I wish I could give zero stars. Their website is horrible, there is no flexibility... I purchased tickets to a show that was postponed to my due date and wanted to change my ticket preference to print them out for my mom to go. She's not tech saavy at all and getting her to access them electronically was not going to happen. I couldn't log out of the mobile web to be able to log into a desktop version that she could access. I tried the chat to get help, waited 10min for "Jessica" to accept it only to close the session with no acknowledgement at all. I hate this company. Never is it permissible to charge what they charge for jack cheese. This is such a racket. I hope you guys go down in flames.
