buy cheaper items that's still have the Tiffany's look and quality.

A large jewellers spread over several floors . Staff are verry profeshional and a great choice of items from pritty cheap to supper expencive.

Amazing costumer service! They'll make you feel like royalty.

An establishment with remarkable pieces but the most smug, rude, judgemental employees you can find. After many purchases and exceeding $10,000 worth of items i to this day still do not feel like a valued customer. There is no value of anything but a dollar in that store. Not to mention they run to me and other mature customers before the younger, more hip crowd, who the workers almost ignore. Totally ignorant.
Twice now have purchased rings that were displayed elegantly, but when given to me were scratched so bad they were dull.. and Tiffanys offered me a complimentary polishing.
Why does brand new jewelry need to be polished and lose some value before i even wear it?
Awful experience unless you go there, ignore everything and only speak of a transaction.

It is a good place if you travel to NY and want to give something to your girl, they have different prices depending on what you want to spend, one of the most famous and picturesque jewelries in the world.

Gorgeous iconic store in NYC. Excellent collection of jewelry. Their turquoise color is just lovely.

Luxury shopping experience. The elevators can sometimes be slow but they are well staffed.
Customer service can be slow at times.

Do you want to live 10 fabulous minutes? Visit this paradise for rich people. But in spite of material goods, wealth is in the staff. They treat everyone with courtesy and kindness even if you buy a $ 100 chain.

Nice place to browse thru. If you have to ask price, you can't afford it.

You may have to wait for Service at a counter but they do take very good care of you and their Customer Care is excellent.

It is such a treat to walk through Tiffany's and admire all of the jewels. The staff is extremely attentive.

Laura was very nice and helpful. She also gave me some interesting history about Tiffany's and some of the artists who designed the different collections. Also, loved seeing the Tiffany diamond and the photos and letter from Audrey Hepburn. It felt like I went back in time...very nice!

My first tiffany's experience! It was glamorous. Equipped with 6 glistening floors each more sparkly than the next. Upon Arrival the door men greet you warmly! I was not dressed for such a high end/ iconic boutique but was treated like royalty. I did buy a custom Sterling silver necklace from a wonderful sales lady named Roni. She was a delight and even had complementary champagne poured in celebration (which was amazingly tasty) I'll be returning here for years to come

You absolutely need to see Tiffany's on 5th Avenue. Absolutely old world charm meets new world service.

Amazing customer service. Ring needed repair. It was done within 30 minutes. Got it back repaired and polished. No charge.

She was the sweetest woman ever and her warmth really made MY experience at Tiffany Unforgettable. Her attention to detail and help in answering all the questions I had really made me feel at ease! I got the name on the pendant head $ 25
I didn't see much of the black splash in the heart so I was glad I bought it $ 150
The silver mini-smile pendant is not available in Japan, so it was a bargain $ 275
I went at 12 o'clock in the opening and the stamped finish was after 17 o'clock on the day, so it is recommended to visit with plenty of time
The staff were all nice and the response was great
I took a picture with a male staff wearing a Tiffany blue tie at the outside sign!

The store made famous by the 1960 film "Breakfast at Tiffany's", starring the beautiful Audrey Hepburn and George Peppard. Inside, the store is exactly as in the film, which should not be surprising as it was used as an actual location. The staff are also just as friendly and professional as depicted in the film. I didn't ask to have anything engraved, as Paul Varjak and Holly Golightly did, but I did check out some of their diamond engagement rings on the second floor. The most expensive one was priced at $4.5 million, just in case you girls want to drop your boyfriend a big, fat hint !

Absolutely worth visiting, very expensive yet very nice jewellery.

Elegant place and good treatment. But it has several problems the employees do not speak Spanish and this seems a bit bad in a place of this category and the other is that few things have a price and that makes it difficult to buy

when men's eyes are blinky... yes, its in Tiffany's. Great gift and accessiore collection though!
